Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewing equipment, in particular to a needle pitch adjusting device, which comprises a main shaft, a needle pitch adjusting shaft and a connecting pin, wherein an adjusting sleeve synchronously rotating along with the needle pitch adjusting shaft is arranged on the needle pitch adjusting shaft; the invention can realize the adjustment of the stitch length only by simple connecting rods, connecting pins and sliding grooves without the mutual matching of a plurality of high-precision eccentric cams, and has simple and convenient installation, thereby solving the problems of difficult processing, low precision, easy blocking and the like of the existing stitch length cloth feeding assembly.

The invention belongs to the technical field of sewing equipment, and particularly relates to a needle pitch adjusting device and a sewing machine.
Background
The existing needle pitch adjusting mechanism mainly comprises a plurality of parts, such as a cloth feeding eccentric, a small eccentric wheel, a cloth feeding connecting rod, an eccentric wheel, a needle opening eccentric cam, a needle opening lifting torsion shaft and the like, and the number of the parts is large and complex, as shown in figure 1. The principle is as follows: the needle opening lifting torsion shaft 1 is pressed into the clamping groove of the needle opening eccentric cam 2, then the main driving shaft is rotated, the relative position relation among the cloth feeding eccentric 3, the small eccentric wheel 4, the eccentric wheel 5 and the needle opening eccentric cam 2 is changed, the initial phase between the feeding connecting rod 6 and the feeding crank 7 is changed, and the needle pitch adjustment is realized. However, if the processing precision and the assembling precision are not sufficiently high for the eccentric parts such as the cloth feeding eccentric 3, the small eccentric 4, the eccentric 5, and the needle opening eccentric cam 2, the phenomena of connection looseness, deformation, friction, etc. are easily generated, and the phenomena of feeding with higher precision, jamming, burning, etc. are not stable may occur.

The invention aims to provide a needle distance adjusting device of a sewing machine, which is simple to install, low in cost and convenient to adjust.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
the needle pitch adjusting device comprises a main shaft, a needle pitch adjusting shaft and a connecting pin, wherein an adjusting sleeve which rotates synchronously along with the needle pitch adjusting shaft is arranged on the needle pitch adjusting shaft, a needle pitch eccentric wheel is arranged on the main shaft and is connected with the connecting pin through a needle pitch connecting rod, the connecting pin is further connected with a feeding crank of a feeding mechanism through the feeding connecting rod, the connecting pin is connected with the adjusting sleeve, the needle pitch adjusting shaft rotates to drive the adjusting sleeve to rotate, the connecting pin is driven to generate displacement along the radial direction of the adjusting sleeve, and then the initial phase between the needle pitch connecting rod and the feeding connecting rod is changed, and the change of the inclination angle of the feeding crank is driven to realize the adjustment of the needle pitch.
In the above needle pitch adjusting device, the inner end of the adjusting sleeve is provided with a chute along the radial direction thereof, a sliding block is arranged in the chute, and the sliding block is sleeved on the connecting pin.
In the above needle pitch adjusting device, the outer end of the needle pitch adjusting shaft is connected to the casing through a locking knob or a wrench; or is connected with an adjusting plate which is fixed on the machine shell.
In the above needle pitch adjusting device, the adjusting sleeve is locked and fixed on the needle pitch adjusting shaft by a fastener; or the adjusting sleeve and the needle pitch adjusting shaft are of an integrated structure.
In the above needle pitch adjusting device, the needle pitch eccentric wheel is locked and fixed on the main shaft by a fastener; or the needle pitch eccentric wheel and the main shaft are of an integrated structure.
In the above-mentioned needle pitch adjusting device, one end of the needle pitch connecting rod is connected to the needle pitch eccentric wheel, and the other end is connected to the connecting pin.
In the above needle pitch adjusting device, the outer end of the needle pitch adjusting shaft is connected with the motor and is driven to rotate by the motor.

The adjusting sleeve 11 of the invention can synchronously rotate along with the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9.
In particular, the pitch link 13 is connected at one end to the pitch eccentric 12 and at the other end to the connecting pin 10. The connecting end of the needle pitch connecting rod 13, the needle pitch eccentric wheel 12 and the connecting pin 10 can be a circular hole or a U-shaped groove.
One end of the feeding connecting rod 14 is fixed on the connecting pin 10, the other end of the feeding connecting rod is fixed on the positioning pin 19, and the positioning pin 19 is connected with the feeding crank 15.
The displacement of the connecting pin 10 in the radial direction of the adjusting sleeve 11 can be achieved by the following structure: the inner end of the adjusting sleeve 11 is provided with a sliding groove 16 along the radial direction, a sliding block 17 is arranged in the sliding groove 16, and the sliding block 17 is sleeved on the connecting pin 10.
In addition to the above configuration, one end of the connecting pin 10 may be provided with a sliding portion that slides along the slide groove 16, the sliding portion and the connecting pin 10 may be configured as an integral structure, a component for restricting the feed link 14 of the pitch link 13 such as a retainer ring may be provided at the head of the connecting pin 10, and the feed link 14 of the pitch link 13 may be provided between the retainer ring and the sliding portion.
The outer end of the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 of the invention is connected with the shell 18 through a locking knob or a spanner; or connected with an adjusting plate fixed on the machine shell 18.
The needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 can be rotated manually or connected with a motor at the outer end of the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 and driven to rotate by the motor.
In order to achieve a synchronous rotation of the adjusting sleeve 11 with the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9, the adjusting sleeve 11 is fastened to a flat surface on the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 by a fastening element.
In order to achieve a synchronous rotation of the pitch cam 12 with the main shaft 8, the pitch cam 12 is fastened to the plane of the main shaft 8 by means of fasteners.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 is coaxially matched with the machine shell 18, when the needle pitch is fixed, the end part of the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 is fixed with the machine shell 18 or a fixed adjusting plate arranged on the machine shell 18 through a locking knob or a spanner, the adjusting sleeve 11 is locked and fixed on a plane on the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 through a screw, and the adjusting sleeve 11 is provided with a sliding groove 16 for the sliding block 17 to slide back and forth; the needle pitch eccentric wheel 12 is fixed on the upper plane of the main shaft 8 through a screw, one end part of the needle pitch connecting rod 13 is sleeved on the needle pitch eccentric wheel 12, and the other end of the needle pitch connecting rod is coaxially matched with the feeding connecting rod 14 and the sliding block 17 through the connecting pin 10; the feeding connecting rod 14, the positioning pin 19 and the connecting pin 10 are fastened together through screws.
When the needle pitch is adjusted, the needle pitch adjusting shaft 9 is rotated to drive the adjusting sleeve 11 to rotate together, the position of the sliding block 17 in the sliding groove 16 of the adjusting sleeve 11 is changed, namely, the initial phase between the needle pitch connecting rod 13 and the feeding connecting rod 14 is changed, and meanwhile, the inclination angle of the cloth feeding crank 15 is changed, so that the adjustment of the needle pitch can be realized. The sewing and feeding are realized through the matching of the mechanism and the feeding mechanism.
The invention also provides a sewing machine comprising the needle pitch adjusting device.
