Abstract

本发明涉及一种可拼装物流箱,本可拼装物流箱包括有拼合板,所述拼合板为正方体平板,在拼合板左右侧边,等距对称的安装有转筒,转筒的轴线与拼合板的左右侧边平行;所述转筒可沿自身轴线往复旋转;在所述转筒的筒壁上开设有滑槽,在滑槽内安装有扣板,扣板可在限位槽的控制下,在滑槽内往复滑动;在所述拼合板的前后侧边,等距对称的开设有扣槽,所述扣槽的尺寸与所述扣板相匹配;该物流箱能够根据客户所需运输的物品的大小,合理的组合,有效提高物流箱的空间使用率,同时提高物流的空间利用率,物流合理、经济、高效。

可拼装物流箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种物流工具,特别的,是一种物流箱。
背景技术
物流行业中,使用物流箱对物品进行分类、存储;目前物流行业中的物流箱,规格统一、大小一致,在堆放、仓储上较为方便;但是,客户需要运输的物品形状不固定、大小不一致;因此,在放置物品时,物流箱无法得到最大化的应用;统一型号的物流箱,在运送不同的物件时,会或多或少的空出无用空间,这使得物流效率过低;除此之外,这种物流箱也给客户带来多余的经济损失;因此,目前的物流箱存在明显的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种可拼装物流箱,该物流箱能够根据客户所需运输的物品的大小,合理的组合,有效提高物流箱的空间使用率,同时提高物流的空间利用率,物流合理、经济、高效。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本可拼装物流箱包括有拼合板,
所述拼合板为正方体平板,在拼合板左右侧边,等距对称的安装有转筒,转筒的轴线与拼合板的左右侧边平行;所述转筒可沿自身轴线往复旋转;
在所述转筒的筒壁上开设有滑槽,在滑槽内安装有扣板,扣板可在限位槽的控制下,在滑槽内往复滑动;
在所述拼合板的前后侧边,等距对称的开设有扣槽,所述扣槽的尺寸与所述扣板相匹配。
本发明的有益效果是:本物流箱在存储时,物流箱处于拆解状态,此时,各拼合板叠放在一起,有效减小占用面积,大大缩小仓储的空间;
在需要使用物流箱时,将拼合板拼合:所述扣板可随转筒往复转动,因此,调整扣板的角度,使得扣板与拼合板保持垂直,将扣板插入相邻拼合板上的扣槽内,此时完成拼合板的初步锁定,拼合板可拼合成正方体的箱子;从多个方向同时对拼合板加固,使得扣板牢固的插入扣槽内,此时物流箱拼合紧密。
本发明可根据客户所寄物品的形状、大小不同,自由组合物流箱的大小,使得物流箱得到充分的利用,有效提高空间利用率;并且,由于拼合板的尺寸统一,及时拼合后的物流箱大小不一,也是能够规整的堆放,有效提高仓储的利用率。
此外,本发明存储时占用空间小,随时用,随时拼装,简单快捷。
作为优选,在拼合板的左右侧边,转筒正对的位置处,开设有扣座,所述扣座的深度大于扣板的厚度;以便于使得扣板固定的坐在扣座中,增强拼合板的牢固性。
作为优选,在扣槽的底部设置有弹性腔,在所述弹性腔内填充有胶体;在弹性腔的两侧伸出有空心的加固扣,所述加固扣与弹性腔连通;在所述扣板的侧边还开设有与所述加固扣相匹配的加固孔;以便于更牢固的扣合拼合板。
作为进一步优选,在所述胶体内掺杂有磁粉,所述扣板由铁磁性材料做成;以便提高扣板和扣槽的牢固性。

在图1至图3所示的实施例中,本可拼装物流箱包括有拼合板1,
所述拼合板1为正方体平板,在拼合板1左右侧边,等距对称的安装有转筒2,转筒2的轴线与拼合板1的左右侧边平行;所述转筒2可沿自身轴线往复旋转;
在所述转筒2的筒壁上开设有滑槽21,在滑槽21内安装有扣板3,扣板3可在限位槽31的控制下,在滑槽21内往复滑动;所述限位槽开设在扣板与转筒接触的一组侧边;
在拼合板1的左右侧边,转筒2正对的位置处,开设有扣座11,所述扣座11的深度大于扣板3的厚度;
在所述拼合板1的前后侧边,等距对称的开设有扣槽4,所述扣槽4的尺寸与所述扣板3相匹配;在扣槽4的底部设置有弹性腔5,在所述弹性腔5内填充有胶体;在弹性腔5的两侧伸出有空心的加固扣51,所述加固扣51与弹性腔5连通;在所述扣板3的侧边还开设有与所述加固扣51相匹配的加固孔32;在所述胶体内掺杂有磁粉6,所述扣板3由铁磁性材料做成。
本发明的有益效果是:本物流箱在存储时,物流箱处于拆解状态,此时,各拼合板1叠放在一起,有效减小占用面积,大大缩小仓储的空间;
在需要使用物流箱时,将拼合板1拼合:所述扣板3可随转筒2往复转动,因此,调整扣板3的角度,使得扣板3与拼合板1保持垂直,将扣板3插入相邻拼合板1上的扣槽4内,此时完成拼合板1的初步锁定,拼合板1可拼合成正方体的箱子;从多个方向同时对拼合板1加固,使得扣板3牢固的插入扣槽4内,此时物流箱拼合紧密。
在本实施例中,扣板3在伸入扣槽4时,扣板3挤压所述弹性腔5,弹性腔5内的胶体会分流至加固扣51中, 加固扣51膨胀,同时卡进扣板3上的加固孔32中,有效防止扣板3滑脱;同时,铁磁性的扣板3,在磁力作用下,吸附胶体内的磁粉6;因此,磁粉6会促进胶体向加固扣51中流动,进一步提高加固扣51和加固孔32的接合力,有效提高拼合板1之间的牢固性。
由于扣板3的尺寸较长,扣板3在插入扣槽4后,扣板3的另一端仍超出拼合板1的边缘,该结构起到支撑脚的作用,有效防止拼合板1接触地面的灰尘,同时可防止物流箱碰撞。
多块拼合板1在同一水平面拼合时,扣板3的一端插入扣槽4,一端插入扣座11中, 该结构有效提高了扣板3之间的支撑力,有效防止扣板3之间的弯折,提高了物流箱的坚固性。
本发明可根据客户所寄物品的形状、大小不同,自由组合物流箱的大小,使得物流箱得到充分的利用,有效提高空间利用率;并且,由于拼合板1的尺寸统一,及时拼合后的物流箱大小不一,也是能够规整的堆放,有效提高仓储的利用率。
此外,本发明存储时占用空间小,随时用,随时拼装,简单快捷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可拼装物流箱,其特征在于:在拼合板(1)的左右侧边,转筒(2)正对的位置处,开设有扣座(11),所述扣座(11)的深度大于扣板(3)的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可拼装物流箱,其特征在于:在扣槽(4)的底部设置有弹性腔(5),在所述弹性腔(5)内填充有胶体;在弹性腔(5)的两侧伸出有空心的加固扣(51),所述加固扣(51)与弹性腔(5)连通;在所述扣板(3)的侧边还开设有与所述加固扣(51)相匹配的加固孔(32)。
