本发明公开了一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆,它是由控制线芯、接地线芯、镀银钢带铠装层、镀银钢带屏蔽层、镀银铜带屏蔽层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、低烟无卤护套层以及聚氯乙烯护套层组成。所述控制线芯设置有三组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀银铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述接地线芯设置有一组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层组成。该种电缆具有抗蠕变、高柔韧以及阻水性能好等优点。

一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆
技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆。
背景技术
随着我国工业的不断发展,目前我国已全面进入电气化时代,电力电缆使用量也越来越大,制造电缆的导体主要成分是铜,占总用铜量的约70%。但我国铜资源非常短缺,随着中国铜矿资源的枯竭,中国铜矿80%需要进口,依赖性大。随着铜价的不断攀升,以铝代替铜是电线电缆发展的必然趋势。法国的电线电缆80%以上为镀银铜导体,日本的铝导线也占50%以上。我国铝资源十分丰富,但应用量不到1%,主要还是因为铝导线制造技术的不成熟所致,因此获得技术上的突破是解决这一问题的关键。
过去镀银铜导体电线电缆,由于铝的强度和延伸率等机械性能满足不了要求,同时又没有阻水作用。所以迄今为止还没有一种具有价格低廉性能优异的又有阻水性能的0.6/1kV电力电缆。
发明内容
本专利是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种柔软程度好,线芯不易断裂,又具有抗弯曲、耐腐蚀、阻燃、防水等特性的移动电缆,以适应移动的工作环境的镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆,它是由控制线芯、接地线芯、镀银钢带铠装层、镀银钢带屏蔽层、镀银铜带屏蔽层、低烟无卤护套层以及聚氯乙烯护套层组成,所述控制线芯设置有三组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀银铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述接地线芯设置有一组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述控制线芯以及接地线芯挤包在镀银钢带铠装层内部,所述镀银钢带铠装层之外包裹一层镀银钢带屏蔽层,所述镀银钢带屏蔽层之外包裹一层镀银铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铜带屏蔽层之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层低烟无卤护套层,所述低烟无卤护套层之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯护套层。
所述镀银铜导体横截面直径长为3毫米,所述镀银铜导体横截面直径长为1.5毫米。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有抗蠕变、高柔韧、强延展、低反弹、连接稳定、阻水性能好等优点,另一方面还降低了电缆的成本50%。

如图1所示,一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆,它是由控制线芯1、接地线芯2、镀银钢带铠装层6、镀银钢带屏蔽层7、镀银铜带屏蔽层8、聚氯乙烯绝缘层9、低烟无卤护套层10以及聚氯乙烯护套层12组成,所述控制线芯1设置有三组,它是由镀银铜导体11、丁腈绝缘层3以及镀银铜丝屏蔽层5组成,所述接地线芯2设置有一组,它是由镀银铜导体21、丁腈绝缘层3以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层4组成。
具体实施:所述控制线芯1以及接地线芯2挤包在镀银钢带铠装层6内部,所述镀银钢带铠装层6之外包裹一层镀银钢带屏蔽层7,所述镀银钢带屏蔽层7之外包裹一层镀银铜带屏蔽层8,所述镀银铜带屏蔽层8之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层9,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层9之外包裹一层低烟无卤护套层10,所述低烟无卤护套层10之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯护套层12。
进一步的,所述镀银铜导体11横截面直径长为3毫米,所述镀银铜导体21横截面直径长为1.5毫米。

1.一种镀银钢带屏蔽电力电缆,它是由控制线芯、接地线芯、镀银钢带铠装层、镀银钢带屏蔽层、镀银铜带屏蔽层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、低烟无卤护套层以及聚氯乙烯护套层组成,其特征在于:所述控制线芯设置有三组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀银铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述接地线芯设置有一组,它是由镀银铜导体、丁腈绝缘层以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述控制线芯以及接地线芯挤包在镀银钢带铠装层内部,所述镀银钢带铠装层之外包裹一层镀银钢带屏蔽层,所述镀银钢带屏蔽层之外包裹一层镀银铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铜带屏蔽层之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层低烟无卤护套层,所述低烟无卤护套层之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯护套层。
