一种船用异型材组合保温套块,它主要包括一条块状的、能与钢板密合性好的聚酰亚胺软质套体构成,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的横截面中间制有与保温的异型钢板体相吻合的、可从一外侧边套入的异型腔体,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的其它外侧边上复合有一层矿物棉硬面层;所述异型腔体的横截面为T型、球扁型或L型;所述聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边与矿物棉硬面层之间复合,并在所述矿物棉硬面层和聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边之间采用粘结剂进行贴合后复合而成;它具有结构简单,使用安装方便,保温效果好,有能防腐、吸音、保温及绝热等多功能效果等特点。

一种船用异型材组合保温套块
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种船用异型材组合保温套块,主要适用于船舶舱室保温、绝热、吸音、隔声等于装饰为一体的内装绝缘材料,属于保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,各种大小型船舶上各个舱室根据不同的用途功能均需要内装保温隔热绝缘材料进行内外热量的阻隔,噪音的阻隔控制,更加为了给船上人员提供一个舒适的生活环境和工作环境。因此,对于船舶的各种舱室,如驾驶室、卧室、工作间等空间,其外壁需要进行热隔离,即采用保温材料进行保温;而现有的保温材料种类较多,但大多在热力管道进行保温,如管道保温套等等,所采用的保温材料也大多是一些常规的,如玻璃纤维、陶瓷棉等,这些常规的保温材料普遍存在着绝缘材料密度大等问题,因此,急需一种密度轻、安装方便并适合用于船用舱室内装的保温材料。尤其是对于异型外壁,在考虑选用合适保温材料的情况下,还必须考虑能够适合异型外壁的特殊形状,以便能够取得合理的保温效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种整体密度小,结构简单,使用安装方便,保温效果好,且能防腐、吸音、保温及绝热等多功能的船用异型材组合保温套块。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种船用异型材组合保温套块,它主要包括一条块状的、能与钢板密合性好的聚酰亚胺软质套体构成,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的横截面中间制有与保温的异型钢板体相吻合的、可从一外侧边套入的异型腔体,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的其它外侧边上复合有一层矿物棉硬面层。
作为优选:所述异型腔体的横截面为T型、球扁型或L型;所述聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边与矿物棉硬面层之间复合,并在所述矿物棉硬面层和聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边之间采用粘结剂进行贴合后复合而成。
作为优选:所述矿物棉硬面层的外层面上还用粘结剂或包覆方式复合有一层玻璃纤维丝布或者铝箔玻纤布等,所述的矿物棉硬面层厚度为3-20mm,密度范围为100-200kg/m3;所述的聚酰亚胺软质套体的密度范围为5-40kg/m3。
本发明具有结构简单,使用安装方便,保温效果好,有能防腐、吸音、保温及绝热等多功能效果等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-4所示,本发明所述的一种船用异型材组合保温套块,它主要包括一条块状的、能与钢板密合性好的聚酰亚胺软质套体1构成,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体1的横截面中间制有与保温的异型钢板体相吻合的、可从一外侧边2套入的异型腔体3,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体1的其它外侧边上复合有一层矿物棉硬面层4。
本发明所述异型腔体的横截面为T型(图1所示)、球扁型(图2所示)或L型(图3所示);所述聚酰亚胺软质套体1外侧边与矿物棉硬面层4之间复合,并在所述矿物棉硬面层4和聚酰亚胺软质套体1外侧边之间采用粘结剂进行贴合后复合而成。
本发明所述矿物棉硬面层4的外层面上还用粘结剂或包覆方式复合有一层玻璃纤维丝布或铝箔玻纤布6,所述的矿物棉硬面层4厚度为3-20mm,密度范围为100-200kg/m3;所述的聚酰亚胺软质套体1的密度范围为5-40kg/m3。
本发明所述矿物棉硬面层1的外层面上还用粘结剂或包覆方式复合有一层玻璃纤维丝布4,所述的矿物棉硬面1层厚度为3-20mm,密度范围为100-200kg/m3;所述的聚酰亚胺软面层2厚度为10-150mm,密度范围为5-40kg/m3。
由于聚酰亚胺软质套体1与钢板密合性好,能有效防止冷凝水的产生,具有防腐、吸音、保温、绝热等多种功能;矿物棉硬面层4具有硬度、韧性好、耐撞、抗压,表面平整美观,不用刮腻子,是一种安全性高的多功能环保型船用材料。

1.一种船用异型材组合保温套块,它主要包括一条块状的、能与钢板密合性好的聚酰亚胺软质套体构成,其特征在于所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的横截面中间制有与保温的异型钢板体相吻合的、可从一外侧边套入的异型腔体,所述聚酰亚胺软质套体的其它外侧边上复合有一层矿物棉硬面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用异型材组合保温套块,其特征在于所述异型腔体的横截面为T型、球扁型或L型;所述聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边与矿物棉硬面层之间复合,并在所述矿物棉硬面层和聚酰亚胺软质套体外侧边之间采用粘结剂进行贴合后复合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的船用异型材组合保温套块,其特征在于所述矿物棉硬面层的外层面上还用粘结剂或包覆方式复合有一层玻璃纤维丝布或铝箔玻纤布,所述的矿物棉硬面层厚度为3-20mm,密度范围为100-200kg/m3;所述的聚酰亚胺软质套体的密度范围为5-40kg/m3。
