And the compartment plate 2155 is provided to prevent liquefied water from flowing from the buffer chamber 2153 into the vent chamber 2151 when the hair dryer is used in an inverted orientation.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a sealing member, wherein an air guide groove 21321 is disposed inside the sealing member 2132, and the air guide groove 21321 is communicated with an air outlet accommodating cavity 2150 and a vaporization accommodating cavity 2140, specifically a drainage cavity 2152 communicating the vaporization accommodating cavity 2140 and the air outlet accommodating cavity 2150. In addition, the sealing member 2132 may be provided with a micro-hole or micro-groove structure (21322 in the drawing), and the micro-hole or micro-groove structure 21322 may pass gas but not water, so that when the temperature of the heat generating member 2133 in the heating chamber 2130 of the steam generator 213 increases, the internal air pressure increases, and the pressure is released from the micro-hole or micro-groove structure 21322. At the same time, water is prevented from flowing into the heating accommodation chamber 2130 for water-proof action on the heating element 2133.
With continued reference to fig. 10, preferably, the vaporization accommodating cavity 2140 is further provided with a high-temperature absorbent cotton 2134, and the high-temperature absorbent cotton 2134 is wrapped around the water pipe 2160 and is used for absorbing and dispersing water drops, so as to prevent the water drops from directly contacting with the high-temperature steam generating device main body 2131 to generate a bumping phenomenon, and generate larger noise.
In order to make the structure of the steam generating device 213 more stable and introduce water into the vaporization accommodating chamber 2140, a tail end cover 2135 and a water inlet end cover 2136 are further arranged on the outer side of the sealing element 2132, a water pipe joint 21361 is arranged on the water inlet end cover 2136, the outer side of the water pipe joint 21361 is connected with the water guide pipe 214, and the vaporization water pipe 2160 is connected inside.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a front view of the steam guide seal, in which a vent groove 21371 is provided in the steam guide seal 2137, and a vent 21372 corresponding to the vent hole 21311 is provided in the vent groove 21371. The air vent slots 21371 are further filled with vapor barrier strips 2138 (see structure in fig. 7), the vapor barrier strips 2138 are used to cushion the air flow, and the vapor barrier strips 2138 are preferably made of a sponge material. A steam cover 2139 is also provided on the steam blocking tape 2138, the steam cover 2139 being of a removable construction to facilitate cleaning.
In order to further buffer the steam flow, a steam buffer tank 2022 is further provided on the face shell 202, and referring to fig. 17, fig. 17 is a partially enlarged view of the steam reflux tank on the face shell, the steam buffer tank 2022 may have an inverted arc structure or other structures in the figure, and serves to buffer the gas ejected from the steam guide seal 2137, and arrows in the figure indicate the flow direction of the steam.
Optionally, the steam generating device 213 further comprises a temperature sensor 21390 for detecting the heating temperature of the steam generating device 213.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is an exploded schematic view of a liquid storage device, the liquid storage device 211 includes a water tank body 2111 and a water tank cover 2112 which are connected in a sealing manner, a water outlet pipe 2113 is provided in the liquid storage device 211, a weight pipe 2114 is provided at an inner end portion of the water outlet pipe 2113, and the weight pipe 2114 can ensure that an end portion of the water outlet pipe 2113 is at the bottom of water. The water tank cover 2112 is provided with a water filling opening 2115, the water filling opening 2115 is provided with a water filling cover 2116, and the liquid storage 211 is detachably connected with the lower case 201 through a clamping protrusion 2117 on the water tank cover 2112.
Further, two holes 21111 and 21112 are provided on the water tank body 2111, wherein the hole 21111 is used for passing through the water outlet pipe 2113, a rubber plug 21113 is provided on the hole 21112, the hole 21112 is communicated with the joint member 55, the pump 212 charges air into the liquid storage 211 through the hole 21112, so that the pressure in the liquid storage 211 is increased, and water can flow out from the water outlet pipe 2113 and flow into the steam generating device 213 through the water guide pipe 214. The steam generating system of this embodiment is not limited to use on hair styling apparatus, but may be used on other cosmetic devices, which are not listed here.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 8 is an exploded schematic view of a hair heating device, and the hair heating device 220 includes a comb member 221 and a comb heating plate 222, wherein the comb member 221 is protruded outside the face shell 202, and the comb heating plate 222 is disposed at the bottom of the comb member 221 and is closely attached to the comb member 221. The comb heating plate 222 may be a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient, meaning a positive temperature coefficient, generally refers to a semiconductor material or component with a very large positive temperature coefficient), a heating element, a MCH (MCH is Metal Ceramics Heater, meaning a metal ceramic heating element), a ceramic heating element formed by printing a metal tungsten or molybdenum manganese paste on a ceramic casting blank, hot-pressing and laminating, and sintering the ceramic and the metal together under the protection of 1600 ℃ hydrogen atmosphere, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, high efficiency, energy saving, uniform temperature, good heat conducting performance, high heat compensation speed, and the like.
