门窗是建筑外围护结构的重要组成部分,承担了水密性、气密性、抗风压、隔热、隔音、防盗、遮阳、采光、通风等一系列重要功能。按门窗的开启方式可分为:平开门窗、推拉门窗、折叠门等。
不论是平方米的卫生间,还是不规则的储物间,只要换上推拉门,再狭小的空间都不会被浪费,折叠式的推拉门甚至还能100%开启,不占一分空间。从使用上看,推拉门无疑极大地方便了居室的空间分割和利用,其合理的推拉式设计满足了现代生活所讲究紧凑的秩序和节奏。从情趣上说,推拉式玻璃门会让居室显得更轻盈,其中的分割、遮掩等等都是那么简单但又不失变化。在提倡亲近自然的今天,在阳台位置可以装上一道顺畅静音、隔热、通透明亮的推拉门,尽情享受阳光和风景。
现有各式门、窗框型材,采用各种规格的角接件,且其尺寸重量均较大不仅增加制作成本,连接性能也差,对于铝合金门、窗框架,其传热性能强,不论从经济上或节能等方面,都是不利因素。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安装方便,结构紧凑的铝合金推拉门勾企安装结构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种铝合金推拉门勾企安装结构,包括边框、勾企及光企,所述勾企一端与边框连接,所述勾企另一端与光企之间通过中空玻璃连接;所述边框包括一横梁,所述横梁两端对称设有卡边,所述卡边底部向内侧设有支脚,所述卡边上端向内侧设有封条卡槽,在所述横梁中间部位连接有卡条,所述卡条与卡边之间形成一槽口;所述勾企主体呈方形结构,中间设有一空腔,在所述勾企一端连接在上述槽口中,所述勾企另一端设有第一U形槽,该第一U形槽用于连接中空玻璃;所述光企主体呈矩形结构,一端设有第二U形槽口,该第二U形槽用于连接中空玻璃,在所述光企下部连接有一卡爪。
上述支脚一端与卡边相垂直,且该支脚平行于横梁。
上述卡爪底部向一侧弯折形成卡台部,在该卡台部底面设有封条卡槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构相对简单,安装也比较方便,连接牢固,整体强度高,使用寿命长。

如图1、图2所示,一种铝合金推拉门勾企安装结构,包括边框10、勾企20及光企30,勾企20一端与边框10连接,勾企20另一端与光企30之间通过中空玻璃40连接;边框10包括一横梁101,横梁101两端对称设有卡边102,卡边102底部向内侧设有支脚103,卡边102上端向内侧设有封条卡槽104,在横梁101中间部位连接有卡条105,卡条105与卡边102之间形成一槽口106;勾企20主体呈方形结构,中间设有一空腔201,在勾企20一端连接在上述槽口106中,勾企20另一端设有第一U形槽202,该第一U形槽202用于连接中空玻璃40;光企30主体呈矩形结构,一端设有第二U形槽口301,该第二U形槽301用于连接中空玻璃40,在光企30下部连接有一卡爪302。支脚103一端与卡边102相垂直,且该支脚103平行于横梁101。卡爪302底部向一侧弯折形成卡台部303,在该卡台部303底面设有封条卡槽。

2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金推拉门勾企安装结构,其特征在于:上述支脚一端与卡边相垂直,且该支脚平行于横梁。
