World coupler knuckle mechanism
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a top and bottom coupler knuckle mechanism.
Background
Safety doors such as security doors in the prior art are provided with side door frame locking tongues capable of locking side door frames and also with top and bottom locking tongues capable of locking upper and lower door frames. For convenience of use, the world lock tongue in the prior art is usually linked with the side door frame lock tongue, that is, the side door frame lock tongue and the world lock tongue are locked and released together under an unlocking action or an unlocking action.
The vertical bolt is usually driven by a vertical rod, and because the moving direction of a vertical pulling plate in the existing door lock is vertical to the extending direction of an upper door frame and a lower door frame, a straight bolt extending along the moving direction of the vertical pulling plate can be directly inserted into holes formed in the upper door frame and the lower door frame, the existing vertical bolt is a cylindrical or square-column straight bolt directly fixed on the end head of the vertical rod. When the door is locked, the two upper and lower heaven and earth rods respectively move towards the upper and lower door frames, so that the lock tongue of the heaven and earth lock on the heaven and earth rods enters the lock hole of the heaven and earth lock. The disadvantages of such square or cylindrical straight locking tongues are: when the door leaf is impacted by a strong force, the straight lock tongue is easy to be separated from the lock hole of the top-bottom lock on the door frame along with the deformation of the door leaf, the locking function is lost, and the protection function is poor.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the straight locking tongues, those skilled in the art have adopted a hook locking tongue. After the hook lock tongue is locked, the hook lock tongue can hook a transverse rod transversely arranged in a door frame through the movement of at least part of the hook lock tongue parallel to the extending directions of an upper door frame and a lower door frame, so that when a door leaf is deformed, the hook lock tongue partially forms, and the transverse rod on the door frame can be hooked when the lock tongue moves in the direction of being separated from the door frame, so that the lock tongue is prevented from being separated from a lock tongue hole integrally, and the safety of the safety door is improved. Usually, the hook latch at the side of the door leaf is arranged in the lock shell in the door lock and is used together with the lock hole on the side frame of the door frame. In the lock shell, the lock tongue mounting rack which moves in the locking-out and locking-in direction is arranged, the ground rod pull plate which moves in the locking-in and locking-out direction is arranged perpendicular to the locking-out and locking-in direction, and the lock tongue mounting rack and the ground rod pull plate are arranged close to a driving part which drives the driving part to move, so that the strength of the driving part generally does not need special materials or special structural design, and the requirement for driving the ground rod pull plate and the lock tongue mounting rack to move can be met.
However, in the case of a top and bottom lock, the top and bottom rods are arranged substantially through the door leaf and have a length much longer than the lock case, and if the hook bolts are still driven in and out in the same driving manner as the side portions of the door leaf, the strength of the driving parts associated with the top and bottom rods becomes a factor to be considered.
The lock shell is internally provided with a bolt mounting rack which moves along the lock-in and lock-out direction and a heaven and earth pulling plate which moves along the direction vertical to the lock-in and lock-out direction, and the components are also arranged close to each power source for driving the bolt to move, and the strength of the relevant components for transmitting the driving force can be neglected. However, in the case of a locking tongue, which is disposed at the very end of a locking rod, an elongated locking rod extends from the door lock body to the upper and lower door frames, where the telescopic movement of the locking rod perpendicular to the upper and lower door frames is also converted into a lateral movement of the locking hook at least parallel to the upper and lower door frames. The strength of the hook bolt is a factor to be considered because the transverse movement of the hook bolt is not consistent with the vertical telescopic direction of the ground rod. Thereby limiting the hook bolt from functioning as a world bolt.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to convert the vertical telescopic movement of the top and bottom rod into the horizontal movement of the tongue body of the ring hook tongue under the condition of being limited by the strength of the top and bottom rod.

3. In the world coupler knuckle mechanism, the ring coupler knuckle body comprises a flat section, compared with a circular arc ring coupler knuckle, the ring coupler knuckle body with the flat section is closer to the hook hanging column, when the door lock is broken by violence, the flat section and the hook hanging column are abutted by moving the door slightly, so that a thief cannot further break the door lock to open the door, and the safety of the door lock is improved.
