Abstract
一种双码防盗门,由交直流两用电源、红外线密码识别器或简易手机、红外线接收器、步进机一、步进机二、横插销、上竖插销、下竖插销、上顶槽、下顶槽、双簧片、接警铃或简易手机的电源线、门轴组成。本发明使用红外线的特有频率和密码或手机号双重作用,一般的锁只是横向上锁,该门是立体上锁,使整个防盗门更牢固可靠,防盗系数较高;不易损坏,便于检修:利用双步进机可使户主开锁更可靠,不会自己开不了锁使整个门报废。门内盖住锁的铁板可以在户内打开,便于修改密码或检修,维护锁体;本门可整体安装,也可单独制成门锁,在已安装其它门锁的防盗门后加装此锁,提高原有门的防盗功能;在强力破坏时,可及时响铃示警,通过手机通知有关人员。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双码防盗门,属于机电技术领域。
背景技术
防盗门防盗功能的好坏取决于防盗门锁的防盗功能。现在的防盗门锁主要有孔锁、声纹锁、指纹锁、密码锁和光码锁等。有孔锁和密码锁不法分子可借助工具开锁;声纹锁、指纹锁和光码锁防盗功能较好,但声纹、指纹的短期变化会导致自己无法开锁。光码锁有光线射入孔和平面镜反射,当射入孔有杂物或灰尘阻碍了反射或人为破坏时,也会使自己无法开锁,导致整个防盗门报废,不但经济受损,而且操作麻烦。还有现在的防盗门遭强力破坏时,报警系统不及时,报警功能欠佳,市场上现需一种防盗功能好,报警功能齐全的防盗门锁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足提供一种双码防盗门。
本发明所述双码防盗门结构包括交直流两用电源、红外线密码识别器或简易手机、红外线接收器、步进机一、步进机二、横插销、上竖插销、下竖插销、上顶槽、下顶槽、双簧片、接警铃或简易手机的电源线、门轴;
所述交直流两用电源用导线与红外线密码识别器或简易手机相连,红外线密码识别器或简易手机与红外线接收器相连,红外线接收器与步进机一和步进机二相连,步进机一的直轮和步进机二的斜轮紧密啮合,步进机一的转轴只正转或反转,不横向移动,当步进机二工作时,步进机一不工作,横插销上下连成一体,并通过圆环或离合器装置与步进机二的轴相连,横插销上的上顶槽的斜面与上竖插销的斜面相接触,下顶槽的斜面与下竖插销的斜面相接触,在门框的插孔后面或门轴的圆环相接处有双簧片,经双簧片把电源线接至警铃或简易手机。
本发明所述双码防盗门的工作原理是:
使用前给红外线密码识别器设定密码或给简易手机装入手机卡,并设定能接受的相应手机号;
使用时,在红外线发射器上依密码按下相应数字或用已设定号的手机拨通简易手机,当红外线密码识别器识别密码或手机接收信号后给下面的红外线接收器通电,延时一定时间后自动切断电源,接通电源后,按下红外线发射器按键A,使红外线接收器①处通电,使步进机二正转,在直轮和斜轮作用下(平时直轮和斜轮紧密啮合,如扳手头子),横插销向左移动,同时顶槽顶起竖插销,使横、竖插销同时插入插孔,立即上锁,步进机控制插销的移动距离,按下红外线发射器B键,使红外线接收器②处接通电源,使步进机二反转,横插销向右移动,竖插销在弹簧作用下,横、竖插销同时退出插孔,完成解锁过程,如果时间长了,步进机二坏了,上不了锁或开不了锁,则通过C、D键使步进机一工作,在直轮和斜轮作用下照样上锁或解锁,解锁后要及时维修已坏的步进机;
门框的插孔后面和转轴处安有双簧片,正常使用时双簧片隔离,当外力强性破坏时,超过金属片的弹性限度,双金属片接触,自动接通电源,使户内窗户或阳台处(户外无法接触)警铃自动报警,如果是使用简易手机则简易手机通过群发短信或自动群拨至已调定的手机,及时通过有关人员报警。
家里有人时无须上锁,只须在门背面装手动插销即可。电源为交、直流用电源,哪怕停电,也能照常工作。
本发明的有益效果:
防盗功能好:使用红外线的特有频率(数码)和密码或手机号双重作用,加上整个防盗门除观察孔以外无孔,拉手也不接触门锁,不法分子想开锁困难很大。一般的锁只是横向上锁,该门(锁)是立体上锁,使整个防盗门更牢固可靠,防盗系数较高。
不易损坏,便于检修:利用双步进机可使户主开锁更可靠,不会自己开不了锁使整个门报废。门内盖住锁的铁板可以在户内打开,便于修改密码或检修,维护锁体。
功能齐全:本防盗门(锁)可整体安装,也可单独制成门锁,在已安装其它门锁的防盗门后加装此锁,提高原有门的防盗功能。
报警功能好:在强力破坏时,可及时响铃示警,也可通过手机通知户主及有关人员。

具体实施方式
本发明所述双码防盗门结构包括交直流两用电源、红外线密码识别器或简易手机、红外线接收器、步进机一、步进机二、横插销、上竖插销、下竖插销、上顶槽、下顶槽、双簧片、接警铃或简易手机的电源线、门轴;

1.一种双码防盗门,所述防盗门结构包括交直流两用电源、红外线密码识别器或简易手机、红外线接收器、步进机一、步进机二、横插销、上竖插销、下竖插销、上顶槽、下顶槽、双簧片、接警铃或简易手机的电源线、门轴;其特征在于:
所述交直流两用电源用导线与红外线密码识别器或简易手机相连,红外线密码识别器或简易手机与红外线接收器相连,红外线接收器与步进机一和步进机二相连,步进机一的直轮和步进机二的斜轮紧密啮合,步进机一的转轴只正转或反转,不横向移动,当步进机二工作时,步进机一不工作,横插销上下连成一体,并通过圆环或离合器装置与步进机二的轴相连,横插销上的上顶槽的斜面与上竖插销的斜面相接触,下顶槽的斜面与下竖插销的斜面相接触,在门框的插孔后面或门轴的圆环相接处有双簧片,经双簧片把电源线接至警铃或简易手机;
