The corresponding relation between the fingerprint characteristics and the user fingerprint information is stored in the remote controller. And if the received user fingerprint information is identified by the remote controller to be matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information of the first user, determining that the user using the intelligent terminal is the first user currently.
When the first user inputs the fingerprint again to use the intelligent terminal, the remote controller determines that the fingerprint information is matched with the fingerprint information of the first user according to the acquired fingerprint information, then sends the identification information of the first user to the intelligent terminal according to the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information of the first user and the identification information of the first user, and the intelligent terminal searches the payment account information bound with the identification information of the first user according to the identification information of the first user. Further, the transceiver module 601 may be further configured to send a first confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal before receiving the fingerprint identification instruction sent by the intelligent terminal; the first confirmation instruction is sent by the remote controller after the intelligent terminal displays the first prompt message, and the first confirmation instruction is used for determining that the transaction order is paid in a fingerprint payment mode; the first prompt information is used for prompting the user to confirm the payment mode of the transaction order, and the first prompt information at least comprises the payment mode of fingerprint payment;
the processing module 603 is further configured to power on the fingerprint identification area of the remote controller after sending the first confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal;
the fingerprint collection module 602 may further be configured to collect fingerprint information after the fingerprint identification area is powered on.
Further, the transceiver module 601 is further configured to: sending a second confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal; the second confirmation instruction comprises payment account information selected by the first user; the second confirmation instruction is sent after the intelligent terminal displays second prompt information, the second prompt information comprises a plurality of payment account information bound with the fingerprint information of the first user, and the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to select one payment account information from the plurality of payment account information to pay the transaction order.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the relevant functional module may be implemented by a hardware processor (hardware processor). Before order payment is carried out on the intelligent terminal, user fingerprint information is collected through a remote controller, the fingerprint information is identified through the intelligent terminal, specific users matched with the fingerprint information are determined, order payment is carried out based on payment information of the specific users, identification of different users is achieved, intelligent payment based on payment information set by different users is achieved, payment can be completed by avoiding depending on a mobile terminal, account numbers and passwords of payment accounts are prevented from being input when the users pay at every time, complexity of user operation is reduced, and flexibility of order payment on the intelligent terminal is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent terminal applied to a second application scenario, as shown in fig. 7, where the intelligent terminal includes:
the receiving and sending module 701 is used for sending a fingerprint identification instruction to the remote controller before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal; the fingerprint identification instruction is used for indicating the remote controller to identify the fingerprint information acquired by the fingerprint identification area;
the transceiver module 701 is further configured to receive a fingerprint identification result sent by the remote controller, where the fingerprint identification result includes identification information of the first user matched with the fingerprint information;
the processing module 702 is configured to send a payment request of the transaction order to the cloud server through the transceiver module 701 according to the identification information of the first user, where the payment request includes payment information of the first user.
Further, the processing module is further configured to: before sending a payment request of a transaction order to a cloud server, displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises a plurality of payment account information bound with fingerprint information of a first user and is used for prompting the first user to select one payment account information from the plurality of payment account information to pay the transaction order;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the remote controller is received, determining the payment account information selected by the first user, wherein the second confirmation instruction comprises the payment account information selected by the first user.
Further, the processing module is specifically configured to: the processing module is specifically configured to:
determining payment account information of the first user according to the identification information of the first user; the payment account information of the first user is payment account information which is preset by the first user and is bound with the identification information of the first user;
according to the payment account information of the first user, a payment request of a transaction order is sent to the cloud server through the transceiver module 701, so that the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user in the payment request is matched with the payment account information of the first user stored in the cloud server in advance.
Further, the transceiver module 701 is further configured to: and receiving a payment result sent by the cloud server, wherein the payment result is sent after the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user in the payment request is matched with the payment account information of the first user stored in the cloud server in advance.
Further, the processing module is further configured to: and if the payment result is payment failure, displaying second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information comprises a plurality of payment account information bound with the fingerprint information of the first user and is used for prompting the first user to reselect one payment account information from the plurality of payment account information to carry out payment of the transaction order.

