本发明公开了一种治疗儿童脓疱疮的中药洗剂，属于中药技术领域。发明人针对儿童脓疱疮产生的病机，选择具有清热解毒、祛暑利湿、行气散结的中药八仙草、过坛龙、凤冠草、火炭母草、白背叶、大丁草、岩节连、水团花、小血藤、小米柴、芸香草、苣荬菜、姊妹树、七星剑制成洗剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到100％。

本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗儿童脓疱疮的中药洗剂。
背景技术
“脓疱疮”俗称“黄水疮”为一种最常见的化脓性球菌传染性皮肤病，其病原菌为葡萄球菌，少数为链球菌，主要是靠接触传染，可在儿童中流行，中医认为多由湿热化毒浸淫肌肤所致。皮损主要在红斑的基础上出现血疹，薄壁水疱疮迅速发展为脓疮，脓疮破损后形成黄色厚痂。目前，西医常规治疗主要为抗生素内服及外用，但西医治疗易产生毒副作用，易使病毒产生抗药性，延长了治疗时间和治疗效果。发明人在多年临床治疗实践中，应用中药外洗治疗儿童脓疱疮，不但取得了显著的治疗效果，而且见效快，不良反应少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗儿童脓疱疮的中药洗剂。脓疱疮属中医学黄水疮、滴脓疮范畴。中医学认为本病之发生与天暑下逼，地湿蒸腾，暑湿交蒸，脏腑蕴热，火毒结聚，热毒外受，熏蒸肌肤有关，且小儿肌体稚弱，皮肤娇嫩，易为暑湿热邪侵袭。治当以清热解毒、祛暑利湿、行气散结为则。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗儿童脓疱疮的中药洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：八仙草8-12份、过坛龙11-17份、凤冠草12-20份、火炭母草12-18份、白背叶15-21份、大丁草11-17份、岩节连9-15份、水团花7-11份、小血藤12-16份、小米柴11-15份、芸香草11-17份、苣荬菜6-12份、姊妹树11-17份、七星剑7-11份。
优选的：八仙草10份、过坛龙14份、凤冠草16份、火炭母草15份、白背叶18份、大丁草14份、岩节连12份、水团花9份、小血藤14份、小米柴13份、芸香草14份、苣荬菜9份、姊妹树14份、七星剑9份。
制备方法：按传统方法制成洗剂。
方中：八仙草清湿热、散瘀、消肿解毒；过坛龙清热利湿、消瘀散肿；凤冠草清热利湿、凉血解毒；火炭母草清热利湿、凉血解毒；白背叶清热利湿、解毒止痛、止血；大丁草祛风湿、解毒；岩节连消肿散毒；水团花清热利湿、消瘀定痛、止血生肌；小血藤行气止痛、活血散瘀；小米柴治皮肤疮毒；芸香草解表利湿、清热解毒、解暑；苣荬菜清热解毒、补虚止咳；姊妹树除风止痒、驱虫解毒、止咳祛痰；七星剑治皮肤湿疹、疮毒。
临床资料
1、一般资料 所有病例均为2011年1月～2014年6月本院皮肤科门诊患者。选取符合儿童脓疮疮诊断标准的100例患者，并随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组男25例，女25例；年龄2-5岁，平均3.1岁，病程3-5天；治疗组男26例，女24例；年龄3-6岁，平均3.8岁，病程3-5天；两组在性别、年龄、病程比例方面无统计学意义(P＜0.05)，具有可比性。
2、治疗方法 治疗组采用本发明所述的中药洗剂：称取八仙草10g、过坛龙14g、风冠草16g、火炭母草15g、白背叶18g、大丁草14g、岩节连12g、水团花9g、小血藤14g、小米柴13g、芸香草14g、苣荬菜9g、姊妹树14g、七星剑9g，按传统方法制成洗剂。先熏蒸患处，待水温将至适宜温度时再外洗患处。每天一次；对照组百多邦软膏(2％)外涂；两组均3天为一疗程，治疗三个疗程统计疗效。
3、疗效标准 痊愈：皮疹完全消退。显效：：皮损大部分消退，瘙痒明显减轻。有效：皮损部分消退，局部瘙痒、疼痛减轻。无效：皮损无明显消退或加重。
4、治疗结果 两组治疗三个疗程后疗效比较结果见下表

治疗组总有效率达到100％，对照组总有效率60％，治疗组明显优于对照组，两组治愈率、总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
5、典型病例 患儿男，出生3个月，出生后因受热，面部出现粟粒脓胞渐增多，发展至躯干部且脓疱增大至黄豆大小。面部及躯干给予本发明的中药洗剂药敷3天，每日2次。其脓疱结痂，治疗1周后皮损消退。
患儿男3岁，口周、鼻孔周围密集粟粒大红血疹脓疱及黄痂，脓液经细菌培养为金葡菌感染，给予本发明所述的中药外洗治疗1周后皮损全部消退。
患儿女7岁，面耳廓多粟粒至绿豆大红血疹，脓疱及黄厚痂，耳廓黄痂及渗出，给予本发明所述的中药外洗，治疗4周后皮损结痂，继续治疗4天后痊愈。
