本发明实施例提供一种信息发送方法及装置。本发明信息发送方法,包括:发送站点竞争信道;所述发送站点在竞争信道成功后发送指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示接收站点在至少两个非连续的时间段内不能主动发起数据传输;所述发送站点在所述至少两个非连续的时间段内发送数据。本发明实施例实现了在一些数据不连续发送的场景中灵活地预留多段不连续时间段,节省信道资源。
