本发明提供了一种高性能木结构被动墙板,内纵向木柱和内横向木柱内外两排排列,每排的外边缘对齐;内纵向木柱和内横向木柱均相互交替,且优先采用均匀分布;两排内纵向木柱和内横向木柱交替排柱的外侧钉射墙面板,墙面板;在墙面板及内纵向木柱、内横向木柱的上下左右四个端面分别钉射底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板;在底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板、内纵向木柱、内横向木柱、墙面板围城的空腔内填充保温层。本发明的有益效果是安装操作显著简化,装配速度快,可以采用大部品总成装配,工业化程度更高,经济效果好,且避免了环境污染。减少了大量现场作业,通过系列构造,使其具有良好的受力性能。

高性能木结构被动墙板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,特别是涉及一种高性能木结构被动墙板。
背景技术
轻型木结构是现有房屋结构中最经久耐用的结构之一,轻型木结构抗沉降、抗干、抗老化,具有显著的稳定性。轻型木结构房屋因其自身质量轻,所以地震时吸收地震力少,在地震时的稳定性已经得到反复验证,即使强烈的地震使整个建筑物脱离其基础,而其结构却完整无损。轻型木结构因其材料和结构的特点,使得平面布置更加灵活,为建筑师提供了更大的想象空间,没有任何其他建筑体系能够提供如此天衣无缝的室内碗柜、隔板和衣橱,从而大幅度节省购买家具的费用。轻型木结构的保温节能性能优于其他任何材料建成的结构形式。木材本身就是出色的绝热体,在同样厚度的条件下,木材的隔热值比标准的混凝土高16倍,比钢材高400倍,比铝材高1600倍。所以,轻型木结构住房的取暖费用比较低,冬暖夏凉防火性能主要取决于房屋中用于构成屋顶、墙壁和地板各部分的整体材料。轻型木结构的各组成部分加上防火石膏墙板,很容易达到与砖石结构建筑相同的防火性能。例如:在日本对一幢木结构房屋进行了一次火灾试验。试验中模拟发生地震,摇晃房屋,然后用火将其点燃。这时,该房屋表现出了极为出色的性能,展示了轻型木结构建筑的超级性能水平。即使是建造经济型木结构房屋,其抗火灾能力也不低于两个小时。粘土砖生产对环境的危害是众所周知的,其燃烧要耗费大量的能源,并且产生的废气造成空气污染、温室效应和酸雨。而木材能减少空气中的CO2,可持续发展的林业所提供的永不枯竭的森林资源。但木材的生产只产生很少的废物。锯材生产的废料通常被用来制造纸浆、刨花板或作为燃料。木材同时又是100%可降解。
发明内容
本发明的目的使轻型木结构墙体能够在工厂模块化预制,简化安装操作、加快装配速度,并采用大部品总成装配,提高工业化程度,显著降低建造成本,避免环境污染,大幅减少现场作业,通过系列构造,使其具有良好的受力性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
高性能木结构被动墙板,包括底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板、内纵向木柱、内横向木柱、保温层、墙面板和钉,墙面板及内纵向木柱、内横向木柱的上下左右四个端面分别钉射底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板;边框木板的上下与内纵向木柱、内横向木柱均齐平,底框木板、顶框木板的左右两端均伸到边框木板的外边缘;内纵向木柱和内横向木柱内外两排排列,每排的外边缘对齐;在底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板、内纵向木柱、内横向木柱、墙面板围成的空腔内填充保温层;边框木板与最外端的内纵向木柱、内横向木柱均优先采用钉连接。
内纵向木柱和内横向木柱均相互交替,且优先采用均匀分布;两排之间的内纵向木柱和内横向木柱优先一一对应,两端的外端面均相互对齐,内部的优先采用一端对齐;
底框木板、顶框木板、边框木板的宽度均相等,且内外侧均外伸出墙面板的边缘10~40mm;
墙面板优先采用OSB板;
高性能木结构被动墙板,底框木板、顶框木板与边框木板、内纵向木柱、内横向木柱优先采用钉连接;内纵向木柱、内横向木柱每端与底框木板、顶框木板的连接数量为2~4枚;边框木板每端与底框木板、顶框木板的连接数量为3~6枚。
钉优先采用均匀分布;
本发明的有益效果是安装操作显著简化,装配速度快,可以采用大部品总成装配,工业化程度更高,经济效果好,且避免了环境污染。减少了大量现场作业,通过系列构造,使其具有良好的受力性能。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明提供的高性能木结构被动墙板进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种高性能木结构被动墙板,如图1~2所示,包括底框木板1、顶框木板2、边框木板3、内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5、保温层6、墙面板7和钉8,墙面板7及内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5的上下左右四个端面分别钉射底框木板1、顶框木板2、边框木板3;边框木板3的上下与内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5均齐平,底框木板1、顶框木板2的左右两端均伸到边框木板3的外边缘;内纵向木柱4和内横向木柱5内外两排排列,每排的外边缘对齐;在底框木板1、顶框木板2、边框木板3、内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5、墙面板7围成的空腔内填充保温层6;边框木板3与最外端的内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5均优先采用钉8连接。
内纵向木柱4和内横向木柱5均相互交替,且优先采用均匀分布;两排之间的内纵向木柱4和内横向木柱5优先一一对应,两端的外端面均相互对齐,内部的优先采用一端对齐;
底框木板1、顶框木板2、边框木板3的宽度均相等,且内外侧均外伸出墙面板7的边缘10~40mm;
墙面板7优先采用OSB板;
高性能木结构被动墙板,底框木板1、顶框木板2与边框木板3、内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5优先采用钉连接;内纵向木柱4、内横向木柱5每端与底框木板1、顶框木板2的连接数量为2~4枚;边框木板3每端与底框木板1、顶框木板2的连接数量为3~6枚。
钉8优先采用均匀分布。

Claims (6)

1.一种高性能木结构被动墙板,包括底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)、边框木板(3)、内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)、保温层(6)、墙面板(7)和钉(8),其特征在于:
墙面板(7)及内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)的上下左右四个端面分别钉射底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)、边框木板(3);边框木板(3)的上下与内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)均齐平,底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)的左右两端均伸到边框木板(3)的外边缘;内纵向木柱(4)和内横向木柱(5)内外两排排列,每排的外边缘对齐;在底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)、边框木板(3)、内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)、墙面板(7)围成的空腔内填充保温层(6);边框木板(3)与最外端的内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)均优先采用钉(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高性能木结构被动墙板,其特征在于:内纵向木柱(4)和内横向木柱(5)均相互交替,且优先采用均匀分布;两排之间的内纵向木柱(4)和内横向木柱(5)优先一一对应,两端的外端面均相互对齐,内部的优先采用一端对齐。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高性能木结构被动墙板,其特征在于:所述的底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)、边框木板(3)的宽度均相等,且内外侧均外伸出墙面板(7)的边缘10~40mm。
4.根据权利要求4中所述的一种高性能木结构被动墙板,其特征在于:所述的墙面板(7)优先采用OSB板。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的一种高性能木结构被动墙板,其特征在于:所述的底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)与边框木板(3)、内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)优先采用钉连接;内纵向木柱(4)、内横向木柱(5)每端与底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)的连接数量为2~4枚;边框木板(3)每端与底框木板(1)、顶框木板(2)的连接数量为3~6枚。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5中任一项所述的一种高性能木结构被动墙板,其特征在于:钉(8)优先采用均匀分布。
