Background
With the aging of the population in China, the incidence of vascular diseases is higher and higher, and in order to diagnose and treat vascular diseases, minimally invasive interventional operation treatment of vascular surgery, cardiology, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, interventional department and the like becomes a great trend. The catheter is one of basic tools for vessel intervention diagnosis and treatment, and an operator can complete the over-selection work of vessel branches by controlling the empennage of the catheter and matching with the advance and retreat of a guide wire. However, the tail of the currently used catheter is wing-shaped, which is not beneficial to manual steering adjustment operation. According to the invention, the empennage rotator capable of being assembled quickly is added to the tail part of the catheter, so that the hand feeling of a surgeon for adjusting the direction of the catheter can be increased, and the success rate of blood vessel over-selection is improved.
Chinese patent document CN202427023U discloses a medical catheter fixing clamp, which comprises a fixing clamp, wherein an elastic sawtooth strip is fixed on the outer side of the tail wing at the rear end of the fixing clamp at one side, and a rectangular limiting hole matched with the sawtooth strip for use is arranged on the tail wing behind the sawtooth strip. The fixing clip and the sawtooth strip are made of medical plastic. The fixing clip consists of clamping arms on two sides, a hinged shaft for connecting the clamping arms on two sides and a spring piece positioned between tail wings at the rear ends of the clamping arms on two sides. However, no report has been made on the catheter-empennage rotator of the present invention.
