本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀玻璃膜,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:玻璃纤维50~74份、石英砂6~14份、云母粉3~8份、钠长石4~12份、高岭土10~22份、聚四氟乙烯12~23份、亚烷基二醇苯基醚3~9份、硅酮树脂3~16份、丙酸钠5~12份、异丁醇2~18份、三氧化二锑5~10份、硼砂1~5份、胶黏剂3~10份和成膜助剂2~8份。该种耐腐蚀玻璃膜选用的材料廉价易得、配比合理,耐刮擦,耐油污,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和保温性能,使用寿命长,特别适用于工作在酸性环境中。

背景技术
随着科技的发展,需要使用玻璃膜的场所变得多样化,对玻璃膜性能指标有了更加严格和多样的要求,不断的提高玻璃膜的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求。长期工作于酸性或碱性环境中的玻璃膜,易受到腐蚀,缩短其使用寿命,而且存在安全隐患。因此,急需改变原有配方以满足使用需求。

本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种耐腐蚀玻璃膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀玻璃膜,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:玻璃纤维50~74份、石英砂6~14份、云母粉3~8份、钠长石4~12份、高岭土10~22份、聚四氟乙烯12~23份、亚烷基二醇苯基醚3~9份、硅酮树脂3~16份、丙酸钠5~12份、异丁醇2~18份、三氧化二锑5~10份、硼砂1~5份、胶黏剂3~10份和成膜助剂2~8份。
所述耐腐蚀玻璃膜,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:玻璃纤维53~69份、石英砂8~12份、云母粉4~6份、钠长石5~10份、高岭土14~20份、聚四氟乙烯14~18份、亚烷基二醇苯基醚5~8份、硅酮树脂6~12份、丙酸钠6~10份、异丁醇4~12份、三氧化二锑6~9份、硼砂2~4份、胶黏剂5~8份和成膜助剂3~6份。
