本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其是定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。该固定装置包括底座、固定座、液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,凸齿与压板设有连通的通孔,探针置于通孔内,探针穿过橡胶圈,橡胶圈置于压板的通孔上端,探针底端设有硅胶层,该固定装置能够在压板下压之前就能够精确的把基板放置到准确的位置,节约了成本,提高了功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其是定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
背景技术
为了保护太阳能电池板,需要在电池板的表面覆盖上背膜,但是现有的安装背膜在定位基板时比较麻烦,如果基板放置的位置不对,会造成压板的凸齿压不到准确位置,从而损坏背膜。
发明内容
为了克服现有的基板定位效率低的不足,本发明提供了定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座、固定座、液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,凸齿与压板设有连通的通孔,探针置于通孔内。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括探针穿过橡胶圈,橡胶圈置于压板的通孔上端。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括探针底端设有硅胶层。
本发明的有益效果是,该固定装置能够在压板下压之前就能够精确的把基板放置到准确的位置,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座1、固定座2、液压杆3、压板4、基板5、固定块6、凹槽7、凸齿8和电池板9,固定座2下端通过液压杆3和压板4固定连接,压板4两端分别设有凸齿8,电池板9两端设有基板5,电池板9置于底座1上端,固定块6分别与基板5外侧相贴合,基板5上端设有凹槽7,凹槽7与凸齿8相配合,凸齿8与压板4设有连通的通孔11,探针10置于通孔11内,探针10穿过橡胶圈12,橡胶圈12置于压板4的通孔11上端,探针10底端设有硅胶层13。
要进行背膜安装时,首先把探针10往上提,然后把两边的固定块夹持住基板5,再把探针10往下放,使得探针10能够置于凹槽7内,这样就可以确定基板5位置的准备安放,最后再启动液压杆3,使得液压杆3带动压板4往下压,这样利用压板4下端的凸齿8,把背膜压在基板5的凹槽7之内,实现背膜固定。而硅胶层13能够防止探针10戳坏凹槽7内的背膜。橡胶圈12则可以防止污物渗入到通孔11内,造成其内部锈蚀堵塞,避免其影响到探针的正常升降。该固定装置能够在压板下压之前就能够精确的把基板放置到准确的位置,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座(1)、固定座(2)、液压杆(3)、压板(4)、基板(5)、固定块(6)、凹槽(7)、凸齿(8)和电池板(9),固定座(2)下端通过液压杆(3)和压板(4)固定连接,压板(4)两端分别设有凸齿(8),电池板(9)两端设有基板(5),电池板(9)置于底座(1)上端,固定块(6)分别与基板(5)外侧相贴合,基板(5)上端设有凹槽(7),凹槽(7)与凸齿(8)相配合,其特征是,凸齿(8)与压板(4)设有连通的通孔(11),探针(10)置于通孔(11)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清污型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,其特征是,探针(10)穿过橡胶圈(12),橡胶圈(12)置于压板(4)的通孔(11)上端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的定位型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,其特征是,探针(10)底端设有硅胶层(13)。
