Abstract
本发明提供了一种微机电光阀、显示屏和显示装置,该微机电光阀包括固定光栅和可移动光栅,固定光栅固定在一基板上;可移动光栅设置在固定光栅之上且平行于固定光栅,并可在可移动光栅所在的平面内相对于固定光栅发生位移,以调整固定光栅和可移动光栅之间的、供光透过的狭缝的大小。该显示屏包括衬底、背光板以及上述微机电光阀,固定光栅设置在背光板上。该显示装置包括上述显示屏。本发明能在实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换的同时维护显示屏亮度的均匀性和稳定性,同时还简化了驱动电路,提高了像素开口率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种微机电光阀、显示屏和显示装置。
背景技术
作为新一代显示技术,AMOLED具有低功耗、高色域、高亮度、高分辨率、宽视角、高响应速度等优点,因此备受市场的青睐。
在TFT LCD中,亮度是由电压控制的,只要将像素电压的精度控制到几个毫伏,就可以限制不均匀性在所需要的约±1%范围内。这是容易达到的,因为在TFT LCD中,像素TFT不需要对所传送的信号电压进行变换,只用作将信号电压直接从数据线传送到像素上的开关。而在AMOLED中,亮度是由流过OLED自身的电流决定的,仍然要求将不均匀性控制在约±1%的范围内,这意味着要求将OLED的电流控制在约±1%的范围内。由于大部分已有的IC电路都只传输电压信号,而不是电流信号,所以AMOLED像素要完成一个困难的任务,即将电压信号转变为电流信号,然后将这个转变结果在一帧的周期内储存在像素内。实际的AMOLED像素发展过程证明,这是一个很难完成的任务。如图1所示,图1是传统的2T1CAMOLED电流驱动的电路图。用于AM-OLED的LTPS TFTs的阈值电压和沟道迁移率在空间分布上是不够均匀的,用于AMOLED的a-Si TFTs的阈值电压和迁移率会随时间偏移,这些缺点会造成显示屏亮度的不均匀性和不稳定性。为此,需要引入各种像素补偿电路,使显示屏发光亮度的均匀性和稳定性符合商品要求,但是,引入像素补偿电路后,AMOLED的驱动电路较为复杂,导致显示屏的开口率较低,如图2所示,图2是现有技术中的面板的像素结构示意图,显示了像素区31和驱动电路区32。
发明内容
本发明提供一种微机电光阀、显示屏和显示装置,能够解决现有技术存在的驱动电路复杂导致显示屏开口率低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种微机电光阀,该微机电光阀包括固定光栅和可移动光栅,所述固定光栅固定在一基板上;所述可移动光栅设置在所述固定光栅之上且平行于所述固定光栅,并可在所述可移动光栅所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅的发生位移,以调整所述固定光栅和所述可移动光栅之间的、供光透过的狭缝的大小。
其中,所述固定光栅和所述可移动光栅的狭缝的延伸方向相同。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示屏,该显示屏包括衬底、背光板、固定光栅和可移动光栅,所述背光板设置在所述衬底上;所述固定光栅设置在所述背光板上;所述可移动光栅设置在所述固定光栅之上且平行于所述固定光栅,并可在所述可移动光栅所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅的发生位移,以调整所述固定光栅和所述可移动光栅之间的、供所述背光板发出的光透过的狭缝的大小,从而对所述显示屏的亮态和暗态进行转换。
其中,所述固定光栅的狭缝和所述可移动光栅的狭缝的延伸方向相同。
其中,所述背光板为OLED发光背板。
其中,所述OLED发光背板包括R像素、G像素和B像素,所述R像素、所述G像素和所述B像素均呈条状分布。
其中,所述R像素通过R电路驱动,所述G像素通过G电路驱动,所述B像素通过B电路驱动,所述R电路、G电路和B电路相互独立。
其中,所述R电路、G电路和B电路均设置在所述OLED发光背板的一侧。
其中,所述背光板上还覆盖有封装层,以保护所述背光板上的发光器件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括上述显示屏。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过在背光板之上设置固定光栅和可移动光栅,通过可移动光栅的移动来调整固定光栅和可移动光栅之间的狭缝的大小,从而使得从狭缝中透过的光量发生变化,能实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换,由于本发明通过固定光栅和可移动光栅的配合即可实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换,维护显示屏亮度的均匀性和稳定性,无需增设补偿电路等,从而简化了驱动电路,提高了像素开口率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明显示屏实施例的截面结构示意图。
本发明提供了一种显示屏,该显示屏包括衬底11、背光板12、固定光栅13和可移动光栅14。
其中,背光板12设置在所述衬底11上。
固定光栅13设置在所述背光板12上。
所述可移动光栅14设置在所述固定光栅13之上且平行于所述固定光栅13,并可在所述可移动光栅14所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅13的发生位移,即如图3,可移动光栅14在水平方向发生左右移动,在竖直方向上,固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的距离不变。以调整所述固定光栅13和所述可移动光栅14之间的、供所述背光板12发出的光透过的狭缝的大小,从而对所述显示屏的亮态和暗态进行转换。
