The invention discloses an European-smelting furnace drying device which comprises a thermocouple, air guide pipes, air mixing pipes and gas delivery pipes, wherein the air mixing pipes are vertically arranged, the thermocouple is arranged in the air mixing pipes, the upper ends of the air mixing pipes are symmetrically and uniformly distributed in the center and are connected with a plurality of air guide pipes at intervals, the lower ends of the air mixing pipes are horizontally provided with a horizontal guide plate, the bottom surfaces of the guide plates are symmetrically and uniformly distributed in the center and are provided with guide grooves at intervals, the top surfaces of the horizontal guide plates are provided with two octagonal coils with a large size from inside to outside at intervals, the two octagonal coils are mutually communicated, four rows of holes are horizontally arranged on the pipe walls of the two octagonal coils from top to bottom, the distance between every two rows of holes is 60-100 mm, the distance between every two adjacent holes of the same row of holes is 80mm, the aperture of each hole is 15mm, and the two side top surfaces of the large coil are respectively connected with one gas delivery pipe.

Conventional blast furnace ironmaking must have sufficient coke. The coking coal resources for coking only account for about 10% of the whole coal resources at present, and only the using amount of about 20 years of ironmaking can be supplied. After 20 years, the traditional blast furnace ironmaking process faces the crisis of coke resource shortage. In order to cope with the upcoming crisis of coking coal resources, successful European smelting furnace ironmaking technology is developed on the basis of the Olympic COREX process technology. The European smelting furnace has to complete the furnace baking before being opened, and the traditional European smelting furnace baking process has the steps of paving furnace bottom pipes and refractory materials in the bottom of the furnace hearth before the furnace is opened, adding pig iron blocks and electrodes as basic heat sources for preheating the furnace hearth during the furnace opening process, gradually adding coarse coke and medium-granularity coke above the electrodes as the heat storage basis of the furnace hearth, and opening the furnace immediately after the furnace is opened. The cost and risk of the furnace opening process are high.

When the invention is used, hot flue gas provided by the furnace-outside furnace-drying trolley and added cold air firstly enter the central air mixing pipe during the furnace drying period, the temperature is monitored by the thermocouple arranged in the air mixing pipe, the temperature in the air mixing pipe is finally controlled to the target temperature by adjusting the adding amount of the cold air, and the flue gas mixed to the target temperature enters the lower part of the guide plate at the bottom of the furnace bottom through the air mixing pipe, so that the hot flue gas can be uniformly dispersed at the furnace bottom under the guide plate at the bottom, the furnace bottom is baked and heated, and finally flows out from the edge of the guide plate and then enters the gasification furnace through the octagonal coil.
The octagonal coil pipe is arranged on the bottom guide plate. The furnace has two functions, namely, firstly, during the furnace baking, part of furnace baking hot flue gas entering the gasification furnace enters the octagonal coil through the small holes of the octagonal coil, and then is led out of the furnace through the gas outlet pipe which is in butt joint with the octagonal coil, so that the furnace body iron notch area refractory material is baked. The furnace device uniformly mixes hot flue gas generated outside the furnace and the added cold air through the air mixing pipe, then the hot flue gas enters the furnace bottom to bake the furnace bottom refractory material, has the characteristics of simple temperature regulation and control operation, simple device structure and convenient installation, can realize uniform temperature rise of the furnace bottom refractory material, solves the problem of furnace baking before opening of the European smelting furnace, and has the advantages of more flexible operation, lower cost and more than 1300 ten thousand yuan in one-time furnace opening process, compared with the graphite carbon furnace baking process developed by Siemens Olympic steel company.
