本发明提供了一种可高产环保的食品包装材料及其制备方法,所述的食品包装材料以柑橘皮渣、木质剩余物和马铃薯淀粉为主原料,通过添加增塑剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和AC发泡剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)预处理原料,b)制取混合物料,c)挤出加工成型。本发明揭示了一种可高产环保的食品包装材料及其制备方法,该食品包装材料缓冲性能优异、生产成本低、生产效率高,既可充分利用大量剩余资源,又能满足环保要求,具有良好的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益。

本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种可高产环保的食品包装材料及其制备方法,属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
包装材料是一种用于制造包装容器、包装装潢、包装印刷、包装运输等满足产品包装要求所使用的材料,它包括金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、竹本、野生蘑类、天然纤维、化学纤维、复合材料等主要包装材料。随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,对食品包装的需求越来越大。当前,食品包装类材料主要是塑料类、瓦楞纸、蜂窝纸类、纸浆模塑类材料。由于塑料类包装的废弃物不可回收、不可降解,其大量使用引起了严重的白色污染,带来了巨大的环境压力。瓦楞纸、蜂窝纸类、纸浆模塑类材料虽然可降解,但大多以木材为原料,大量消耗我国有限的森林资源,并且在制造过程中引起水污染,制造成本较高,并不是塑料类包装材料的理想替代产品。
目前,越来越多的包装企业使用淀粉基材料作为食品包装材料,淀粉基缓冲包装材料具有良好的机械性能,在土壤中容易降解,是一种天然环保的绿色包装材料。现行技术中的淀粉基缓冲包装材料为了实现较好的缓冲性能和力学性能,通常在材料利用、制备工艺上花费较大的成本,生产效益不高,而且有些淀粉基缓冲包装材料为了添加有效的植物纤维成分,大量开采新生植物,既增加了生产成本,又造成了较大的资源浪费。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种可高产环保的食品包装材料及其制备方法,该食品包装材料缓冲性能优异、生产成本低、生产效率高,既可充分利用大量剩余资源,又能满足环保要求,具有良好的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益。
本发明是一种可高产环保的食品包装材料及其制备方法,所述的食品包装材料以柑橘皮渣、木质剩余物和马铃薯淀粉为主原料,通过添加增塑剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和AC发泡剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)预处理原料,b)制取混合物料,c)挤出加工成型。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物经预处理,按质量比3:2制成复合植物纤维原料。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的马铃薯淀粉与复合植物纤维原料按质量比5:1或7:2混合制成原料粉体。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的增塑剂为甘油,其用量占原料粉体用量的25%或30%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的聚乙烯醇树脂用量占原料粉体用量的15%或20%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的AC发泡剂用量占原料粉体用量的0.6%或0.7%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 a)中,预处理原料包括如下步骤:1)对柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物进行烘干、筛分处理;2)使用高速粉碎机分别对柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物进行粉碎处理;3)将制取的柑橘皮渣粉料和木质剩余物粉料过筛后混合。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 b)中,制取混合物料包括如下步骤:1)将预处理的原料与马铃薯淀粉按一定质量配比混合制取原料粉体;2)将原料粉体放入搅拌器中,并加入一定量增塑剂、去离子水、聚乙烯醇树脂和AC发泡剂高速混合;3)将制取的混合物封闭在塑料袋中放置24h。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,挤出加工成型条件为:双螺杆挤出机螺杆转速130r/min,喂料速率75r/min,第1到第4工作温区的温度为155℃、175℃、160℃、130℃。

本发明提及的可高产环保的食品包装材料在制备时先将柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物进行预处理并按质量比3:2配制成植物纤维原料粉体,再与马铃薯淀粉按质量比5:1或7:2进行混合制取原料粉体,然后添加增塑剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和AC发泡剂,通过共混挤出工艺制成环保材料。其中,增塑剂为甘油,其用量占原料粉体用量的25%或30%;聚乙烯醇树脂用量占原料粉体用量的15%或20%;AC发泡剂用量占原料粉体用量的0.6%或0.7%。
实施例1
具体制备方法如下:
a)预处理原料,具体制备过程为:先利用烘干机在60℃条件下干燥柑橘皮渣72h,干燥木质剩余物48h,烘干后进行筛分处理;然后使用高速粉碎机分别对柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物进行粉碎处理,获得柑橘皮渣粉料和木质剩余物粉料;最后将柑橘皮渣粉料过 80目筛子,将木质剩余物粉料过 20目筛子,过筛后获得的柑橘皮渣粉体和木质剩余物粉体按质量比3:2进行混合,制取植物纤维原料粉体。
b)制取混合物料,具体处理过程为:先将步骤a)制取的植物纤维原料粉体与马铃薯淀粉按质量比5:1进行混合制取原料粉体,然后将原料粉体放入搅拌器中,并按占原料粉体用量的重量百分比,依次加入30%增塑剂、20%去离子水、20%聚乙烯醇树脂和0.7%AC发泡剂,以20000r/min高速混合3min,制取混合物;最后将混合物封闭在塑料袋中放置24h。
c)挤出加工成型,将步骤b)制取的混合物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,在喂料速率75r/min,螺杆转速130r/min,第1到第4工作温区的温度为155℃、175℃、160℃、130℃条件下进行挤出加工,制成天然环保的食品包装材料。经测试,制备的食品包装材料表观密度可达0.906g/cm3
实施例2
具体制备方法如下:
a)预处理原料,具体制备过程为:先利用烘干机在60℃条件下干燥柑橘皮渣72h,干燥木质剩余物48h,烘干后进行筛分处理;然后使用高速粉碎机分别对柑橘皮渣和木质剩余物进行粉碎处理,获得柑橘皮渣粉料和木质剩余物粉料;最后将柑橘皮渣粉料过 80目筛子,将木质剩余物粉料过 20目筛子,过筛后获得的柑橘皮渣粉体和木质剩余物粉体按质量比3:2进行混合,制取植物纤维原料粉体。
b)制取混合物料,具体处理过程为:先将步骤a)制取的植物纤维原料粉体与马铃薯淀粉按质量比7:2进行混合制取原料粉体,然后将原料粉体放入搅拌器中,并按占原料粉体用量的重量百分比,依次加入25%增塑剂、20%去离子水、15%聚乙烯醇树脂和0.6% AC发泡剂,以20000r/min高速混合3min,制取混合物;最后将混合物封闭在塑料袋中放置24h。
c)挤出加工成型,将步骤b)制取的混合物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,在喂料速率75r/min,螺杆转速130r/min,第1到第4工作温区的温度为155℃、175℃、160℃、130℃条件下进行挤出加工,制成天然环保的食品包装材料。经测试,制备的食品包装材料表观密度可达0.839g/cm3
