Background
The piano is a well-known king of musical instruments, and the traditional mechanical piano is composed of a wooden shell, a steel frame, strings, a soundboard, a string striking machine, a keyboard and the like. The digital piano replaces analog technology with digital technology, so that the digital piano has all functions of a mechanical piano and also has a plurality of unique functions, and the combination of the traditional piano technology and modern high-tech is realized.
Generally, a piano player has high requirements on the hand feeling of striking a key in the key playing process, and the quality of the striking hand feeling directly influences the playing quality. In the case of mechanical pianos, "off-hook" means off-hook, i.e., the butt is detached from the jack and the hammer strikes a string by inertia, and "on-hook" means the cyclic motion function of the jack, so that the piano realizes strong and weak expression and ensemble, thereby fulfilling complicated requirements.
The digital piano takes the circuit case contact or the conductive switch as a circuit conducting device, which is different from the key structure of a mechanical piano, so the design criterion of the digital piano keyboard structure is to understand the correct motion state of a string striking machine of a traditional piano keyboard machine, and the digital piano keyboard can better restore the hand feeling of the traditional piano keyboard. At present, some digital piano keyboard structures imitating mechanical piano keyboards are available in the market to imitate the better hand feeling of the mechanical piano keyboards, but the existing digital piano keyboards are complex in structure and cannot realize the unique touch feeling generated by the 'disconnection' and 'disconnection' motions.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the digital piano keyboard structure 10 with a disconnected feel in an embodiment of the present invention includes a keyboard support 12, keys 14, a circuit board assembly 16, a butt 18, and a supporting member 19.
The key 14 includes a white key 142 and a black key 144, adjacent keys 14 being juxtaposed, the keys 14 and the keyboard support 12 each having a front end portion and an opposite rear end portion, the front end portion of the key 14 being struck by a user to play music. The keys 14 are plural and configured to pivot about the keyboard support 12 when depressed or released, the circuit board assembly 16 is disposed on the keyboard support 12 and is turned on by depression of the keys 14, and the circuit board assembly 16 is turned on to emit sound when the keys 14 pivot about their pivot axes. One end of the butt 18 is pivoted to the rear end of the keyboard support 12, the top holder 19 is pivoted to the rear end of the key 14, one end of the top holder 19 abuts against the keyboard support 12 to drive the other end of the top holder 19 to rotate around the pivot shaft of the key 14, the other end of the butt 18 has a first abutting surface 182 and a second abutting surface 184 arranged at intervals towards one side of the top holder 19, and the other end of the top holder 19 abuts against the first abutting surface 182 of the butt 18 and moves along the first abutting surface 182 when the top holder 19 rotates.
The top holder 19 includes a disconnection starting state and a disconnection ending state, when the key 14 is pressed down to make the top holder 19 drive the butt 18 to pivot to a preset position, the top holder 19 is separated from the first abutting surface 182 of the butt 18, the top holder 19 is in the disconnection starting state, and when the key is continuously pressed down to make the top holder 19 abut against the second abutting surface 184 of the butt 18, the top holder 19 is in the disconnection ending state.
During the play, the player presses the front end portion of the key 14, the key 14 pivots about its pivot axis, and the rear end portion of the key 14 moves upward, which brings the top holder 19 upward. At the same time, when one end of the abutting member 19 abuts against the keyboard holder 12 and the other end of the abutting member 19 is rotated about the pivot shaft thereof as a fulcrum, the abutting member 19 moves in a direction toward the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 along the first abutting surface 182 of the butt 18. When the butt piece 19 drives the butt 18 to pivot to the preset position, the butt piece 19 is separated from the butt 18, i.e., slides off the first abutting surface 182, and the resistance given to the key 14 by the butt 18 suddenly disappears, thereby realizing the "disconnection" motion of the conventional piano. At the same time, the key 14 can be further depressed, and the butt 18, due to the effect of gravity, pivots downwards on its other end about its pivot axis until the second abutment surface 184 abuts against the top support 19, in the middle of which the "rest" movement of a conventional mechanical piano is obtained.
Therefore, the 'disconnection' motion and 'residual travel' motion of the traditional mechanical piano can be realized in the key pressing process, the unique hand feeling of the traditional mechanical piano can be generated, the good performance of a player is ensured, and the use is convenient.
