Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1A, a schematic diagram of an implementation environment related to an audio/video file acquisition method according to various embodiments of the present invention is shown, and as shown in fig. 1A, the implementation environment may include a terminal 110 and an audio/video server 120.
The terminal 110 may be a terminal such as a cell phone, a tablet, a desktop, an e-reader, etc. The terminal 110 may be connected to the av server 120 through a wired or wireless network. In actual implementation, the terminal 110 may obtain the audio and video file from the audio and video server 120.
The av server 120 may be one server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers. The audio/video server 120 stores audio/video files therein.
Optionally, the foregoing is only an example that the implementation environment includes the terminal 110 and the audio and video server 120, and optionally, referring to fig. 1B, the implementation environment may further include an authentication server 130, where the authentication server 130 is connected to the audio and video server 120, and the authentication server 130 is configured to generate identification information used for indicating that the terminal 110 acquires an audio and video file from the audio and video server 120.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for acquiring an audio/video file according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the embodiment illustrates that the audio/video file acquisition method is used in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1A. As shown in fig. 2, the audio/video file acquiring method includes:
step 201, a terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring an audio/video file to an audio/video server.
Step 202, the audio and video server receives an acquisition request for acquiring the audio and video file sent by the terminal.
And 203, the audio and video server acquires identification information, wherein the identification information is used for indicating that the terminal requests to acquire the audio and video file.
And step 204, feeding back the audio and video file and the identification information to the terminal by the audio and video server.
In step 205, the terminal receives the audio and video file and the identification information fed back by the audio and video server.
And step 206, the terminal stores the identification information in the audio and video file.
In summary, in the audio/video file acquisition method provided by this embodiment, when an acquisition request for acquiring an audio/video file sent by a terminal is received, identification information used for indicating that the terminal requests to acquire the audio/video file is acquired, and the audio/video file and the identification information are fed back to the terminal, and accordingly, after the terminal receives the audio/video file and the identification information, the terminal can store the identification information in the audio/video file; the problem that the normal watching of a user is possibly influenced when the copyright of an audio and video file is protected by a watermark in the prior art is solved; the transmission source of the audio and video file is identified through the identification information stored in the audio and video file, and the copyright protection effect of the audio and video file is further realized.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for acquiring an audio/video file according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the embodiment illustrates that the audio/video file acquisition method is used in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1A. As shown in fig. 3, the audio/video file acquiring method may include:
step 301, the terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring an audio/video file to an audio/video server.
When a user wants to acquire an audio/video file, the user can trigger the terminal to send an acquisition request for acquiring the audio/video file to the audio/video server. The acquisition request carries a file identifier of the audio/video file and a terminal identifier of the terminal; the file identifier may be a file ID (identity), a file name, or both of the audio and video file; the terminal identifier may be a device number of the terminal, or may also be a user account that is logged in when the terminal acquires the audio/video file, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the obtaining request may be a viewing request for viewing the audio/video file online, or a downloading request for downloading the audio/video file. And, the audio/video file may be a download file or a streaming media file. The streaming media file may be a Flash Video (FLV) file, an AVI (Audio Video, Audio Video interleaved format), an MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group), and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 302, the audio and video server receives an acquisition request for acquiring the audio and video file sent by the terminal.
And step 303, feeding back the audio and video file to the terminal by the audio and video server.
After the audio/video server receives the acquisition request, the audio/video server can query the audio/video file corresponding to the file identifier carried in the acquisition request and feed back the queried audio/video file to the terminal. Specifically, the audio/video server may package the audio/video file into a plurality of audio/video tags, and feed the audio/video file back to the terminal by feeding the plurality of audio/video tags back to the terminal.
For example, the audio and video file is taken as an FLV file, after the audio and video server acquires the corresponding FLV file, an FLV-TAG (streaming media TAG) is encapsulated according to the FLV file, and the streaming media file is fed back to the terminal in a mode of continuously feeding back the FLV-TAG to the terminal. Wherein the format of FLV-TAG is shown in table (1):
Figure BDA0000995666940000051
watch (1)
Wherein, the TagType is a tag type, and when the TagType is 8, the FLV file is indicated as audio, when the TagType is 9, the FLV file is indicated as video, and when the TagType is 18, the FLV file is indicated as script data; DataSize indicates a data area length; timestamp indicates the Timestamp relative to the first FLV TAG; timestamp Extended denotes Timestamp extension; streamID defaults to all 0; data is the specific Data content.
And 304, the audio and video server acquires behavior information for representing the terminal to acquire the audio and video file.
After the audio and video server receives the acquisition request, the audio and video server can acquire the behavior information. Wherein the behavior information includes: the terminal identification of the terminal, or the terminal identification of the terminal and the file identification of the audio and video file, or the terminal identification of the terminal and the timestamp of receiving the acquisition request, or the terminal identification of the terminal, the file identification of the audio and video file and the timestamp of receiving the acquisition request.