The comb part 221 includes a bottom plate 2211, a plurality of heating comb teeth 2212 arranged on the bottom plate 2211, and a sealing strip 2213, wherein the plurality of comb teeth 2212 and the bottom plate 2211 are integrated into a whole, and a comb heating plate 222 and a temperature sensor 223 are attached to the bottom of the bottom plate 2211. Of course, in other embodiments, the comb member 221 is not limited to the structure of heating comb teeth, and may be a flat plate or the like, as long as it can achieve other structures for heating hair. Sealing strip 2213 is disposed at the connection position with face housing 202 around the side edge of bottom plate 2211 for preventing water vapor from contacting with comb heating plate 222.
A plurality of heat insulation comb teeth 224 are further provided between the heating comb teeth 2212 of the comb tooth part 221, and the heat insulation comb teeth 224 are used for separating the scalp from the heating comb teeth 2212. Preventing the scalp from being scalded when the main body 200 is used alone. Preferably, the heat insulation comb 224 is provided with an inverted cone structure to increase the contact area of the hair with the heating comb 2212. The material of the heat-insulating comb teeth 224 is preferably a high-temperature-resistant soft material, such as rubber, which has a heat-insulating effect on one hand and is soft on the other hand, and does not damage scalp when touching the scalp. 226 in fig. 8 is a separation fixing plate for separating the comb heating plate 222 from the steam generating device 213.
The hair salon further includes a protective comb 225 provided outside the comb tooth part 221. The protective comb 225 is embedded in the protective comb fixing groove 2023 on the face housing 202. The protective comb 225 can be made of heat-insulating material or can be made of hardware material such as copper, and the surface can be subjected to electroplating oil spraying treatment. The protection comb 225 serves to prevent the user's skin from being scalded by directly contacting the comb part 221 from the side, and serves to pre-comb the hair and tidy the hair after ironing, on the one hand.
It should be noted that, the four functional components of the steam generating system, the hair application device, the hot air device, and the hair heating device in the embodiment of the present invention are not limited to the combination of the embodiments, for example, the hair application device may be further disposed on the main body, and the steam generating system may be disposed on the structure of the upper clamping portion. Functionally simple exchanges and combinations without inventive effort by a person skilled in the art are within the scope of protection of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4 and 16 together, fig. 16 is a cross-sectional view of a structural part of a connection assembly of the hair curler, the connection assembly 300 includes a lock knob 310, a lock knob spring 320, an upper clamping portion removing button 330 and a button cover 340, the lock knob 310 is two, the lock knob spring 320 is disposed between the two lock knobs 310 in the face shell 202 of the main body portion to elastically support the two lock knobs 310 to protrude outside the face shell 202; the upper clamping part taking-out button 330 and the button cover 340 are respectively two and are matched and installed in the button installation groove 1011 of the upper clamping part upper shell 101; the outer end of the lock knob 310 is provided with a clamping inclined surface 311, a clamping hole is arranged in the button mounting groove 1011, and the lock knob 310 slides into the clamping hole through the clamping inclined surface 311, so that the clamping fit of the upper clamping part 100 and the main body part 200 is realized.
When the upper clamping part 100 and the main body part 200 need to be detached, the upper clamping part taking out buttons 330 on two sides are pressed simultaneously, and the upper clamping part taking out buttons 330 push the lock button 310, so that the lock button 310 is contracted into the main body surface shell 202, and the upper clamping part 100 and the main body part 200 are separated; the upper clamping part 100 and the main body part 200 may be used independently as a hair tool, or may be combined together. The present case only provides a solution for convenient disassembly for the user, and those skilled in the art can also design other convenient disassembly structures.
An energizing unit 400 is provided between the upper clamping part 100 and the main body part 200, and the energizing unit 400 includes a conductive plate 410, a conductive post 420, a reset button 430, a reset spring 440, and a safety switch 450; the conductive post 420 is inserted through the conductive board 410, and forms a conductive bump 421 on the conductive board 420, the reset spring 440 supports the safety switch plate 450 and the reset button 430, the safety switch plate 450 is abutted to the bottom of the main circuit board of the control device, and the reset button 430 is inserted in the main circuit board of the control device and supported on the bottom of the conductive board 410. The energizing unit 400 plays a role of safety protection, and when not pressed down, the conductive bump 421 is not electrified, preventing the conductive bump 421 from being electrified to hurt a person when the main body 200 is used alone.
With continued reference to fig. 7, the hair salon device further includes a control device 500 and a power supply device 600. The control device 500 is provided on the main body 200, and the control device 500 is used for controlling the operation states of the hot air device 110, the steam generation system 210 and the hairline heating device 220. Further, the holding portion of the face housing 202 is further provided with a sensing switch (not labeled in the figure), and the control device 500 is disposed in the main body housing, and the sensing switch is used for immediately starting the motor of the pump when sensing that the hairdressing apparatus is held by a user, so that water can be sent to the steam generating device in advance and steam can be generated before the user uses the hairdressing apparatus; when the user operates the steam generator, steam is generated, and compared with the traditional control method, the steam generator has no phenomenon of steam delay. And the inductive switch may be one or more of a touch sensor, a gyroscope, a thermal sensor, a proximity sensor. And are not listed here to the extent that they are understood by those skilled in the art.