具体而言,当固定光栅13和可移动光栅14之间具有电位差的时候,固定光栅13和可移动光栅14带有异种电荷,使得固定光栅13和可移动光栅14之间产生静电力,在静电力的作用下,可移动光栅14与位于其下方的固定光栅13形成有相对位移,进而使得透过固定光栅13的RGB背光可以有选择性地透过可移动光栅14,实现光阀的暗态和亮态之间的转换。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过在背光板12之上设置固定光栅13和可移动光栅14,通过可移动光栅14的移动来调整固定光栅13和可移动光栅14之间的狭缝的大小,从而使得从狭缝中透过的光量发生变化,能实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换,由于本发明通过固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的配合即可实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换,维护显示屏亮度的均匀性和稳定性,无需增设补偿电路等,从而简化了驱动电路,提高了像素开口率。
本实施例中,背光板12上还覆盖有封装层15,以保护所述背光板12上的发光器件,固定光栅13则固定在该封装层15上。
具体地,固定光栅13和所述可移动光栅14的狭缝的延伸方向相同。例如,图3中所述的固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的狭缝均为垂直于纸面的方向。
本实施例中,背光板12为OLED发光背板。光源即为OLED点光源。其中,OLED发光背板包括R像素、G像素和B像素,所述R像素、G像素和B像素均呈条状分布。如图4所示,图4是本发明显示屏实施例中的像素结构示意图。例如,像素排列结构中,每一行的RGB像素均以R-G-B-R-G-B的方式排列,所以每一列的像素均相同,都为R像素,或者G像素,或者B像素,使得R像素、G像素和B像素均呈条状分布。
请继续参阅图3,本实施例中,相邻的像素之间通过像素界定层16隔开。
R像素通过R电路驱动,所述G像素通过G电路驱动,所述B像素通过B电路驱动,所述R电路、G电路和B电路相互独立。因此,可以通过R电路调整R像素的整体亮度,通过G电路调整G像素的整体亮度,通过B电路调整B像素的整体亮度。
通过固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的配合,可以简化驱动电路,使得该驱动电路可以设置在背光板12的侧边上,如图4中,R电路、G电路和B电路均设置在所述OLED发光背板的一侧。而不会影响像素开口率。如图5所示,图5是本发明显示屏的驱动电路实施例的示意图。再由于R像素、G像素和B像素均呈条状分布的分布方式,进一步简化了驱动电路。
本发明还提供了一种微机电光阀,请继续参阅图3,该微机电光阀包括固定光栅13和可移动光栅14。其中,固定光栅13固定在一基板上,例如,图3中的固定光栅13固定在背光板12上。可移动光栅14设置在所述固定光栅13之上,并可在所述可移动光栅14所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅13的发生位移,以调整所述固定光栅13和所述可移动光栅14之间的、供光透过的狭缝的大小,从而对所述显示屏的亮态和暗态进行转换。
具体地,该固定光栅13和所述可移动光栅14的狭缝的延伸方向相同。例如,图3中所述的固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的狭缝均为垂直于纸面的方向。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明显示装置实施例的结构示意图。
本发明还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括外框20和显示屏10。
如图3所示,显示屏10包括衬底11、背光板12、固定光栅13和可移动光栅14。
其中,背光板12设置在所述衬底11上。
固定光栅13设置在所述背光板12上。
所述可移动光栅14设置在所述固定光栅13之上且平行于所述固定光栅13,并可在所述可移动光栅14所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅13的发生位移,即如图3,可移动光栅14在水平方向发生左右移动,在竖直方向上,固定光栅13和可移动光栅14的距离不变。以调整所述固定光栅13和所述可移动光栅14之间的、供所述背光板12发出的光透过的狭缝的大小,从而对所述显示屏的亮态和暗态进行转换。
具体而言,当固定光栅13和可移动光栅14之间具有电位差的时候,固定光栅13和可移动光栅14带有异种电荷,使得固定光栅13和可移动光栅14之间产生静电力,在静电力的作用下,可移动光栅14与位于其下方的固定光栅13形成有相对位移,进而使得透过固定光栅13的RGB背光可以有选择性地透过可移动光栅14,实现光阀的暗态和亮态之间的转换。
综上所述,本发明能在实现显示屏在暗态和亮态之间的转换的同时维护显示屏亮度的均匀性和稳定性,同时还简化了驱动电路,提高了像素开口率。

1.一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
衬底,
背光板,设置在所述衬底上;
固定光栅,设置在所述背光板上;
可移动光栅,所述可移动光栅设置在所述固定光栅之上且平行于所述固定光栅,并可在所述可移动光栅所在的平面内相对于所述固定光栅的发生位移,以调整所述固定光栅和所述可移动光栅之间的、供所述背光板发出的光透过的狭缝的大小,从而对所述显示屏的亮态和暗态进行转换;
所述背光板为OLED发光背板,所述OLED发光背板包括R像素、G像素和B像素,所述R像素通过R电路驱动,所述G像素通过G电路驱动,所述B像素通过B电路驱动,所述R电路、所述G电路和所述B电路均设置在所述OLED发光背板的侧边;
所述R像素、所述G像素和所述B像素均呈条状分布,在像素排列结构中,每一列的像素相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述固定光栅的狭缝和所述可移动光栅的狭缝的延伸方向相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述R电路、所述G电路和所述B电路相互独立。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述背光板上还覆盖有封装层,以保护所述背光板上的发光器件。
5.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的显示屏。
