本发明揭示了一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,所述镜片用复合真空镀膜包括基层、防护层以及贴合层,所述基层、防护层以及贴合层均为圆形结构设置,所述防护层和贴合层均设置于所述基层表面,并且所述防护层环绕设置在所述贴合层的外侧边沿,所述防护层和所述贴合层保持齐平设置并设置于所述基层表面,所述基层为二氧化钛,所述贴合层为氟化铒,所述防护层为氮化钛。本发明结构简单,防紫外线,耐老化,透光性好,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镜片用复合真空镀膜。
背景技术
真空镀膜是目前得到广泛使用的材料,种类较多。不同的使用条件下需要设计不同成分和理化性能的镀膜材料。现有技术中镀膜大多为单层结构,贴合比较简单,但是其本身具备的功能相对欠缺,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,防紫外线,耐老化,透光性好,使用效果好的镜片用复合真空镀膜。
本发明的技术方案是,一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,所述镜片用复合真空镀膜包括基层、防护层以及贴合层,所述基层、防护层以及贴合层均为圆形结构设置,所述防护层和贴合层均设置于所述基层表面,并且所述防护层环绕设置在所述贴合层的外侧边沿,所述防护层和所述贴合层保持齐平设置并设置于所述基层表面,所述基层为二氧化钛,所述贴合层为氟化铒,所述防护层为氮化钛。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基层的厚度大小为防护层和贴合层的厚度大小的2倍。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防护层的宽度大小与所述贴合层的直径大小比为1:2。
本发明所述为一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,本发明结构简单,防紫外线,耐老化,透光性好,使用效果好。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明所述为一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,如图1所示,所述镜片用复合真空镀膜包括基层1、防护层2以及贴合层3,所述基层1、防护层2以及贴合层3均为圆形结构设置。
所述防护层2和贴合层3均设置于所述基层1表面,并且所述防护层2环绕设置在所述贴合层3的外侧边沿。
所述防护层2和所述贴合层3保持齐平设置并设置于所述基层1表面。
所述基层1为二氧化钛,所述贴合层3为氟化铒,所述防护层2为氮化钛。
所述基层1的厚度大小为防护层2和贴合层3的厚度大小的2倍。
所述防护层2的宽度大小与所述贴合层3的直径大小比为1:2。
本发明所述为一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,本发明结构简单,防紫外线,耐老化,透光性好,使用效果好。

1.一种镜片用复合真空镀膜,所述镜片用复合真空镀膜包括基层、防护层以及贴合层,所述基层、防护层以及贴合层均为圆形结构设置,其特征在于:所述防护层和贴合层均设置于所述基层表面,并且所述防护层环绕设置在所述贴合层的外侧边沿,所述防护层和所述贴合层保持齐平设置并设置于所述基层表面,所述基层为二氧化钛,所述贴合层为氟化铒,所述防护层为氮化钛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镜片用复合真空镀膜,其特征在于:所述基层的厚度大小为防护层和贴合层的厚度大小的2倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镜片用复合真空镀膜,其特征在于:所述防护层的宽度大小与所述贴合层的直径大小比为1:2。