Optionally, when the behavior information includes a file identifier, the audio/video server may extract the file identifier of the audio/video file from the acquisition request; when the behavior information comprises the time stamp, the audio and video server can obtain the UNIX time stamp in the audio and video server when the acquisition request is received; and when the behavior information comprises the terminal identification, the audio and video server extracts the terminal identification in the acquisition request.
The embodiment is exemplified by the behavior information including a file identifier, a timestamp, and a terminal identifier at the same time.
And 305, the audio and video server encrypts the behavior information according to a preset encryption algorithm.
The preset Encryption Algorithm may be MD5(Message Digest Algorithm5, fifth edition) Algorithm, DES (Data Encryption Standard), IDEA (International Data Encryption Algorithm), DSA (Digital Signature Algorithm), or AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), and the embodiment is not limited to the specific implementation.
And step 306, the audio and video server takes the information obtained by encryption as identification information.
And 307, the audio/video server packages a target audio/video tag according to the identification information, wherein the tag type of the target audio/video tag is a preset type, the preset type is used for indicating that the target audio/video tag is used for packaging the identification information, and the tag content of the target audio/video tag is the identification information.
After the identification information is acquired, the audio/video server may package the target audio/video tag according to the identification information. Taking an audio and video file as an FLV file as an example, the audio and video server may package the FLV-TAG according to the identification information. The format of the FLV-TAG obtained by encapsulation is similar to the format shown in table (1), except that TagType in the FLV-TAG obtained by encapsulation here is a reserved value, for example, 17, and Data in the FLV-TAG is identification information.
And 308, feeding back the target audio/video tag to the terminal by the audio/video server.
Optionally, the audio/video server may feed back the target audio/video tag to the terminal in the process of feeding back the audio/video file to the terminal. That is to say, the audio/video server feeds back the target audio/video tag to the terminal in the process of feeding back the audio/video tag corresponding to the audio/video file.
And 309, receiving the audio and video file and the target audio and video tag fed back by the audio and video server by the terminal.
The audio and video server can feed back the audio and video file to the terminal in the form of the audio and video tag and feed back the identification information in the form of the target audio and video tag, so that the terminal can correspondingly receive each tag fed back by the audio and video server. After the terminal receives the audio/video tag fed back by the audio/video server, the audio/video server can detect the tag type of the audio/video tag, if the tag type is 8 or 9, the audio/video tag is used for representing an audio/video file, and if the tag type is a preset tag, for example, 17, the audio/video tag is a target audio/video tag.
And step 310, the terminal stores the target audio/video tag in an audio/video file.
If the detection result of the terminal is that the tag type is the preset type, the terminal does not analyze the received target audio/video tag at the moment, but directly stores the target audio/video tag into the received audio/video file. Optionally, the terminal stores the received audio/video tag and the target audio/video tag in sequence.
After that, when the user shares the audio and video file in the terminal to other users, because the identification information is stored in the audio and video file, the user can be tracked to which user the audio and video file is shared by through the identification information, so that illegal transmission is struck, and the copyright protection of the audio and video file is realized.
In an application scenario of this embodiment, when a user watches a teaching video online, a terminal used by the user may send a video watching request to an audio and video server, and after receiving the video watching request, the audio and video server packages the teaching video into FLV-TAGs and feeds back each FLV-TAG to the terminal. Meanwhile, after the audio and video server receives the video watching request, the audio and video server can acquire the file identification, the terminal identification and the timestamp of the teaching video, encrypt the file identification, the terminal identification and the timestamp according to a preset encryption algorithm, and take an encryption result as identification information. And finally, the terminal packages a target FLV-TAG according to the identification information, wherein the Tagtype in the target FLV-TAG is 17, and the Data is the identification information and feeds back the target FLV-TAG. Correspondingly, the terminal receives each FLV-TAG and the target FLV-TAG fed back by the audio and video server and stores the FLV-TAGs and the target FLV-TAGs together. When the terminal detects Tagtype 17 in the FLV-TAG, the terminal does not resolve the FLV-TAG, but directly stores the FLV-TAG.
In summary, in the audio/video acquisition method provided by this embodiment, when an acquisition request for acquiring an audio/video file sent by a terminal is received, identification information used for indicating that the terminal requests to acquire the audio/video file is acquired, and the audio/video file and the identification information are fed back to the terminal, and accordingly, after the terminal receives the audio/video file and the identification information, the terminal can store the identification information in the audio/video file; the problem that the normal watching of a user is possibly influenced when the copyright of an audio and video file is protected by a watermark in the prior art is solved; the transmission source of the audio and video file is identified through the identification information stored in the audio and video file, and the copyright protection effect of the audio and video file is further realized.
Because the identification information is obtained by encrypting the behavior information according to the preset encryption algorithm, even if a lawbreaker hijacks the identification information under the condition that the lawbreaker does not know the encryption algorithm, the lawbreaker cannot know the specific content of the identification information, namely cannot tamper the identification information, and the effect that the copyright of the audio and video file cannot be protected after the identification information is tampered is achieved.
