本发明公开了一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,该天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件包括冲压头、折弯压合块、螺杆、上调节螺母、下调节螺母和固定螺母,所述螺杆通过上调节螺母和下调节螺母与折弯压合板固定连接,螺杆的下端通过固定螺母固定有折弯压合块,折弯压合板的下平面安装有冲压头,冲压头的两侧臂相对贴合于折弯压合块的两个侧面,冲压头的两侧臂相对向内延伸形成四个定位挡块,定位挡块固定住折弯压合块,折弯压合块和冲压头的下端均设有相对应的压合口。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,冲压效果好,工件磨损小,不仅大大提高生产效率,同时也降低了生产成本。

本发明涉及天线生产领域,特别是涉及一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件。
背景技术
目前,通讯科技非常发达,手机也非常普遍的使用,手机的天线都是由端子和天线结合组成,手机天线中的端子起到传输和接受信号的作用,因此天线端子的压合显得非常重要,天线压合的过程中需要使用天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,而现有的天线端子压合装置的冲压头组件存在结构复杂、操作不便、工件磨损大等缺点,有鉴于此,需要对现有的天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件予以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,其结构简单,冲压效果好,工件磨损小,大大提高生产效率,也降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:通过提供一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,该天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件包括冲压头、折弯压合块、螺杆、上调节螺母、下调节螺母和固定螺母,所述螺杆通过上调节螺母和下调节螺母与折弯压合板固定连接,螺杆的下端通过固定螺母固定有折弯压合块,折弯压合板的下平面安装有冲压头,冲压头的两侧臂相对贴合于折弯压合块的两个侧面,冲压头的两侧臂相对向内延伸形成四个定位挡块,定位挡块固定住折弯压合块,折弯压合块和冲压头的下端均设有相对应的压合口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,其结构简单,冲压效果好,工件磨损小,大大提高生产效率,也降低了生产成本。

一种天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,该天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件包括冲压头31121、折弯压合块31122、螺杆31123、上调节螺母31124、下调节螺母31125和固定螺母31126,所述螺杆31123通过上调节螺母31124和下调节螺母31125与折弯压合板固定连接,螺杆31123的下端通过固定螺母31126固定有折弯压合块31122,折弯压合板的下平面安装有冲压头31121,冲压头31121的两侧臂相对贴合于折弯压合块31122的两个侧面,冲压头31121的两侧臂相对向内延伸形成四个定位挡块311211,定位挡块311211固定住折弯压合块31122,折弯压合块31122和冲压头31121的下端均设有相对应的压合口。
本发明折弯头装置的冲压组件工作时,冲压头31121和折弯压合块31122相配合,下调节螺母31125可以微调节,螺杆31123上升,从而折弯压合块31122的位置上移,方便更好的折弯压合,机器重复以上工作步骤。
本发明的天线端子压合设备的冲压头组件,其结构简单,冲压效果好,工件磨损小,大大提高生产效率,也降低了生产成本。