4. According to the door lock, the top and the bottom of the door leaf are provided with the openings, the sealing covers with the thickness smaller than that of the door leaf panel are arranged in the openings, the driven gears are arranged close to the sealing covers, and the thickness of the sealing covers is smaller than that of the door leaf panel, so that the driven gears can be closer to the top surface and the bottom surface of the door leaf, the rotating axis of the ring hook tongue body is closer to the top surface and the bottom surface of the door leaf, and therefore the ring hook tongue body is prevented from interfering with the ring hook tongue inlet hole or the hook column in the ring hook tongue inlet hole when rotating, and the locking failure is avoided.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a top and bottom coupler knuckle mechanism, which includes a ring coupler knuckle body 10, top and bottom rods 20 and a reversing mechanism 30, wherein during unlocking and locking, the two top and bottom rods 20 are driven by a bolt mounting rack to respectively extend and retract towards an upper door frame and a lower door frame, and during extension and retraction of the top and bottom rods 20, the reversing mechanism 30 drives the ring coupler knuckle body 10 to lock into or lock out of a ring coupler knuckle access hole, so that the ring coupler knuckle body 10 and other bolts are locked into or out together.
Referring to fig. 1, the ring-shaped latch body 10 has a substantially open ring-shaped structure, for example, a semi-circular shape, parallel to the front and rear door panels, and is hingedly installed between the front and rear door panels, and is capable of being locked into or locked out of ring-shaped latch access holes formed in the upper and lower door frames when it is driven to rotate about a hinge shaft, and obviously has at least one entrance and one exit, and includes a receiving space capable of allowing the ring-shaped latch body to be locked in and out, and at least one hooking pole capable of hooking the ring-shaped latch body 10 in the receiving space, corresponding to the structure of the ring-shaped latch body 10. Referring to fig. 1, the ring-hook tongue body 10 includes a connecting arm 101 connected to the driven member, a first arc segment 102, a straight segment 103, and a second arc segment 104 extending from a distal end of the connecting arm 101 in sequence; in the locked state of the ring-shaped hook tongue 10, the straight section 103 is farthest from and parallel to the upper and lower door frames, and the first arc section 102 and the second arc section 104 are respectively located on two sides of the straight section 103 and jointly use the rotating shaft as the center of a circle. A driven gear 31 is arranged at the starting end of the connecting arm 101, and the driven gear 31 and the ring hook tongue body 10 are coaxially arranged. The sector gear 32 is hinged between the front door leaf and the rear door leaf by virtue of a rotating shaft and is meshed with the driven gear 31, the other end of the sector gear 32 is connected with the top and bottom rod, and the rotating shaft of the sector gear forms a fulcrum in a lever structure, so that under the telescopic pushing of the top and bottom rod, the sector gear 32 can rotate to drive the driven gear 31 meshed with the sector gear to rotate, and the ring-shaped hook tongue body 10 is locked into or out of the access hole of the ring-shaped hook tongue body.
In order to ensure that the ground rod 20 can drive the latch 10 to hook the hook post in an extending or retracting stroke, the sector gear 32 is required to drive the driven member to rotate 90 °, that is, at least the second arc segment 104 of the latch 10 is required to be in a position to engage with the hook post, so as to ensure that the latch 10 can perform a locking function.
In the above embodiment, the straight locking tongue commonly used in the existing top and bottom lock is replaced by the annular hook tongue, and the reversing mechanism 30 enables the annular hook tongue body 10 to be locked in or out by being driven by the top and bottom rod, and in actual use, the annular hook tongue body 10 is different from the straight locking tongue in that: 1. the ring hook tongue body 10 hooks the hook column in the ring hook tongue access hole in the locking state, and after the door leaf is impacted, even if the ring hook tongue body 10 deforms, the ring hook tongue body still abuts against the hook column to prevent the door leaf from being opened, so that the reliability is higher compared with the prior art; the straight lock tongue is easy to exit from the access hole of the top and bottom lock after being impacted, thereby losing the locking function. 2. The reversing mechanism 30 is arranged to directly drive the ring latch body 10 to be locked in and locked out without improving the motion mode of the top and bottom lever, so that the arrangement mode of the top and bottom lever 20 and the related driving parts of the top and bottom lever 20 does not need to be changed, and the application of the ring latch body 10 to the top and bottom lock becomes possible. 3. In this embodiment, the latch body 10 includes a straight section 103, and the latch body 10 with the straight section 103 is closer to the hooking pole than the circular latch with the circular arc shape, so that when the door lock is broken by violence, the straight section 103 will abut against the hooking pole by moving the door slightly, so that the door lock can not be further broken by a thief to open the door, thereby improving the safety of the door lock.
