本发明公开了一种带有膨胀管的金属钉，包括膨胀管、金属钉和挂钩，所述膨胀管一端设置有膨胀结构，所述膨胀管两侧均设有倒扣，所述膨胀管另一端设有限位头以及限位头与膨胀管之间通过自卸结构连接，所述限位头一侧连接有金属钉以及固定连接在金属钉一端的钉头。本发明造价成本低，可以更好的对金属钉的固定，改变了以往金属钉在使用后给墙面带来不美观的现象。

一种带有膨胀管的金属钉的制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种金属钉，特别涉及一种带有膨胀管的金属钉。
【背景技术】
现有的金属钉在对一些坚固的墙面使用时，往往会使人们很费力把金属钉钉入墙内，如果现用钻孔机钻孔后在把金属钉放入这样会使得金属钉非常的不牢固，现有的金属钉在对墙面作用后取出时会使得墙面留下很大的痕迹这样会给墙面的美观带来很大的影响。为此，我们提出一种带有膨胀管的金属钉。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种带有膨胀管的金属钉，使用时，可以根据标识牌上的标示的膨胀管直径和长度从而选择不同的钻头在墙面上钻孔，首先把膨胀管放置在钻好的孔内，当金属钉达到一定深度之后会使膨胀结构发生形变从而达到更加固定金属钉的作用，通过自卸结构，能够在不使用时通过自卸结构把限位头卸下这样可以使墙面更加的美观，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种带有膨胀管的金属钉，包括膨胀管、金属钉和挂钩，所述膨胀管一端设置有膨胀结构，所述膨胀管两侧均设有倒扣，所述膨胀管另一端设有限位头以及限位头与膨胀管之间通过自卸结构连接，所述限位头一侧连接有金属钉以及固定连接在金属钉一端的钉头。
进一步地，所述膨胀管一侧表面上设有标识牌。
进一步地，所述金属钉一侧固定连接有挂钩。
进一步地，所述钉头一侧表面上设有防滑槽以及设置在防滑槽内部的十字槽。
进一步地，所述膨胀管为塑料材料。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：使用时，可以根据标识牌上的标示的膨胀管直径和长度从而选择不同的钻头在墙面上钻孔，首先把膨胀管放置在钻好的孔内，当金属钉达到一定深度之后会使膨胀结构发生形变从而达到更加固定金属钉的作用，通过自卸结构，能够在不使用时通过自卸结构把限位头卸下这样可以使墙面更加的美观。

如图1-2所示，一种带有膨胀管的金属钉，包括膨胀管3、金属钉7和挂钩9，所述膨胀管3一端设置有膨胀结构1，所述膨胀管3两侧均设有倒扣2，所述膨胀管3另一端设有限位头6以及限位头6与膨胀管3之间通过自卸结构5连接，所述限位头6一侧连接有金属钉7以及固定连接在金属钉7一端的钉头8，所述膨胀管3一侧表面上设有标识牌4，所述金属钉7一侧固定连接有挂钩9，所述钉头8一侧表面上设有防滑槽10以及设置在防滑槽10内部的十字槽11，所述膨胀管3为塑料材料。
本发明一种带有膨胀管的金属钉，使用时，可以根据标识牌4上的标示的膨胀管3直径和长度从而选择不同的钻头在墙面上钻孔，首先把膨胀管3放置在钻好的孔内，当金属钉7达到一定深度之后会使膨胀结构1发生形变从而达到更加固定金属钉7的作用，通过自卸结构5，能够在不使用时通过自卸结构5把限位头6卸下这样可以使墙面更加的美观。
其中，所述膨胀管3一侧表面上设有标识牌4，可以使人们更加清楚知道膨胀管3的直径和深度。
其中，所述金属钉7一侧固定连接有挂钩9，可以便于对一些金属绳的固定。
其中，所述钉头8一侧表面上设有防滑槽10以及设置在防滑槽10内部的十字槽11，可以防止人们在敲击时出现打滑的现象，可以方便人们在不使用时对金属钉7的取出。
其中，所述膨胀管3为塑料材料，可以大大节省制造成本。