Further, the system also comprises a fingerprint acquisition module;
the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information according to the fingerprint identification instruction after the receiving and sending module receives the fingerprint identification instruction sent by the intelligent terminal; or,
the processing module is used for electrifying the fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction;
and the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information after the processing module powers on the fingerprint identification area.
Further, the fingerprint identification module is specifically configured to:
identifying fingerprint features in the fingerprint information according to a fingerprint identification algorithm;
and searching the user fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint characteristics from the mapping relation between the fingerprint characteristics stored in advance and the user fingerprint information.
Optionally, the transceiver module 801 is further configured to send a first confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal before receiving the fingerprint identification instruction sent by the intelligent terminal; the first confirmation instruction is sent by the remote controller after the intelligent terminal displays the first prompt message, and the first confirmation instruction is used for determining that the transaction order is paid in a fingerprint payment mode; the first prompt information is used for prompting the user to confirm the payment mode of the transaction order, and the first prompt information at least comprises the payment mode of fingerprint payment;
the processing module is further specifically configured to power on the fingerprint identification area of the remote controller after sending the first confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal, and acquire fingerprint information after the fingerprint identification area is powered on.
Further, the transceiver module 801 is further configured to: sending a second confirmation instruction to the intelligent terminal; the second confirmation instruction comprises payment account information selected by the first user; the second confirmation instruction is sent after the intelligent terminal displays second prompt information, the second prompt information comprises a plurality of payment account information bound with the fingerprint information of the first user, and the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to select one payment account information from the plurality of payment account information to pay the transaction order.

Claims (24)
1. An intelligent terminal payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal acquires fingerprint information acquired by a remote controller;
the intelligent terminal identifies the fingerprint information;
when recognizing that the fingerprint information is matched with the fingerprint information of a first user stored in advance, the intelligent terminal sends a payment request of a transaction order to a cloud server, wherein the payment request carries the payment information of the first user, so that the payment of the transaction order is carried out according to the payment information of the first user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of fingerprint information collected by a remote controller comprises:
the intelligent terminal sends a fingerprint identification instruction to the remote controller;
the intelligent terminal receives the fingerprint information collected by the remote controller, the fingerprint information is collected by the remote controller after receiving the fingerprint identification instruction, or,
and the fingerprint information is acquired after the remote controller powers on a fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction after receiving the fingerprint identification instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the payment request includes payment account information of the first user and fingerprint information of the first user; the payment account information of the first user is the payment account information which is preset by the first user and is bound with the fingerprint information of the first user;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent terminal receives a payment result sent by the cloud server, wherein the payment result is sent after the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user and the fingerprint information of the first user pass safety verification or not according to a preset binding relationship between the payment account information and the fingerprint information.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fingerprint information acquired by the intelligent terminal is encrypted fingerprint data;
the intelligent terminal identifies the fingerprint information, and the method comprises the following steps:
the intelligent terminal decrypts the fingerprint information according to an encryption and decryption key agreed with the remote controller in advance;
the intelligent terminal identifies fingerprint characteristics in the decrypted fingerprint information according to a fingerprint identification algorithm;
the intelligent terminal searches the user fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint characteristics from the mapping relation between the fingerprint characteristics stored in advance and the user fingerprint information.
5. An intelligent terminal payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a remote controller receives a fingerprint identification instruction sent by an intelligent terminal, wherein the fingerprint identification instruction is sent by the intelligent terminal before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;
the remote controller sends the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal according to the received fingerprint identification instruction, so that when the intelligent terminal identifies that the fingerprint information is matched with the fingerprint information of the first user stored in advance, a payment request of a transaction order is sent to a cloud server.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before the remote controller sends the collected fingerprint information to the smart terminal, the method further comprises:
the remote controller collects the fingerprint information according to the fingerprint identification instruction; or,
the remote controller powers on a fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction;
and after the fingerprint identification area is powered on, collecting the fingerprint information.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the fingerprint information is encrypted fingerprint data;
before the remote controller sends the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the remote controller encrypts the fingerprint information according to an encryption and decryption key agreed with the intelligent terminal in advance.
8. An intelligent terminal payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that an intelligent terminal sends a fingerprint identification instruction to a remote controller, wherein the fingerprint identification instruction is sent by the intelligent terminal before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal receives a fingerprint identification result sent by the remote controller, wherein the fingerprint identification result comprises identification information of a first user matched with the fingerprint information;
and the intelligent terminal sends a payment request of the transaction order to a cloud server according to the identification information of the first user, wherein the payment request comprises the payment information of the first user.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the sending, by the smart terminal, the payment request of the transaction order to a cloud server according to the identification information of the first user specifically includes:
determining payment account information of the first user according to the identification information of the first user; the payment account information of the first user is payment account information which is preset by the first user and is bound with the identification information of the first user;
sending a payment request of the transaction order to the cloud server according to the payment account information of the first user, so that the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user in the payment request is matched with the payment account information of the first user stored in the cloud server in advance.
10. An intelligent terminal payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a remote controller receives a fingerprint identification instruction sent by an intelligent terminal, wherein the fingerprint identification instruction is sent by the intelligent terminal before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;
the remote controller identifies the acquired fingerprint information;
when the fingerprint information is identified to be matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information of the first user, the remote controller sends a fingerprint identification result to the intelligent terminal; the fingerprint identification result comprises identification information of a first user matched with the fingerprint information, so that the intelligent terminal sends a payment request of the transaction order to a cloud server according to the identification information of the first user, wherein the payment request comprises the payment information of the first user.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein after the remote controller receives the fingerprint identification command sent by the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
the remote controller collects the fingerprint information according to the fingerprint identification instruction; or,
the remote controller powers on a fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction;
and after the fingerprint identification area is powered on, collecting the fingerprint information.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the identifying the collected fingerprint information by the remote controller specifically comprises:
the remote controller identifies fingerprint features in the fingerprint information according to a fingerprint identification algorithm;
and the remote controller searches the user fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint characteristics from the mapping relation between the fingerprint characteristics stored in advance and the user fingerprint information.
13. An intelligent terminal, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information acquired by the remote controller before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;
the fingerprint identification module is used for identifying the fingerprint information;
and the processing module is used for sending a payment request of the transaction order to a cloud server when the fingerprint information is identified to be matched with the prestored fingerprint information of the first user, wherein the payment request carries the payment information of the first user, so that the payment of the transaction order is carried out according to the payment information of the first user.
14. The intelligent terminal according to claim 13, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
sending a fingerprint identification instruction to the remote controller;
receiving the fingerprint information collected by the remote controller;
the fingerprint information is acquired after the remote controller receives the fingerprint identification instruction, or the fingerprint information is acquired after the remote controller receives the fingerprint identification instruction and a fingerprint identification area of the remote controller is powered on according to the fingerprint identification instruction.

