本发明公开一种生活废水处理装置，具体涉及工业废水处理设备技术领域。包括装置本体、电机、输送带、废料箱、过滤网，所述装置本体上端设置有电机，电机连接输送带一端，输送带倾斜设置在装置本体侧面，废料箱设置在装置本体顶部，过滤网设置在废料箱内。所述废料箱的宽度大于输送带的宽度。所述废料箱底部还设置有排水阀，本发明具有结构简单、可有效将污水中的固体和液体分开，便于处理等优点。

本发明涉及工业废水处理设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种生活废水处理装置。
背景技术
一般污水处理都是利用水泵通过管道直接将污水抽出，由于管道较粗，在作业时会将污水中存在的固体垃圾连同污水一道抽出，不便于后期进一步处理。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种生活废水处理装置，其具有结构简单、可有效将污水中的固体和液体分开，便于处理等优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题：一种生活废水处理装置，包括装置本体、电机、输送带、废料箱、过滤网，所述装置本体上端设置有电机，电机连接输送带一端，输送带倾斜设置在装置本体侧面，废料箱设置在装置本体顶部，过滤网设置在废料箱内。所述废料箱的宽度大于输送带的宽度，使污水不会倒入废料箱外，有利于环境保护。所述废料箱底部还设置有排水阀，方便对废料箱内的污水进行排放处理。
优选地，所述过滤网活动设置在废料箱内，方便清理过滤网过滤的固体垃圾。
本发明的优点在于：结构简单、可有效将污水中的固体和液体分开，便于处理等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，一种生活废水处理装置，包括装置本体1、电机2、输送带3、废料箱4、过滤网5，其特征在于：所述装置本体1上端设置有电机2，电机2连接输送带3一端，输送带3倾斜设置在装置本体1侧面，废料箱4设置在装置本体1顶部，过滤网5设置在废料箱4内。
优选地，所述输送带3上还设置有凹槽6，便于将污水排出。
优选地，所述凹槽6等距设置在输送带2上，有利于提高污水处理速度，节省时间。
优选地，所述输送带2与水平面夹角度数为45度至60度，便于将污水送至废料箱4内。
优选地，所述废料箱4设置在装置本体1顶部，且在输送带3一端的下部，便于将污水送倒入至废料箱4内。
优选地，所述废料箱4的宽度大于输送带3的宽度，使污水不会倒入废料箱4外，有利于环境保护。
优选地，所述废料箱4底部还设置有排水阀7，方便对废料箱4内的污水进行排放处理。
优选地，所述过滤网5活动设置在废料箱4内，方便清理过滤网5过滤的固体垃圾。
本发明使用方法：输送带的转动带动凹槽，可将处于输送带底部的污水装入凹槽内，当装满污水的凹槽被输送带带至装置本体废料箱时，即会自动将污水倒入废料箱内，废料箱内的过滤网将固体垃圾和污水分隔开。

1.一种生活废水处理装置，包括装置本体(1)、电机(2)、输送带(3)、废料箱(4)、过滤网(5)，其特征在于：所述装置本体(1)上端设置有电机(2)，电机(2)连接输送带(3)一端，输送带(3)倾斜设置在装置本体(1)侧面，废料箱(4)设置在装置本体(1)顶部，过滤网(5)设置在废料箱(4)内；所述废料箱(4)的宽度大于输送带(3)的宽度；所述废料箱(4)底部还设置有排水阀(7)。
