技术领域
本发明涉及自动控制技术领域,具体涉及一种锯床快速下降定位锯分系统。
背景技术
目前锯床在锯切时有快速下降功能,但需要人为操纵快速下降按钮,等到刀具下降到一定高度后,再手动转化为锯切功能。此种工作模式对操作员工的操作熟练程度要求要高,而且还存在因控制快速下降按钮不当造成锯条直接撞向工件,出现锯条断裂和其他安全事故。由于工件更换需要,也要频繁执行上述操作步骤,造成工人劳动强度大,生产效率低等缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种锯床快速下降定位锯分系统,其具有可自动进入锯切进给、操作方便、工作效率高等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案的:它包含锯床、锯床原有控制系统、51单片机、压力传感器和控制按钮,压力传感器和控制按钮分别与51单片机相连,51单片机又与锯床原有控制系统相连,锯床原有控制系统与锯床相连,所述的压力传感器安装在锯条上方。本发明具有技术比较简单、制造成本低廉、耗能少、可自动进入锯切进给、操作方便、工作效率高等特点,锯条在完成快速接近工件后能够自动转化无锯条进给锯切状态,解放了人为控制,工人能够迅速熟练掌握机器操作,简单易学。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含锯床1、锯床原有控制系统2、51单片机3、压力传感器4和控制按钮5,压力传感器4和控制按钮5分别与51单片机3相连,51单片机3又与锯床原有控制系统2相连,锯床原有控制系统2与锯床1相连,所述的压力传感器4安装在锯条上方。
按下控制按钮,锯床开始工作。压力传感器安装在锯条的上方,当锯条运行到特定的位置时,压力传感器检测到压力,把信号传输给51单片机,51单片机控制原有控制系统使锯条自动进入锯切进给。
本发明具有技术比较简单、制造成本低廉、耗能少、可自动进入锯切进给、操作方便、工作效率高等特点,锯条在完成快速接近工件后能够自动转化无锯条进给锯切状态,解放了人为控制,工人能够迅速熟练掌握机器操作,简单易学。

1.锯床快速下降定位锯分系统,其特征在于它包含锯床、锯床原有控制系统、51单片机、压力传感器和控制按钮,压力传感器和控制按钮分别与51单片机相连,51单片机又与锯床原有控制系统相连,锯床原有控制系统与锯床相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锯床快速下降定位锯分系统,其特征在于所述的压力传感器安装在锯条上方。
