Abstract
本发明涉及一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,包括过滤器、漂浮板,所述过滤器顶部与漂浮板连接,所述漂浮板在过滤器上方设有取水口,所述取水口周围设有挡板,所述取水口有一与其相配对盖合的盖体。本发明在过滤器顶部设置漂浮板使整个过滤装置漂浮在水面,通过下部的过滤器过滤获取干净的饮用水,结构简单便于制造和推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器领域,尤其涉及一种简易漂浮式过滤设备。
背景技术
江河和湖泊一直是饮用水的重要来源,但由于江河和湖泊都是开放式的,水中的异物、悬浮物、微生物等较多,水厂从这些开方式水源中取水若不经过过滤极易造成取水管道堵塞。而现有的取水口大多只在取水管口安装简易的滤网,过滤效果并不理想,泥沙等杂质依然会进入取水管道。因此需要一种方便在江河和湖泊中使用的简易过滤设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,可以漂浮在水面对水进行过滤。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,包括过滤器、漂浮板,所述过滤器顶部与漂浮板连接,所述漂浮板在过滤器上方设有取水口,所述取水口周围设有挡板,所述取水口有一与其相配对盖合的盖体,所述过滤器为圆桶状,采用多层过滤材料粘结制成,由外侧到内侧依次为A不锈钢滤网、PP棉层、UDF滤层、含碘树脂层、B不锈钢滤网。
进一步的,所述盖体顶部设有把手。
本发明的有益效果是:在过滤器顶部设置漂浮板使整个过滤装置漂浮在水面,通过下部的过滤器过滤获取干净的饮用水,结构简单便于制造和推广。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,包括过滤器1、漂浮板2,过滤器1顶部与漂浮板2连接,漂浮板2在过滤器1上方设有取水口4,取水口4周围设有挡板201,取水口4有一与其相配对盖合的盖体3,可以使整个过滤装置漂浮在水面,过滤器1为圆桶状,采用多层过滤材料粘结制成,由外侧到内侧依次为A不锈钢滤网101、PP棉层102、UDF滤层103、含碘树脂层104、B不锈钢滤网105,通过多级过滤,得到干净的水。
A不锈钢滤网101顶部外侧焊接有圆环6,圆环6中间圆孔位置穿有绳索5,与岸边的固定物相连,漂浮板2选用泡沫浮板,盖体3顶部设有把手301,便于取盖。

1.一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,包括过滤器、漂浮板,其特征在于,所述过滤器顶部与漂浮板连接,所述漂浮板在过滤器上方设有取水口,所述取水口周围设有挡板,所述取水口有一与其相配对盖合的盖体,所述过滤器为圆桶状,采用多层过滤材料粘结制成,由外侧到内侧依次为A不锈钢滤网、PP棉层、UDF滤层、含碘树脂层、B不锈钢滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易漂浮式过滤设备,其特征在于:所述盖体顶部设有把手。
