本发明公开了一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,箱体被依次分为设备容纳池、沉淀池、好氧池、缺氧池、厌氧池,缺氧池内部设置有曝气系统,曝气系统通过风管与设备容纳池内部的风机连通,风管上设置有蝶阀,厌氧池设置有与其底部连通的进水管,好氧池与沉淀池之间通过导流管连通,导流管顶部设置有集水槽,沉淀池底部设置有锥形体,锥形体侧壁上设置有与设备容纳池连通的排泥管,沉淀池顶部通过出水管与外界连通。本发明能够灵活处理各种水质的污水,且处理效果显著,减少用户污水处理成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理设备,具体说是一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备。
背景技术
目前传统的地埋式污水处理设备内部按照A2O工艺制造,厌氧、好氧环境不可控,调试困难且周期长,针对水质变动较大的污水处理效果差。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的便是提供一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,可调节厌氧、好氧环境。
本发明为实现上述目的一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,箱体依次分为设备容纳池、沉淀池、好氧池、缺氧池、厌氧池,所述缺氧池内部设置有曝气系统,所述曝气系统通过风管与设备容纳池内部的风机连通,所述风管上设置有蝶阀,所述厌氧池设置有与其底部连通的进水管,所述好氧池与沉淀池之间通过导流管连通,所述导流管顶部设置有集水槽,所述沉淀池底部设置有锥形体,所述锥形体侧壁上设置有与设备容纳池连通的排泥管,所述沉淀池顶部通过出水管与外界连通;所述出水管的进水端位于沉淀池的侧壁上,并在出水管的进水端设置有与沉淀池侧壁连接的集水槽;所述曝气系统由间隔等距的曝气管组成,且每条曝气管上分别设置有多个曝气头。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的优点在于:本发明在缺氧池设置可调控曝气系统,增加了厌氧池和好氧池对生物菌培养的多项调节和转换,并将原有使用的填料密度增大10%,可根据污水水质情况开启或关闭曝气系统,达到调节厌氧、好氧处理时间,对脱氮除磷、降解COD和BOD起到调控作用,能够灵活处理各种水质的污水,且处理效果显著,减少用户污水处理成本。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,箱体被依次分为设备容纳池1、沉淀池2、好氧池3、缺氧池4、厌氧池5,缺氧池4内部设置有曝气系统6,曝气系统6由间隔等距的曝气管组成,且每条曝气管上分别设置有多个曝气头;曝气系统6通过风管7与设备容纳池2内部的风机连通,风管7上设置有蝶阀8,厌氧池5设置有与其底部连通的进水管9,好氧池3与沉淀池2之间通过导流管10连通,导流管10顶部设置有集水槽11,沉淀池2底部设置有锥形体12,锥形体12侧壁上设置有与设备容纳池1连通的排泥管13,沉淀池2顶部通过出水管14与外界连通,出水管14的进水端位于沉淀池2的侧壁上,并在出水管14的进水端设置有与沉淀池2侧壁连接的集水槽11。

1.一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,其特征在于:箱体依次分为设备容纳池、沉淀池、好氧池、缺氧池、厌氧池,所述缺氧池内部设置有曝气系统,所述曝气系统通过风管与设备容纳池内部的风机连通,所述风管上设置有蝶阀,所述厌氧池设置有与其底部连通的进水管,所述好氧池与沉淀池之间通过导流管连通,所述导流管顶部设置有集水槽,所述沉淀池底部设置有锥形体,所述锥形体侧壁上设置有与设备容纳池连通的排泥管,所述沉淀池顶部通过出水管与外界连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,其特征在于:所述出水管的进水端位于沉淀池的侧壁上,并在出水管的进水端设置有与沉淀池侧壁连接的集水槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种地埋式一体化污水处理设备,其特征在于:所述曝气系统由间隔等距的曝气管组成,且每条曝气管上分别设置有多个曝气头。