The intelligent terminal of claim 13, wherein the payment request includes payment account information of the first user and fingerprint information of the first user; the payment account information of the first user is the payment account information which is preset by the first user and is bound with the fingerprint information of the first user;
the transceiver module is further configured to: and receiving a payment result sent by the cloud server, wherein the payment result is sent after the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user and the fingerprint information of the first user pass safety verification according to a preset binding relationship between the payment account information and the fingerprint information.
16. The intelligent terminal according to claim 13, wherein the acquired fingerprint information is encrypted fingerprint data;
the processing module is further configured to: decrypting the fingerprint information according to an encryption and decryption key agreed in advance with the remote controller;
the identification module is specifically configured to:
identifying fingerprint features in the fingerprint information decrypted by the processing module according to a fingerprint identification algorithm;
and searching user fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint characteristics from a mapping relation between the fingerprint characteristics stored in advance and the user fingerprint information.
17. A remote control, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving and sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving and sending module is used for receiving a fingerprint identification instruction sent by an intelligent terminal, and the fingerprint identification instruction is sent by the intelligent terminal before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;
the receiving and sending module is further configured to send the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal according to the received fingerprint identification instruction, so that the intelligent terminal sends a payment request of a transaction order to a cloud server when recognizing that the fingerprint information matches with the pre-stored fingerprint information of the first user.
18. The remote control of claim 17, further comprising a processing module and a fingerprint acquisition module;
the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring the fingerprint information according to the fingerprint identification instruction before the remote controller sends the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal;
or,
the processing module is used for electrifying a fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction before the remote controller sends the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal;
the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring the fingerprint information after the fingerprint identification area is powered on.
19. The remote controller according to claim 18, wherein the fingerprint information is encrypted fingerprint data;
the processing module is further configured to: before the remote controller sends the acquired fingerprint information to the intelligent terminal, encrypting the fingerprint information according to an encryption and decryption key agreed in advance with the intelligent terminal.
20. An intelligent terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving and sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving and sending module is used for sending a fingerprint identification instruction to a remote controller, and the fingerprint identification instruction is sent by the intelligent terminal before payment is carried out on a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;

determining payment account information of the first user according to the identification information of the first user; the payment account information of the first user is payment account information which is preset by the first user and is bound with the identification information of the first user;
according to the payment account information of the first user, sending a payment request of the transaction order to the cloud server through the transceiver module, so that the cloud server judges whether the payment account information of the first user in the payment request is matched with the payment account information of the first user stored in the cloud server in advance.
22. A remote control, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving and sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving and sending module is used for receiving a fingerprint identification instruction sent by an intelligent terminal, and the fingerprint identification instruction is before the intelligent terminal pays a transaction order on the intelligent terminal;

the processing module is used for electrifying the fingerprint identification area of the remote controller according to the fingerprint identification instruction;
the fingerprint collecting module is used for collecting the fingerprint information after the processing module powers on the fingerprint identification area.
24. The remote control of claim 22, wherein the fingerprint identification module is specifically configured to:
identifying fingerprint features in the fingerprint information according to a fingerprint identification algorithm;
and searching user fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint characteristics from a mapping relation between the fingerprint characteristics stored in advance and the user fingerprint information.
