In addition, a space for tilting one end of the playing cards is arranged between the card feeding pressing plate A203 and the card feeding pressing plate B204, that is, an upward inclined plane or an arc surface is formed behind the pressing plate convex strip, so that a plurality of playing cards passing through the pressing plate convex strip 2031 and the card feeding roller A210 can be fully tilted and thoroughly separated.
Preferably, the cross section of the pressing plate protrusion 2031 is V-shaped, which provides a better pressing and separating effect.
As shown in fig. 10, 11, 12 and 13, the card-turning device includes a card-turning box 308 rotatably connected to the card-turning base 301, the card-turning box 308 has a front and rear through gap for placing playing cards and allowing the playing cards to move in and out, a card inlet is provided at the front end of the card-turning box 308, a card outlet is provided at the rear end of the card-turning box 308, a card-dealing mechanism is installed outside the card outlet of the card-turning base 301 on the card-turning box 308, the card-turning box 308 is in transmission connection with a card-turning motor 302 installed on the card-turning base 301, and an identification element for identifying the front and the back of the playing cards and a detection element for detecting the positions of the playing cards are provided in the card-turning box 308. The centers of the card inlet and the card outlet of the card turning box 308 are both positioned on the rotation axis thereof. The card inlet is provided with a slope surface convenient for playing cards to enter. As shown in fig. 12 and 13, three positioning wheels 309 are installed on the card turning base 301 along the same circumference, one positioning wheel 309 is in transmission connection with the card turning motor 302, a rotating disc 3081 is fixed on the card turning box 308, the rotating disc 3081 is suspended in the middle of the three positioning wheels 309 and is in gear transmission contact (in this embodiment) or rolling friction contact with the three positioning wheels 309, in other embodiments, the card turning box 308 can also be installed on the card turning base 301 in a rotatable manner through a large bearing, and the rotating disc on the card turning box 308 is in transmission connection with the card turning motor 302 through a gear or a friction wheel.
The card pushing structure on the card turning box 308 can adopt a card pushing swing arm type card pushing mechanism disclosed in the patent document with the publication number CN103041579A, and can also adopt a card sending wheel structure disclosed in the patent document with the publication number CN103083896A, the latter is adopted in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 and fig. 13, two sides of the card turning box 308 are both provided with a wide gap communicated with the inside, so that the card sending wheels 310 on the two sides can extend into the card turning box 308 through the wide gap, a gap with at least one playing card thickness is left between the two card sending wheels, the two card sending wheels can extend into the card turning box, the card turning seat 301 is provided with two sets of transmission mechanisms, the two sets of transmission mechanisms respectively correspond to the card sending wheels on the two sides of the card turning box 308, the card sending motor 303 is fixed on the card turning seat 301, after the card turning box 308 is turned, one side card sending wheel is pressed into the card turning box 308, and the card sending motor 303 drives one side card sending wheel to rotate through the transmission mechanisms to send out the playing cards.
The card turning box 308 is internally provided with identification elements for identifying the front and the back of the playing cards, and the card turning box 308 is internally provided with a plurality of detection elements for detecting the positions of the playing cards. The identification element is a camera, and the camera is connected with the image identification module. In this way, the pictures are taken when the playing cards enter different positions in the card turning box 308, so that the picture information of the same face and different positions of the playing cards is obtained, and the front face or the back face of the playing cards is determined according to the pattern coincidence degree of the pictures by utilizing the rule that the pattern on the back face of the playing cards is high in coincidence degree of the continuous four positions of the unit pattern.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the card turning seat 301 is provided with a dealing mechanism outside a card outlet of the card turning box 308, the dealing mechanism comprises a dealing support 313 installed outside the card outlet of the card turning box 308, one end of the dealing support 313 is fixed on the card turning seat 301, a dealing pressure plate 306 is installed on the dealing support 313, one end of the dealing pressure plate 306 is hinged with the dealing support 313, a card pressing member 305 is installed at the other end of the dealing pressure plate 306, a channel for playing cards to pass through is formed between the dealing support 313 and the dealing pressure plate 306, a dealing roller 304 which is vertically arranged corresponding to the card pressing member 305 is installed on the card turning seat 301 or the dealing support 303 and is in transmission connection with a dealing motor, and the dealing pressure plate 306 gives the card pressing member 305 a tendency to approach the dealing roller 304 through an elastic mechanism. In this embodiment, the elastic mechanism is a torsion spring sleeved on the hinge shaft of the card dealing pressing plate 306, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the card dealing bracket or the card turning seat, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the card dealing pressing plate 306. The card dealing mechanism and the card delivery wheel 310 in the card turning shoe share a card dealing motor 303.
