本发明公开了一种电机用抗拉绝缘电缆,它是由镀银镍导体、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀银镍带铠装层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层组成。所述镀银镍导体之外包裹一层聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银镍带铠装层,所述镀银镍带铠装层之外包裹一层乙丙橡胶绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部挤包有四根镍导体,所述镀银镍带铠装层内部挤包有八根镀银铝导体,所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部挤包有十二根铝合金导体。本电缆具有良好的绝缘性能,抗干扰性强,还具有耐热耐高温,防火阻燃的特点,固定敷设最底温度为‑35℃,非固定敷设最底温度为‑25℃,柔软性强,广泛应用于冶金、电厂等高温场所使用的电机上。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种电机用抗拉绝缘电缆。
背景技术
目前,在冶金、电厂以及铜冶炼厂等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的各方面质量要求都很高,因为这些领域内安全性非常的重要,一般是不容许有安全隐患存在的,那么在这些领域内就应当使用一些具有绝缘性能,抗干扰性强,同时还具有耐热耐高温,防火阻燃好的电缆,才能够更好的保障以及提高安全性。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有阻燃,耐高温,防火的优点的电机用抗拉绝缘电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电机用抗拉绝缘电缆,它是由镀银镍导体、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀银镍带铠装层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层组成,所述镀银镍导体之外包裹一层聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银镍带铠装层,所述镀银镍带铠装层之外包裹一层乙丙橡胶绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部挤包有四根镍导体,所述镀银镍带铠装层内部挤包有八根镀银铝导体,所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部挤包有十二根铝合金导体。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本电缆具有良好的绝缘性能,抗干扰性强,还具有耐热耐高温,防火阻燃的特点,固定敷设最底温度为-35℃,非固定敷设最底温度为-25℃,柔软性强,广泛应用于冶金、电厂等高温场所使用的电机上。

如图1所示,一种电机用抗拉绝缘电缆,它是由镀银镍导体1、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层2、镀银镍带铠装层3、乙丙橡胶绝缘层4以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层5组成,所述镀银镍导体1之外包裹一层聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层2,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层2之外包裹一层镀银镍带铠装层3,所述镀银镍带铠装层3之外包裹一层乙丙橡胶绝缘层4,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层2内部挤包有四根镍导体6,所述镀银镍带铠装层3内部挤包有八根镀银铝导体7,所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层4内部挤包有十二根铝合金导体8。

1.一种电机用抗拉绝缘电缆,它是由镀银镍导体、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀银镍带铠装层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层组成,其特征在于:所述镀银镍导体之外包裹一层聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银镍带铠装层,所述镀银镍带铠装层之外包裹一层乙丙橡胶绝缘层,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部挤包有四根镍导体,所述镀银镍带铠装层内部挤包有八根镀银铝导体,所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部挤包有十二根铝合金导体。