The control device 500 includes a main circuit board 510, a key assembly 520, and a display assembly 530; the main circuit board 510 is disposed inside the main body casing, and a micro display unit or the like may be disposed on the main circuit board 510, and transmitted to the display module 530 for display through the light guide 540. The key assembly 520 and the display assembly 530 are embedded on the panel 202. The key assembly 520 is used for inputting operation instructions.
The power supply device 600 may be a power cord directly connected to an external power supply (as shown in the embodiment), and the power supply device 600 may also be a battery unit (not labeled in the figure), i.e. the hair curler may not only be directly connected to a power supply, but also be internally provided with a battery unit, which is more convenient and flexible. A tail loop is shown at 610 for connecting a power cord to the tail of the housing of the body portion 200.
Compared with the prior art, the hairdressing device provided by the invention can straighten heated hair and simultaneously moisten and care hair, is additionally provided with the hot air device, can blow and care hair, can be easily disassembled from two parts and independently uses the functions of all parts, is a convenient and practical multifunctional hairdressing device, and has high market popularization value.

1. The hairdressing device is characterized by comprising an upper clamping part and a main body part, wherein the upper clamping part and the main body part are separated by a connecting component in an opening and closing mode; the upper clamping part is at least provided with one of a hot air device and a hairline smearing device; the main body part is at least provided with one of a steam generation system and a hairline heating device;
the main body part comprises a lower shell and a surface shell, and the lower shell and the surface shell form a main body part shell; the hair heating device comprises a comb tooth part and a comb tooth heating plate, the comb tooth part is arranged outside the face shell in a protruding mode, and the comb tooth heating plate is arranged at the bottom of the comb tooth part and is tightly attached to the comb tooth part;
the connecting assembly comprises two lock buttons, lock button springs, an upper clamping part taking-out button and a button cover, wherein the lock buttons are arranged in the face shell of the main body part, and the lock button springs are arranged between the two lock buttons to elastically support the two lock buttons to extend out of the face shell; the upper clamping part taking-out button and the button cover are respectively two and are matched and arranged in the button mounting groove of the upper shell of the upper clamping part; the outer side end part of the lock button is provided with a clamping inclined surface, a clamping hole is arranged in the button mounting groove, the lock button slides into the clamping hole through the clamping inclined surface, so that the clamping fit of the upper clamping part and the main body part is realized, when the upper clamping part and the main body part are required to be disassembled, the upper clamping part taking out buttons on two sides are pressed simultaneously, the upper clamping part taking out buttons prop against the lock button, the lock button is contracted into the main body surface shell, and the separation of the upper clamping part and the main body part is realized; the upper clamping part and the main body part can be independently used as a hairdressing tool or can be combined together for use.

The hair dryer of claim 1, wherein said upper clip portion further comprises an upper shell and an upper shell cover, said upper shell and said upper shell cover forming an upper clip portion housing; the hot air device comprises a miniature fan and a heating pipe which are arranged in the upper clamping part shell.

The hair dryer of claim 2 wherein said hair application device includes an applicator portion and an applicator liquid reservoir; the coating liquid storage is arranged in the upper clamping part shell, the coating part is arranged outside the upper shell cover in a protruding mode, and the coating part is used for coating the coating liquid stored in the coating liquid storage on the hairline.
4. The hair dryer of claim 1, wherein the vapor generation system includes a liquid reservoir, a pump for directing liquid in the liquid reservoir to the vapor generation device, and a vapor generation device for converting liquid to vapor and spraying the vapor to hair.
5. The hair dryer of claim 1, further comprising a control device provided to the main body portion, the control device for controlling the operation states of the hot air device, the steam generation system, and the hair heating device.
6. The hair dryer of claim 5, wherein said control means comprises a main circuit board, a key assembly and a display assembly; the main circuit board is arranged in the main body part shell, and the key assembly and the display assembly are embedded on the face shell.

The hair salon device according to claim 6, wherein an energizing unit is further provided between the upper clamping portion and the main body portion, the energizing unit includes a conductive plate, a conductive post, a reset button, a reset spring and a safety switch sheet, the conductive post is inserted through the conductive plate and forms a conductive bump on the conductive plate, the reset spring abuts against the safety switch sheet and the reset button, the safety switch sheet abuts against the bottom of the main circuit board of the control device, and the reset button is inserted into the main circuit board of the control device and abuts against the bottom of the conductive plate.
8. The hair salon device of claim 1, further comprising a power supply device, wherein the power supply device is a built-in battery unit or a power cord directly plugged into an external power source.
