本发明提供了一种制备纯净水用的絮凝剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸亚铁40‑60份、硫酸高铁铵0.6‑1份、三甲基硅烷基甲磺酸盐0.2‑0.4份、2‑氨基‑1,3‑丙二醇3‑5份等,本发明絮凝效果好且使用方便。

本发明涉及一种制备纯净水用的絮凝剂及其制备方法,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
当今社会,化工、制药企业发展迅速,纯净水产量大幅提升,但纯净水制备前的水需要处理,目前缺少有效的絮凝剂。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种效果明显的制备纯净水用的絮凝剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的:
一种制备纯净水用的絮凝剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸亚铁40-60份、硫酸高铁铵0.6-1份、三甲基硅烷基甲磺酸盐0.2-0.4份、2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇3-5份、叔丁基二甲基硅烷基三氟甲烷磺酸酯2-4份、1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐1-2份、β-D-葡萄糖-6-磷酸钠盐2-4份、硫酸镁6-10份、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸0.4-0.8份、水80-100份。
所述的制备纯净水用的絮凝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各种原料,混合制备成絮凝剂。
有益效果:
本发明通过原料配比进行改性,能改善室内空气指数,对人、畜无害,不仅能驱蚊,还能驱蝇,使用效果显著,且使用方便。

实施例1:取硫酸亚铁40份、硫酸高铁铵1份、三甲基硅烷基甲磺酸盐0.2份、2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇5份、叔丁基二甲基硅烷基三氟甲烷磺酸酯2份、1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐2份、β-D-葡萄糖-6-磷酸钠盐4份、硫酸镁6份、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸0.8份、水80份,制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各种原料,混合制备成絮凝剂。
上述原料均购于南京化学试剂股份有限公司。
实施例2:本发明絮凝效果评价(按上述实施例1方法制备样品)
将絮凝剂投入自来水中,投加量为1g/L,以20rpm的转速搅拌,污水中的悬浮物去除率为99.7%,色度去除率为97.4%,难分解有机物的去除率为99.9%。

1.一种制备纯净水用的絮凝剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸亚铁40-60份、硫酸高铁铵0.6-1份、三甲基硅烷基甲磺酸盐0.2-0.4份、2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇3-5份、叔丁基二甲基硅烷基三氟甲烷磺酸酯2-4份、1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐1-2份、β-D-葡萄糖-6-磷酸钠盐2-4份、硫酸镁6-10份、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸0.4-0.8份、水80-100份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的制备纯净水用的絮凝剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按配方比例称取各种原料,混合制备成絮凝剂。
