本发明公开了一种传热电热膜,它是由绝缘层、屏蔽层、电热膜、绝缘板、接线柱、高压套管以及中压套管组成,所述电热膜外包裹有所述屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外包裹有所述绝缘层,所述电热膜一端安装有高压套管,所述高压套管一端安装有绝缘板,另一端安装有中压套管,所述中压套管一端设置有接线柱。本发明结构简单,可充分利用热能,屏蔽层起到很好的防火作用,有效的保护电热膜,延长了电热膜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电热器领域,尤其涉及一种传热电热膜。
背景技术
目前,人们生活水平越来越高,对电热器的质量要求也越来越高,在电热器配件中,电热膜的应用也越来越被看中,现在的电热膜使用寿命不长,而且利用热能效率不高,在防火方面也有待提高,所以需要进一步改造这些缺陷以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种可充分利用热能的传热电热膜。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种传热电热膜,它是由绝缘层、屏蔽层、电热膜、绝缘板、接线柱、高压套管以及中压套管组成,所述电热膜外包裹有所述屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外包裹有所述绝缘层,所述电热膜一端安装有高压套管,所述高压套管一端安装有绝缘板,所述绝缘板一端上安装有温度传感器,另一端安装有中压套管,所述中压套管一端设置有接线柱。
本发明具有以下有益效果:结构简单,可充分利用热能,屏蔽层起到很好的防火作用,有效的保护电热膜,延长了电热膜的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种传热电热膜,它是由绝缘层1、屏蔽层2、电热膜3、绝缘板4以及接线柱5组成,所述电热膜3外包裹有所述屏蔽层2,所述屏蔽层2外包裹有所述绝缘层1,所述电热膜3一端安装有高压套管6,所述高压套管6一端安装有绝缘板4,所述绝缘板4一端上安装有温度传感器8,另一端安装有中压套管7,所述中压套管7一端设置有接线柱5。