In this embodiment, the keyboard support 12 is formed by bending a sheet metal part, and has two grooves 122, a mounting portion 124 for mounting the circuit board assembly 16 and the pivots of the keys 14 is disposed between the two grooves 122, a key sub-support 126 is disposed on the mounting portion 124, and the pivot shafts of the keys 14 penetrate through the key sub-support 126, so that the keys 14 are rotatably connected to the keyboard support 12. The circuit board assembly 16 is disposed adjacent to the key support 126 in the mounting portion 124, the front end portion of the keyboard support 12 extends in the horizontal direction, and the front end portion of the key 14 is bent to form a bent portion 146 abutting against the front end portion of the keyboard support 12, so that the key 14 is limited in the returning process and is in the initial state.
The rear end of the key 14 is bent downward and horizontally extends to form a supporting portion 148, and the top holder 19 is pivotally connected to a side of the supporting portion 148 away from the keyboard support 12. The rear end of the keyboard support 12 is bent toward the other end and horizontally extends to form a limiting portion 128, a rotary striker support (not shown) is disposed at the top of the limiting portion 128, one end of the rotary striker 18 is pivotally connected to the rotary striker support, and the other end has the first abutting surface 182 and the second abutting surface 184 facing the keyboard support 12. One end of the top holding member 19 abuts against the bottom of the limiting portion 128, and the other end abuts against the first abutting surface 182, when the player presses the key 14, the supporting portion 148 of the key 14 moves upward with the pivot axis of the key 14 as a fulcrum to drive the top holding member 19 to move upward, one end of the top holding member 19 is limited by the limiting portion 128, and the other end of the top holding member 19 moves circularly with the pivot axis of the top holding member 19 as a fulcrum. During the rotation of the supporting member 19, the other end of the supporting member 19 is displaced in the horizontal direction, and the other end of the supporting member 19 slides off the first abutting surface 182 during the rotation of the supporting member 19, thereby realizing the "disconnection" motion of the conventional piano. The operator continues to depress the key 14, and when the jack 19 is stopped by the support portion 148, the downward stroke of the key 14 is ended, and at the same time, the other end of the jack 19 abuts against the second abutment surface 184.
Preferably, the keyboard support 12 is provided with cushioning pads (not shown) at positions where the bottom sides of the front end portion and the stopper portion 128 of the rear end portion thereof are in contact with the keys 14, respectively.
Preferably, the other end of the butt 18 has a first step portion 181 and a second step portion 183 connected to each other on a side close to the top holder 19, the first step portion 181 and the second step portion 183 have two step surfaces, respectively, and the first abutment surface 182 and the second abutment surface 184 are step surfaces provided on the first step portion 181 and the second step portion 183 toward the top holder 19, respectively. Thus, a height difference exists between the first abutting surface 182 and the second abutting surface 184, so that the other end of the supporting member 19 is in a no-load state between the height differences, thereby realizing the "disconnection" movement and the "remaining distance" movement.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the first abutting surface 182 and the second abutting surface 184 may be connected by other means, such as paraboloids, which can achieve the separation of the butt 19 from the butt 18 in the disconnection starting state and the disconnection ending state.
Preferably, the supporting member 19 includes a pivot portion 192 pivotally connected to the supporting portion 148 at the rear end of the key 14, and a supporting portion 194 connected to one side of the pivot portion 192, one end of the pivot portion 192 abuts against the limiting portion 128, and the supporting portion 194 abuts against the first abutting surface 182 of the butt 18.
Preferably, the supporting portion 194 is inclined toward the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 with respect to the pivoting portion 192. In this way, since the supporting member 19 is lifted while the key 14 is being pressed, the free end of the butt 18 is further away from the keyboard support 12 than the other end thereof, that is, the butt 18 is in an inclined state, the supporting portion 194 is inclined toward the rear end of the keyboard support 12, so that the supporting member 19 slides off the first abutting surface 182 during the rotation.
The first contact surface 182 is inclined in a direction toward the second contact surface 184. That is, the inclination direction of the first contact surface 182 is opposite to the inclination direction of the abutting portion 194 of the abutting piece 19, so that the abutting portion 194 can be slid from the first contact surface 182.
Preferably, the supporting member 19 further includes a guiding portion 196 spaced apart from the supporting portion 194, and the guiding portion 196 and the supporting portion 194 form a space-saving channel 198, and abut against the end surface of the end of the rotary striker 18 away from the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 to guide the sliding of the rotary striker 18 into the space-saving channel 198. In this embodiment, the end of the butt 18 away from the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 is provided with a matching portion 185 protruding toward the supporting member 19, the end of the matching portion 185 close to the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 is provided with the first step portion 181 and the second step portion 183 toward the supporting portion 194, and the other end of the matching portion 185 abuts against the guiding portion 196. In particular, in the present embodiment, the guide portion 196 is parabolic in shape with respect to the guide surface of the butt 18. In this way, while the abutting portion 194 moves along the first abutting surface 182, the other end of the engaging portion 185 moves along the guide surface of the guide portion 196, and the engaging portion 185 slides into the clearance path 198, so that the abutting portion 194 can stably move along the first abutting surface 182, the load on the key 14 is stabilized, and the feeling of the player is stabilized.
