技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆。
背景技术
目前,电缆广泛应用于电力、通信传输等领域,随着科学技术的不断发展,电缆在各个领域中都有着广泛的应用,但是现在工业中所使用的电缆,因其结构设计不合理,并不能满足现在人们的需要,一些电缆使用寿命较短,而且不具有很好的抗拉伸性能,且当使用电缆传输信号时,很容易受到外界电磁的干扰,使电缆的传输信号失真,从而给人们带来很多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、保护层、抗干扰层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置多个保护层;且所述保护层内部设置有多根导体;所述保护层外设置有多个测温光纤;且所述保护层外挤包一层复合屏蔽层;所述复合屏蔽层外紧密挤包一层抗老化层;所述抗老化层外挤包一层耐高温层;所述耐高温层外挤包一层保温层;所述保温层外挤包一层抗干扰层;且所述抗干扰层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,所述复合屏蔽层、保护层和测温光纤之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,所述耐高温层内部环绕设置有多根金属铠装条。
上述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,所述导体为多股耐热铝合金单丝绞合而成。
上述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,所述复合屏蔽层为镀锡铜丝和铝箔复合带编织而成。
上述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,所述外护套采用PVC材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、抗干扰效果好和使用方便等优点,所述外护套采用PVC材料制成,所述PVC材料是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,从而具有不易燃烧、高强度和耐气候性变化等特性,延长了电缆本体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、保护层3、抗干扰层11和外护套12,所述电缆本体1内部设置多个保护层3;且所述保护层3内部设置有多根导体2;所述保护层3外设置有多个测温光纤4;且所述保护层3外挤包一层复合屏蔽层6;所述复合屏蔽层6外紧密挤包一层抗老化层7;所述抗老化层7外挤包一层耐高温层9;所述耐高温层9外挤包一层保温层10;所述保温层10外挤包一层抗干扰层11;且所述抗干扰层11外挤包一层外护套12。
所述测温光纤4可以根据温度的变化发出相应的警报,使电缆在使用过程中更加安全;所述复合屏蔽层6为镀锡铜丝和铝箔复合带编织而成,使得电缆具有工作电容小、电容不平衡度低、分布电感小和电感电阻比小等优点;所述抗老化层7增强了电缆本体1的抗老化性能、耐油性能以及阻燃性能;所述金属铠装条8进一步加强了电缆本体1的结构强度,防止电缆本体1内部结构出现断裂的情况;所述耐高温层9在高温环境下也不会出现溶化的情况,而且耐热温度提高,使其使用寿命更长;所述保温层10可以实现电缆自身的保温,不易结冰,减小了因结冰带来所导致电缆本体1内部损坏的情况;所述抗干扰层11能够加快感应电流接入地下的速度,减小电流穿透所造成的干扰,使电缆输出的频率变化和频波畸变减小,降低了电缆对外部的干扰;所述外护套12采用PVC材料制成,所述PVC材料是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,从而具有不易燃烧、高强度和耐气候性变化等特性,延长了电缆本体1的使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于:所述复合屏蔽层、保护层和测温光纤之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温层内部环绕设置有多根金属铠装条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于:所述导体为多股耐热铝合金单丝绞合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动通信用抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于:所述复合屏蔽层为镀锡铜丝和铝箔复合带编织而成。
