本发明公开了一种土建基模侧顶件,具有主套管,所述主套管的中心设置有与其两端外部相通的螺纹调节孔,所述螺纹调节孔的一端连接有调节杆,另一端连接有定位杆;所述调节杆的直径小于螺纹调节孔的直径,其末端设置有与螺纹调节孔螺纹配合的外螺纹松紧调节头,头部固定设置有外六角调节段,所述外六角调节段的端部固定设置有连接轴,连接轴的外部套接有轴承,所述轴承外部的套置有接头,所述接头的一侧设置有连接板,所述连接板的内侧连接有直角压头。这种土建基模侧顶件通过丝杆原理,可以实现长度的伸缩调节,其末端可以嵌插在土基中或者直接展开抵压在地面或其他壁面上,头部的直角压头可以多角度调节,使用灵活,稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及土建工程领域,尤其涉及一种土建基模侧顶件。
背景技术
土建工程是指一切和水、土、文化有关的基础建设的计划、建造和维修。一般的土建工程项目包括:房屋、道路、水务、渠务、防洪工程及交通等。但现今说的土建大都一般专指小土建专业,包括住宅、公共建筑、构筑物等的一次建设。如降水、挖土方、打基础、浇筑柱梁板墙等维护结构的浇筑与砌筑工程及其配套的钢筋、简单装饰等。
以打基础、浇筑柱梁板墙等维护结构的浇筑与砌筑工程为例,其以混凝土作为主要原料,将混凝土导入设计安装好的模具内进行定型。由于各种工程对基础及柱梁板墙的厚度高度不同,设计的模具高度也不同,而这些模具都是由单块的模板拼装在一起,然后通过夹具将对称的模板之间进行夹持固定,待混凝土凝固后进行拆模。
但是这些模板由于高度不一,因此需要根据实际需要使用特定的夹持装置,这些夹持装置只能从顶部将两块对称的模板卡接在一起,但是,由于其横置在模板上方,因此在浇筑水泥的时候会成为一种障碍,不便于施工人员将振动泵在模板构成的基槽内拖动,且这种夹持装置的稳固性也不是很好,模板下方的部位容易松开。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种方便安装以及适应不同角度土建基模固定的土建基模侧顶件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种土建基模侧顶件,具有主套管,所述主套管的中心设置有与其两端外部相通的螺纹调节孔,所述螺纹调节孔的一端连接有调节杆,另一端连接有定位杆;所述调节杆的直径小于螺纹调节孔的直径,其末端设置有与螺纹调节孔螺纹配合的外螺纹松紧调节头,头部固定设置有外六角调节段,所述外六角调节段的端部固定设置有连接轴,连接轴的外部套接有轴承,所述轴承外部的套置有接头,所述接头的一侧设置有向外延伸的连接板,所述连接板的内侧连接有呈“┌”型的直角压头。
作为优选,所述直角压头的侧面设置有内八角定位孔,与其对应的连接板上设置有与内八角定位孔插接配合的外八角定位销。
作为优选,所述定位杆的顶部设置有与螺纹调节孔螺纹配合的外螺纹固定接头,底部两侧分别设置有一个插头,所述插头与定位杆之间通过销轴活动连接。
作为优选,所述直角压头的内侧面上设置有橡胶缓压垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:这种土建基模侧顶件通过丝杆原理,可以实现长度的伸缩调节,其末端可以嵌插在土基中或者直接展开抵压在地面或其他壁面上,头部的直角压头可以多角度调节,使用灵活,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
图1、图2和图3所示一种土建基模侧顶件,具有主套管1,所述主套管1的中心设置有与其两端外部相通的螺纹调节孔11,所述螺纹调节孔11的一端连接有调节杆2,另一端连接有定位杆3;所述调节杆2的直径小于螺纹调节孔11的直径,其末端设置有与螺纹调节孔11螺纹配合的外螺纹松紧调节头12,头部固定设置有外六角调节段7,所述外六角调节段7的端部固定设置有连接轴,连接轴的外部套接有轴承16,所述轴承16外部的套置有接头4,所述接头4的一侧设置有向外延伸的连接板5,所述连接板5的内侧连接有呈“┌”型的直角压头6;为了方便直角压头6可以实现多角度调节,所述直角压头6的侧面设置有内八角定位孔14,与其对应的连接板5上设置有与内八角定位孔14插接配合的外八角定位销15,且所述直角压头6的内侧面上设置有橡胶缓压垫10,可以防止直角压头6从基模上滑脱。
如图4所示,所述定位杆3的顶部设置有与螺纹调节孔11螺纹配合的外螺纹固定接头13,底部两侧分别设置有一个插头8,所述插头8与定位杆3之间通过销轴9活动连接。
使用时,先将地基模板竖好,然后将直角压头6卡接在模板的直角边上,接着根据实际地形,将连接板5上的外八角定位销15以合适的角度插接在直角压头6上的内八角定位孔14内,接着握住主套管1,通过扳手卡接住调节杆2上的外六角调节段7并旋动,使调节杆2与主套管1之间的距离向外扩展,若基模外侧是土基面,可以将定位杆3上的插头8插在土中,随着调节杆2与主套管1之间的长度变长,可以使插头8稳稳插接在土基中。若基模外是水泥或其他硬质基面,可以将插头8通过销轴9向两侧展开,使其侧面与基面接触,并通过调节杆2和主套管1的长度变换使插头8与基面顶死固定。调节杆2在调节时因其头部与接头4之间是通过轴承16连接的,因此接头4不会随着调节杆2转动,从而保证调节杆2在调节过程中直角压头6的位置不变,方便调节。
这种土建基模侧顶件通过丝杆原理,可以实现长度的伸缩调节,其末端可以嵌插在土基中或者直接展开抵压在地面或其他壁面上,头部的直角压头6可以多角度调节,使用灵活,稳定性好。

1.一种土建基模侧顶件,其特征在于:具有主套管(1),所述主套管(1)的中心设置有与其两端外部相通的螺纹调节孔(11),所述螺纹调节孔(11)的一端连接有调节杆(2),另一端连接有定位杆(3);所述调节杆(2)的直径小于螺纹调节孔(11)的直径,其末端设置有与螺纹调节孔(11)螺纹配合的外螺纹松紧调节头(12),头部固定设置有外六角调节段(7),所述外六角调节段(7)的端部固定设置有连接轴,连接轴的外部套接有轴承(16),所述轴承(16)外部的套置有接头(4),所述接头(4)的一侧设置有向外延伸的连接板(5),所述连接板(5)的内侧连接有呈“┌”型的直角压头(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土建基模侧顶件,其特征在于:所述直角压头(6)的侧面设置有内八角定位孔(14),与其对应的连接板(5)上设置有与内八角定位孔(14)插接配合的外八角定位销(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的土建基模侧顶件,其特征在于:所述定位杆(3)的顶部设置有与螺纹调节孔(11)螺纹配合的外螺纹固定接头(13),底部两侧分别设置有一个插头(8),所述插头(8)与定位杆(3)之间通过销轴(9)活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的土建基模侧顶件,其特征在于:所述直角压头(6)的内侧面上设置有橡胶缓压垫(10)。