The first point to be described is that the above embodiment is only an example in which the audio/video server feeds back a target audio/video tag to the terminal, and optionally, when the audio/video server feeds back the target audio/video tag to the terminal, the terminal may not receive the target audio/video tag due to packet loss. Therefore, in order to avoid the problem that the terminal cannot receive the target audio/video tags due to packet loss, in actual implementation, the audio/video server may feed back at least two target audio/video tags to the terminal. Optionally, the audio/video server may randomly feed back the target audio/video TAG to the terminal at least twice in the process of feeding back the FLV-TAG corresponding to the audio/video file.
For example, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a schematic diagram of the av server randomly feeding back two target FLV-TAGs to the terminal twice.
For example, the audio/video server randomly feeds back at least two target audio/video tags to the terminal, and optionally, the audio/video server may further send one target audio/video tag to the terminal at predetermined time intervals. For example, in the sending process of the FLV-TAG corresponding to the audio and video file, the audio and video server sends a target FLV-TAG to the terminal every 1 minute.
The second point to be described is that in the process of feeding back at least two target audio/video tags to the terminal, in order to save resources consumed in the process of feeding back the tags to the terminal by the audio/video server and save storage space required by the terminal to store the target audio/video tags to the audio/video file, after the terminal successfully receives the target audio/video tags, the terminal can feed back confirmation information to the audio/video server, and accordingly, the audio/video server can receive the confirmation information and does not continue to feed back the target audio/video tags to the terminal after receiving the confirmation information.
It should be noted that, the above is only exemplified by using the audio/video file acquisition method in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1A, and optionally, when the audio/video file acquisition method is used in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1B, the step of acquiring the identification information by the audio/video server may include:
firstly, the audio and video server acquires behavior information used for representing that the terminal acquires the audio and video file.
This step is similar to step 304 and will not be described herein again.
Secondly, the audio and video server sends the behavior information to an authentication server.
Thirdly, the authentication server encrypts the behavior information according to a preset encryption algorithm.
This step is similar to step 305 and will not be described herein again.
Optionally, if the behavior information includes the terminal identifier, the authentication server may detect whether the user is legal according to the terminal identifier in the behavior information; if the behavior information comprises a file identifier, the authentication server detects whether the audio/video file is legal or not according to the file identifier; then, the behavior information is encrypted only when the authentication result is legal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And fourthly, the authentication server feeds back the information generated by encryption as identification information to the audio and video server.
When the authentication server feeds back the identification information to the audio and video server, the authentication server can feed back the identification information to the audio and video server through a preset data exchange protocol. Such as: and the authentication server feeds the identification information back to the audio and video server by adopting a protobuf protocol. Therefore, even if a lawbreaker hijacks the identification information, the lawbreaker cannot identify the identification information because of not knowing a data exchange protocol, and further cannot tamper the identification information, so that the problem that the transmission source cannot be traced due to tampering of the identification information stored in the audio/video file is solved.
Fifthly, the audio and video server receives the identification information fed back by the authentication server.
It should be noted that, the above embodiment is only exemplified by the method for acquiring the audio and video file, and optionally, the method may also be used for acquiring the picture file. For example, after receiving an acquisition request for requesting to acquire a picture sent by a terminal, a server acquires identification information for indicating that the terminal acquires a picture file, feeds back the picture file and the identification information to the terminal, and stores the identification information in the picture file. Thus, when the user transmits the picture file, the transmitted picture file contains the identification information. That is, it can be determined which user the picture file is spread by the identification information, and the copyright of the picture file is protected.
The fifth point to be described is that the above steps on the video server side can be separately implemented as an audio/video file acquisition method on the video server side, and the steps on the terminal side can no longer be separately implemented as an audio/video file acquisition method on the terminal side.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of an audio/video file obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the audio/video file obtaining apparatus may be implemented as all or part of an audio/video server through software, hardware, or a combination of the two. As shown in fig. 5, the audio/video file acquiring apparatus may include: a first receiving module 510, an obtaining module 520, and a feedback module 530.
A first receiving module 510, configured to receive an obtaining request for obtaining an audio/video file sent by a terminal;

In summary, the audio/video file acquisition apparatus provided in this embodiment acquires, when receiving an acquisition request for acquiring an audio/video file sent by a terminal, identification information used to indicate that the terminal requests to acquire the audio/video file, and feeds back the audio/video file and the identification information to the terminal, and accordingly, after the terminal receives the audio/video file and the identification information, the terminal can store the identification information in the audio/video file; the problem that the normal watching of a user is possibly influenced when the copyright of an audio and video file is protected by a watermark in the prior art is solved; the transmission source of the audio and video file is identified through the identification information stored in the audio and video file, and the copyright protection effect of the audio and video file is further realized.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an audio/video file obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the audio/video file obtaining apparatus may be implemented as all or part of a video server through software, hardware, or a combination of the two. and the feedback unit 632 is configured to feed back the target audio/video tag obtained by encapsulation by the encapsulation unit 631 to the terminal.
Optionally, the feedback module 630 is further configured to feed back the identification information to the terminal at least twice in the process of feeding back the audio and video file to the terminal.
