本发明公开了一种排污设备，属于排污设备领域，包括沉淀池，还包括抽吸管道、抽吸设备和排泥管，抽吸设备设置在抽吸管道的顶部，抽吸管道端部伸入沉淀池中，抽吸管道底部连接柔性细管，排泥管的一端连接在抽吸管道上，另一端设有排泥口，排泥口下方为污泥储池。本发明的排污设备将插在沉淀池内的管道设置为柔性管道，管道可以根据沉淀池底的实际情况调整管道，相对于原有的硬性管道抽吸效果更好；本柔性管道可以更换，当管道出现损坏的时候更换方便，使用成本低。

本发明涉及一种排污设备。
背景技术
水处理领域一般是将污水在沉淀池进行沉淀对污水预处理，污水处理后留在沉淀池中的污泥一般要使用抽泥设备抽离，而现有的抽泥设备使用的抽泥管一般为硬性的，硬性的抽泥管只能在一个方向抽吸，抽吸效果较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种排污设备，该设备采用柔性抽吸管抽吸效果好。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种排污设备，包括沉淀池，还包括抽吸管道、抽吸设备和排泥管，所述抽吸设备设置在抽吸管道的顶部，抽吸管道端部伸入沉淀池中，所述抽吸管道底部连接柔性吸管，排泥管的一端连接在抽吸管道上，另一端设有排泥口，排泥口下方为污泥储池。
优选的，所述柔性吸管的长度大于沉淀池的高度，柔性吸管为伸缩结构。
采用本发明的技术方案，能得到以下的有益效果：
本发明的排污设备将插在沉淀池内的管道设置为柔性管道，管道可以根据沉淀池底的实际情况调整管道，相对于原有的硬性管道抽吸效果更好；本柔性管道可以更换，当管道出现损坏的时候更换方便，使用成本低。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图，通过对实施例的描述，对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示，本发明的排污设备，包括沉淀池1，还包括抽吸管道2、抽吸设备3和排泥管6，抽吸设备3设置在抽吸管道2的顶部，抽吸管道2端部伸入沉淀池1中，抽吸管道2底部连接柔性吸管5，排泥管6的一端连接在抽吸管道2上，另一端设有排泥口7，排泥口7下方为污泥储池8，排泥管6由支撑架4支撑，上述柔性吸管5的长度大于沉淀池1的高度，柔性吸管5为伸缩结构。
使用时将柔性细管5伸入沉淀池1内，由于吸管为柔性的所以可以在重力和冲击力的作用下在池底的污泥中滑动，另外柔性吸管5的管道较长且为可伸缩的，所以柔性吸管5可以蜷在池底，抽吸效果好。污泥依次由柔性吸管5、抽吸管道2和排泥管6抽出进入污泥储池8。
本发明的排污设备将插在沉淀池内的管道设置为柔性管道，管道可以根据沉淀池底的实际情况调整管道，相对于原有的硬性管道抽吸效果更好；本柔性管道可以更换，当管道出现损坏的时候更换方便，使用成本低。

1.一种排污设备，包括沉淀池，还包括抽吸管道、抽吸设备和排泥管，所述抽吸设备设置在抽吸管道的顶部，抽吸管道端部伸入沉淀池中，其特征在于：所述抽吸管道底部连接柔性吸管，排泥管的一端连接在抽吸管道上，另一端设有排泥口，排泥口下方为污泥储池，排泥管中间位置设有支撑架，支撑架为排泥管提供支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排污设备，其特征在于：所述柔性吸管的长度大于沉淀池的高度，柔性吸管为伸缩结构。