It should be noted that the top and bottom rod 20 has a long length, the material itself has a certain toughness, and the top and bottom rod 20 is pulled by the tension plate to stretch and contract, and the movement process allows a certain degree of offset to occur in the transverse direction, so that the top and bottom rod 20 and the sector gear are not locked during the stretching and contracting movement of the top and bottom rod 20.
Example 2
This embodiment is an improvement over embodiment 1, and this embodiment provides another reversing mechanism 30. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the reversing mechanism includes a rack 21 formed on the top and bottom rod 20, and a driving gear 33 engaged with the rack 21 and the driven member, respectively, and during the extension and retraction of the top and bottom rod 20, the driving gear 33 is driven by the rack 21 to rotate, so as to drive the driven gear and the ring-hook tongue body 10 to rotate, thereby completing the locking in and locking out of the ring-hook tongue body 10. The present embodiment drives the rotation of the pinion gear 33 and the driven gear 32 by means of the telescopic movement of the rack 21, which is more accurate in transmission than the lever structure of embodiment 1.
As a simple modification of the above embodiment, the reversing mechanism 30 may be configured such that the driving gear 33 and the driven gear are disposed in different manners.
Example 3
The embodiment is an improvement on the embodiments 1 and 2, and the embodiment provides another reversing mechanism 30, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the reversing mechanism 30 is different from the lever structure of embodiment 1 and the gear structure of embodiment 2, and it uses a crank link mechanism to perform reversing transmission, wherein, the driving part is a L-shaped link 35 with one end hinged to the top and bottom rod, the driven part is a boss 36 arranged on the ring coupler tongue body 10 or connected to the tongue body rotating shaft of the ring coupler tongue body 10, so that during the extension and retraction of the top and bottom rod, the top end of the top and bottom rod will drive the L-shaped link 35 hinged to rotate, and the U-shaped groove or annular groove formed at the end where the link 35 and the driven part are matched will push the boss 36 to drive the ring coupler tongue body 10 to rotate.
It should be noted that, obviously, a simple replacement can be performed to obtain an embodiment, that is, the protrusion 36 is formed at one end of the L-shaped connecting rod 35, and the annular groove or U-shaped groove is formed on the ring-hook tongue 10, which can also achieve the function of the reversing mechanism 30, and other simple changes, which are not described herein again, should fall within the scope of the inventive concept of this embodiment.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides a door lock, which employs the top-bottom latch mechanism provided in embodiment 1, embodiment 2, or embodiment 3, and corresponds to the hook latch body 10 in the top-bottom latch mechanism, and the top and bottom of the door frame are respectively provided with a hook latch access hole, and the hook latch access hole is further provided with a hook post for engaging with the hook latch body 10, so that the hook post can be hooked by the hook latch body 10 in the locked state, thereby ensuring the reliability of the top-bottom latch mechanism.
In order to facilitate the ring coupler tongue body 10 to be quickly abutted against the hook column when being impacted, and increase the stress area, so that the ring coupler tongue body 10 is not easy to deform, a plane (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the straight section 103 of the ring coupler tongue body 10 is arranged on the hook column, thereby improving the strength, reliability and service life of the door lock in the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the top and bottom of the door leaf are provided with openings between the two ring-hook-tongue access holes, a sealing cover having a thickness smaller than that of the door leaf panel is provided in the openings, and the driven gear is provided adjacent to the sealing cover. The sealing cover is preferably a metal plate and comprises a concave part formed by bending, the concave part is used for accommodating part of gear teeth of the driven gear, and two overlapping plates extend outwards horizontally from two ends of the concave part, so that the sealing cover can be stably installed in the opening. Because the thickness of sealed lid is less than the door leaf panel to can make driven gear more be close to the top surface and the bottom surface of door leaf, the axis of rotation of ring coupler tongue body 10 is more close to the top surface and the bottom surface of door leaf like this, thereby avoids ring coupler tongue body 10 when rotatory, takes place to interfere with ring coupler tongue access hole or the hook post in the ring coupler tongue access hole, avoids leading to out of lock to become invalid.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