It should be noted that the rotation of the butt 18 about its pivot axis is not limited by the keyboard support 12. That is, the rotary striker 18 does not interfere with the keyboard support 12 in the path of rotation about its pivot axis. Specifically, in the present embodiment, one end of the butt 18 is pivoted to the butt support, the other end of the butt 18 tends to pivot downward under the action of its own gravity, the supporting portion 194 of the supporting member 19 abuts against the matching portion 185 of the butt 18, the rear end of the key 14 pivots downward, and when the bent portion 146 of the front end of the key 14 is restrained by the front end of the keyboard support 12, the key 14 is in the initial state. When the key 14 is pushed down and the supporting portion 194 is separated from the first abutting surface 182 to abut against the second abutting surface 184, the free end of the butt 18 is turned downward relative to the supporting member 19, and the butt 18 is not interfered by the keyboard holder 12 and the butt holder.
Preferably, the pivoting portion 192 has a gap between a portion of the pivoting side thereof close to the stopper portion 128 and the rear end portion of the key 14 with reference to the pivoting axis thereof, and when the pivoting portion 192 abuts against the rear end portion of the key 14, the abutting portion 194 abuts against the second abutting surface 184. In the embodiment, a portion of the pivoting portion 192 on the right side of the pivoting axis thereof facing the side of the supporting portion 148 is inclined upward and rightward relative to the supporting portion 148, so that the pivoting portion 192 has a moving space for rotation. When the pivot portion 192 abuts against the supporting portion 148, the supporting portion 194 abuts against the second abutting surface 184. Therefore, the formation of the 'residual stroke' is accurately controlled, and good operation hand feeling is ensured. It should be understood that the supporting portion 148 may also be formed with inclined side surfaces so as to form the aforementioned gap with the pivoting portion 192, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, the circuit board assembly 16 includes a keyboard circuit board 162 and a keyboard conductive adhesive 164, the keyboard circuit board 162 is disposed on a side of the keyboard support 12 facing the keys 14 and between the pivot axes of the keys 14 and the front end portions of the keys 14, and the keyboard conductive adhesive 164 is disposed on the keyboard circuit board 162 to be electrically communicated with the keyboard circuit board 162 when the keys 14 are depressed. In this embodiment, the keyboard conductive adhesive 164 is a double-contact keyboard conductive adhesive 164, when the keys 14 are pressed, the two contacts are sequentially in contact with the keyboard circuit board 162, the digital piano control system analyzes the trigger time of the two contacts, so as to emit different volumes, the keys 14 are lightly pressed, the trigger time difference of the two contacts is longer, the volume of the digital piano is smaller, and the keys 14 are heavily pressed, the trigger time difference of the two contacts is shorter, and the volume of the digital piano is larger. Therefore, the sound with different volume can be emitted according to the touch pressure, and the playing hand feeling is further improved.
Preferably, the digital keyboard structure further comprises a weight (not shown), and the weight can be placed on the rear end portion of the key 14 or the top holder 19, so as to ensure that the load during the return process is equivalent to that of a traditional mechanical piano after the key 14 is pressed, thereby ensuring a good hand feeling. It should be understood that the weight is not essential, and the load of returning the key 14 can be made comparable to that of a conventional mechanical piano by changing the structure of the rear end portion of the key 14 or the structure of the top holder 19.
Based on the digital piano keyboard structure 10 with the disconnection hand feeling, the invention also provides a digital piano.
In the digital piano keyboard structure 10 and the digital piano with the disconnecting feeling, the supporting member 19 moves in the direction toward the rear end of the keyboard holder 12 along the first abutting surface 182 of the butt 18 during the pressing of the keys 14. At the same time, the key 14 can be further depressed, and the butt 18 pivots downwardly about its other end due to gravity until the second abutment surface 184 abuts against the abutment 19, in the middle of which the "lost motion" of a conventional mechanical piano is obtained. Therefore, the 'disconnection' motion and 'residual travel' motion of the traditional mechanical piano can be realized in the key pressing process, the unique hand feeling of the traditional mechanical piano can be generated, the good performance of a player is ensured, and the use is convenient.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
