Abstract
The invention provides a household ultrasonic heat meter which comprises a meter body, wherein the meter body is of a tubular structure with openings at two ends, a first rectifying device, a first reflecting mirror and a first energy converter component are arranged at a water inlet of the meter body, the first reflecting mirror is arranged in the first rectifying device, the first energy converter component is positioned above the first reflecting mirror, a second rectifying device, a second reflecting mirror and a second energy converter component are arranged at a water outlet of the meter body, the second rectifying device, the second reflecting mirror and the second energy converter component are symmetrically arranged with the first rectifying device, the first reflecting mirror and the first energy converter component, and a sound wave passage is formed among the first energy converter component, the first reflecting mirror, the second reflecting mirror and the second energy converter component. The invention combines the rectifying device and the reflecting device into a whole, greatly simplifies the structure while ensuring the rectifying effect, solves the problem of poor consistency of later assembly and greatly improves the measurement precision.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the household ultrasonic heat meter includes a meter body 1 having a tubular structure with both ends open. The water inlet of the meter body 1 is provided with a first rectifying device 21, a first reflecting mirror 22 and a first energy converter assembly 23, the water outlet of the meter body is provided with a second rectifying device 31, a second reflecting mirror 32 and a second energy converter assembly 33, the second rectifying device, the second reflecting mirror and the second energy converter assembly are symmetrically arranged with the first rectifying device, the first reflecting mirror and the first energy converter assembly, wherein the two reflecting mirrors are all positioned in the rectifying device, and the two energy converter assemblies are all positioned above the first reflecting mirror.
The first transducer assembly 23, the first mirror 22, the second mirror 32 and the second transducer assembly 33 form an acoustic path therebetween. The first transducer assembly generates ultrasonic waves in measurement, the ultrasonic waves are transmitted through the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror and finally sent into the second transducer assembly to complete information acquisition, and the ultrasonic waves are uploaded to the controller to be calculated.
Since the first rectifying device and the second rectifying device are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, only the first rectifying device will be described in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the first rectifying device 21 includes a tubular body 41, one end of the tubular body is provided with an interference section 42 to be matched with the watch body 1, and the other end of the tubular body is provided with a protrusion 43 to be fixed with the watch body 1, so as to ensure the installation accuracy. The top end of the tubular body 41 is provided with an arc notch 44, and the first reflector 22 is fixedly arranged in the tubular body 41 and is correspondingly positioned and mounted with the first transducer assembly 23 through the arc notch 44.
As shown in fig. 2, a plastic measuring tube 5 is further arranged in the meter body pipeline between the first rectifying device 21 and the second rectifying device 31, so that the scaling phenomenon of the inner wall of the meter body pipeline after long-term use can be avoided, and the precision of the device is improved.

the first rectifying device (21) and the second rectifying device (31) respectively comprise a tubular body (41), one end of the tubular body is provided with an interference section (42) to be matched with the meter body (1), the other end of the tubular body is provided with a protrusion (43) to be fixed with the meter body (1), the top end of the tubular body is provided with an arc notch (44), the first reflector (22) and the second reflector (32) are respectively arranged in the tubular body (41) and are respectively positioned and installed corresponding to the first transducer assembly (23) and the second transducer assembly (33) through the arc notch (44);
