The bottom surface of the head cam of the exhaust screw cylinder 60 is provided with indexing holes 635 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, the top surfaces of the two limit half rings 42 are respectively provided with indexing salient points 421, and the indexing salient points 421 can be matched with the indexing holes 635; because the tubular push rod 40 can not rotate along with the exhaust screw cylinder 60, when the exhaust screw cylinder 60 rotates by a fixed angle alpha (alpha is a central angle between two adjacent index holes), the index salient point 421 can fall into the next index hole from the previous index hole along the rotation direction, and the rotation angle of the exhaust screw cylinder 60 and the linear moving distance of the mandril 50 have a quantitative proportional relationship, so that the moving distance of the mandril 50 driven by the exhaust screw cylinder 60 can be accurately controlled by setting the number of the index holes 635, and the mandril 50 can accurately control the exhaust amount by pushing the plunger of the cassette bottle; in this embodiment, twelve index holes 635 are provided.
The sleeve type pen body 20 is internally provided with a damping spring 24, the damping spring 24 is sleeved on the periphery of the ejector rod 50, two ends of the damping spring 24 are respectively abutted and limited by the bottom surface of the positioning ring 33 of the clamping type bottle seat 30 and the top surface of the front end of the head cam 63 of the exhaust screw cylinder 60, and the exhaust screw cylinder 60 and the tubular push rod 40 can be quickly moved backwards to reset by the rebound action of the damping spring 24 when the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip 43 is embedded into the radial groove 634 on the excircle of the head cam 63.
Two parallel vertical guide grooves 46 are formed in the outer wall surface of the tubular push rod 40, a guide block 25 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the rear end of the sleeve type pen body 20, and the guide block 25 is embedded in the vertical guide grooves 46, so that the moving reliability between the tubular push rod 40 and the sleeve type pen body 20 is guaranteed, and the relative rotation between the tubular push rod 40 and the sleeve type pen body 20 due to a gap is avoided.
For ease of understanding, the front and rear ends of the present invention are shown in the orientation of the present invention with reference to the barrel 20, with the end facing the needle assembly being the front end and the opposite end being the rear end.
The following describes in detail the use of the invention:
(1) when the exhaust knob 70 is rotated counterclockwise to the bottom, the exhaust screw 60 rotates synchronously with the exhaust knob 70 to drive the ejector rod 50 to retreat to the initial position, and the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip 43 of the tubular push rod is embedded into the radial groove 634 of the cam 63 at the front end of the exhaust screw 60, the exhaust screw 60 and the tubular push rod 40 are ejected out of the sleeve-type pen body 20 integrally and quickly under the resilience of the damping spring 24, at this time, the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip of the tubular push rod is attached to the tightening locking outer circular surfaces 631a and 631b of the outer circle of the head cam 63 at the front end of the exhaust screw 60, and only small-gap micro-movement but large-amplitude relative movement between the tubular push rod 40 and the sleeve-type pen body 20 can be performed, that is, the tubular push rod 40 cannot perform injection under this state;
(2) screwing the cassette bottle bin 10 off from the front end threaded sleeve 32 of the cassette bottle seat 30, then putting the cassette bottle pre-filled with the medicament into the cassette bottle bin 10, then connecting and assembling the rear end of the cassette bottle bin 10 and the front end threaded sleeve 32 of the cassette bottle seat 30 in a threaded manner, and assembling the needle head assembly at the front end of the cassette bottle bin;
(3) the tubular push rod 40 is slightly pressed forwards, the tubular push rod 40 drives the exhaust screw cylinder 60 and the push rod 50 to move forwards together until the front end of the push rod 50 contacts the top surface of the bottle clamping plunger, and at the moment, the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip of the tubular push rod is still attached to the tensioning locking outer circular surfaces 631a and 631b of the outer circle of the head cam 63 on the front end of the exhaust screw cylinder 60, so that the tubular push rod 40 is pushed to be incapable of injecting; then the exhaust knob 70 is rotated clockwise to drive the exhaust screw barrel 60 to rotate, the exhaust screw barrel 60 drives the ejector rod 50 to move forward to push the cassette bottle plunger to complete exhaust, in the embodiment, the exhaust knob 70 can be rotated clockwise one-twelfth to three-twelfth circles according to the exhaust requirement, wherein 2 units of exhaust can be realized by rotating one-twelfth circle; while the exhaust screw cylinder 60 rotates and pushes the push rod 50 to move forward, the head cam 63 synchronously rotates, so that the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip of the tubular push rod is switched from a state of being attached to the tensioning locking outer circular surface 631a/631b to a state of being attached to the relatively movable outer circular surface 632a/632 b;
(4) the sleeve type pen body 20 is tightly held, the tubular push rod 40 is pressed forwards, at the moment, because the flange 45 on the inner side of the elastic clamping strip of the tubular push rod is in a state of being attached to the relatively movable outer circular surface 632a/632b, the clamping jaw 44 is extruded by the inclined tooth bottom surface and under the action of self elastic deformation and the structural influence of the backstop teeth on the backstop rack, the tubular push rod 40 can only move forwards and cannot reversely withdraw, so that the injection is finished, and the tubular push rod 40 cannot be ejected backwards by the damping spring no matter how many doses are injected;
(5) after injection is completed, the clamping claws 44 of the elastic clamping strips on the tubular push rod are locked at the front ends of the retaining racks, the needle head assembly is detached from the front end of the cassette bottle bin 10, and then the pen cap 90 is sleeved on the cassette bottle bin 10, so that the whole cassette bottle injection bracket is shortest in length and convenient to store;
when the cassette bottle injection bracket needs to be used repeatedly, the steps are repeated.
