Abstract
The invention provides an image information acquisition method, user equipment and a server. The method comprises the steps of when the user equipment receives a locking instruction sent by the server, locking a user interface (UI) module of the user equipment and monitoring the user equipment; when a user equipment triggering signal is monitored, starting and controlling a camera to perform shooting to obtain image information; and sending the image information to the server. The user equipment comprises a monitoring unit, an image information acquisition unit and a sending unit. The server comprises a sending unit and a receiving unit. According to the method, the user equipment and the server, illegal user image information and environment image information can be obtained and uploaded to the server after the user equipment is lost, so that the possibility of finding the user equipment is greatly increased.
