本发明公开了一种机床节油净化装置,它是由油量控制器、真空泵、节油器、电磁换向阀、油净化管道、细过滤器一、叠加式溢流阀以及细过滤器二组成。所述油量控制器一端的管道上安装有真空泵,所述真空泵一端的管道上安装节油器,所述节油器一端的管道上安装电磁换向阀,所述电磁换向阀一端的管道上安装有油净化管道,所述油净化管道一端的管道上安装有细过滤器一,所述细过滤器一的一端的管道上安装有叠加式溢流阀,所述叠加式溢流阀一端的管道上安装有细过滤器二。本发明可过滤掉废油里的杂物,使加入的油更加洁净,而且节省油量。

本发明涉及机床领域,尤其是涉及一种机床节油净化装置。
背景技术
目前,机床用的真空泵,用的废油里会有杂质,会影响废油再利用,加入的油里也会有杂质,如果不加以过滤以及不节省使用,会增加成本,以及影响机床的工作。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种能够过滤掉油内杂质的以及节省油量的机床节油净化装置。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种机床节油净化装置,它是由油量控制器、真空泵、节油器、电磁换向阀、油净化管道、细过滤器一、叠加式溢流阀以及细过滤器二组成,所述油量控制器一端的管道上安装有真空泵,所述真空泵一端的管道上安装节油器,所述节油器一端的管道上安装电磁换向阀,所述电磁换向阀一端的管道上安装有油净化管道,所述油净化管道一端的管道上安装有细过滤器一,所述细过滤器一的一端的管道上安装有叠加式溢流阀,所述叠加式溢流阀一端的管道上安装有细过滤器二。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明可过滤掉废油里的杂物,以及过滤掉加入的油里的杂质,使加入的油更加洁净,而且节省油量。

如图1所示,一种机床节油净化装置,它是由油量控制器1、真空泵2、节油器3、电磁换向阀4、油净化管道5、细过滤器一6、叠加式溢流阀7以及细过滤器二8组成,所述油量控制器1一端的管道上安装有真空泵2,所述真空泵2一端的管道上安装节油器3,所述节油器3一端的管道上安装电磁换向阀4,所述电磁换向阀4一端的管道上安装有油净化管道5,所述油净化管道5一端的管道上安装有细过滤器一6,所述细过滤器一6的一端的管道上安装有叠加式溢流阀7,所述叠加式溢流阀7一端的管道上安装有细过滤器二8。
