Abstract

本发明涉及带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超,包括声头、彩超本体、调节螺栓、调节柱、穿刺座、定位孔,其特征在于声头设置在彩超本体一端,彩超本体上靠近声头位置设置有两个调节螺栓,穿刺座通过两个调节柱设置在调节螺栓上,定位孔径向设置在穿刺座正中,本发明在无线掌上彩超的彩超本体上设置两个调节螺栓,并通过调节螺栓对调节柱进行市场,从而调整穿刺座的方向,以达到调节穿刺针经定位孔刺入的角度,再结合彩超本体,可以实现穿刺取样的精确定位,减少了患者痛苦,提高了取样效率。而且通过将调节螺栓旋转到超过上限时,可取下调节柱,进而将穿刺座拆下,方便无线掌上彩超的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及超声诊疗设备,具体是带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超。
背景技术
超声诊断则主要应用超声的良好指向性和与光相似的反射、散射、衰减及多普勒效应等物理特性,利用其不同的物理参数,使用不同类型的超声诊断仪器,采用各种扫查方法,将超声发射到人体内,并在组织中传播,当正常组织或病理组织的声阻抗有一定差异时,它们组成的界面就会发生反射和散射,再将此回声信号接收,加以检波等处理后,显示为波形、曲线或图像等。
B超作为超声诊断的一种,在临床应用方面,可以清晰地显示各脏器及周围器官的各种断面像,由于图像富于实体感,接近于解剖的真实结构,所以应用超声可以早期明确诊断。例如:眼科诊断非金属异物时,在玻璃体混浊的情况下,可显示视网膜及球后病变。对心脏的先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、粘液病的非浸入探测有特异性,可代替大部分心导管检查。它亦可用于小血管的通断、血流方向、速度的测定可广泛应用。早期发现肝占位性病变的检出已达到1厘米水平。还可清楚地显示胆囊总胆管、肝管、肝外胆管、胰腺、肾上腺、前列腺等等。B超检查能检出有否占位性病变,尤其对积液与囊肿的物理定性和数量、体积等相当准确。对各种管腔内结石的检出率高出传统的检查法。对产科更解决了过去许多难以检出的疑难问题。如既能对胎盘定位、羊水测量,又能对单胎多胎、胎儿发育情况及有否畸形和葡萄胎等做出早期诊断。
穿刺是将穿刺针刺入体腔抽取分泌物做化验,向体腔注入气体或造影剂做造影检查,或向体腔内注入药物的一种诊疗技术。目的是抽血化验,输血、输液及置入导管做血管造影。在做穿刺时,经常通过彩超进行定位,但目前还没有一种可以调节,并在无线掌上彩超的成像上实时显示靶向方位的便携式带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种可以调节,并在无线掌上彩超的成像上实时显示靶向方位的便携式带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超。
本发明主要通过以下技术方案来实现。
带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超,包括声头、彩超本体、调节螺栓、调节柱、穿刺座、定位孔,其特征在于声头设置在彩超本体一端,彩超本体上靠近声头位置设置有两个调节螺栓,穿刺座通过两个调节柱设置在调节螺栓上,定位孔径向设置在穿刺座正中,旋转调节螺栓可对调节柱高低进行微调,调节螺栓与彩超本体直接连接,并通过反馈控制信号到彩超本体,从而在彩超本体内体现靶向方位的移动。彩超本体内有二维模式、彩色模式、脉冲多普勒模式、连续多普勒模式可供选择。定位孔远离声头一端为倒锥形。调节螺栓旋转到超过上限时,可取下调节柱。
本发明在无线掌上彩超的彩超本体上设置两个调节螺栓,并通过调节螺栓对调节柱进行市场,从而调整穿刺座的方向,以达到调节穿刺针经定位孔刺入的角度,再结合彩超本体,可以实现穿刺取样的精确定位,减少了患者痛苦,提高了取样效率。而且通过将调节螺栓旋转到超过上限时,可取下调节柱,进而将穿刺座拆下,方便无线掌上彩超的使用。

带穿刺定位夹的无线掌上彩超,包括声头1、彩超本体2、调节螺栓3、调节柱4、穿刺座5、定位孔6,其特征在于声头1设置在彩超本体2一端,彩超本体2上靠近声头1位置设置有两个调节螺栓3,穿刺座5通过两个调节柱4设置在调节螺栓3上,定位孔6径向设置在穿刺座5正中,旋转调节螺栓3可对调节柱4高低进行微调,调节螺栓3与彩超本体2直接连接,并通过反馈控制信号到彩超本体2,从而在彩超本体2内体现靶向方位的移动。彩超本体2内有二维模式、彩色模式、脉冲多普勒模式、连续多普勒模式可供选择。定位孔6远离声头1一端为倒锥形。调节螺栓3旋转到超过上限时,可取下调节柱4。
