A drum with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said lifting means (9) further comprises a first lifting means (901) fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the drum, the side of the first lifting means (901) in contact with the second lifting means (902) is an arc-shaped concave surface, and the side of the second lifting means (902) in contact with the first lifting means (901) is an arc-shaped convex surface; the arc convex surface moves along the arc concave surface to realize the contact/separation of the second lifting device (902) and the inner wall of the outer cylinder (2).