Although two superposed playing cards are separated in the card feeding device, under the condition of extremely low probability, the possibility that two playing cards enter the card turning box still exists, therefore, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing member 305 are correspondingly arranged up and down, and a gap for the playing cards to pass through is reserved between the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing member 305, a plurality of annular grooves 3043 are arranged on the card dealing roller 304, a bulge 3053 corresponding to the annular groove 3043 is arranged on the card pressing member 305, and as shown in fig. 14, the bulge 3053 on the card pressing member 305 protrudes into the annular groove 3043 on the card dealing roller 304. The card pressing member 305 is fixed on the card dealing pressing plate 306, or is integrally formed with the card dealing pressing plate 306, or is mounted on the card dealing pressing plate in a manner of great rotational resistance, so that the card pressing member 305 cannot rotate synchronously with the card dealing roller 304. Thus, the invention prevents the upper and lower playing cards from being electrostatically bonded and unable to be separated by matching the card dealing roller 304 with the concave-convex structure on the card pressing member 305, and because the card pressing member 305 cannot synchronously rotate with the card dealing roller 304 and the concave-convex structure has a small pressing contact area with the playing cards, the static friction force between the card pressing member and the playing cards is far greater than the friction force between the upper and lower playing cards, and the conveying power of the playing cards comes from the card dealing roller, the playing cards contacting with the card dealing roller are conveyed to continuously move forwards, the playing cards contacting with the card pressing member are temporarily detained, and only one playing card is sent out from between the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing member 305.
In this embodiment, the card pressing member 305 is a roller fixed on the card dealing pressing plate, and the protrusions 3053 are annularly arranged on the circumferential surface of the roller, so that the processing and manufacturing are convenient, and the paper scraps can be discharged along two sides of the annular protrusion conveniently. In another embodiment, the card pressing piece and the card dealing pressing plate can be integrally formed, and a corresponding concave-convex structure is arranged at the position of the card pressing piece corresponding to the card dealing roller. In other embodiments of the invention, the dealing rack may be integrally formed with the card-turning base.
In order to avoid the playing card damage and machine failure caused by the fact that the card pressing member presses the card dealing roller with great pressure, a card pressing limiting mechanism for limiting the moving range of the card pressing member is arranged, the card pressing limiting mechanism can be a waist-shaped hole structure or an upper and lower limiting stop structure arranged on the card turning seat or the card dealing support, and two ends of the card pressing member are limited by the waist-shaped hole structure or the upper and lower limiting stop structure. The acting force exerted on the card pressing piece by the elastic mechanism can be larger so as to more accurately control the gap between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller, and in order to avoid the situation that the card pressing piece excessively retreats when a plurality of playing cards are squeezed between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller, a limiting rod 314 for limiting the retreat of the card pressing piece 305 or the dealing pressing plate 306 is arranged on the card turning seat or the dealing support and is used for limiting the maximum gap between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller.
The card-turning seat 301 is provided with a card-dealing cover 3011 outside the card-dealing mechanism, the card-dealing cover 3011 limits the flight range of the playing cards sent from the card-dealing mechanism so as to avoid the situation that the playing cards cannot fall into the card-receiving box, and the card-dealing cover 3011 is provided with a detecting element 3012 for detecting whether the playing cards are sent out.
In the operation process of the poker machine and the game process of a player, a large amount of static electricity is generated, the static electricity is a reason that the upper and lower poker cards cannot be separated and processed due to large adhesive force, meanwhile, the static electricity can cause parts such as a sensor to be polluted and invalid, and in the process that the poker cards are sent out from the card dealing mechanism and fly, the poker cards with the static electricity tend to drift due to electric field force and cannot fall into the card receiving box, therefore, in the embodiment, the card pressing piece 305 is preferably made of a conductive metal material, and the card pressing piece 305 is grounded to eliminate the static electricity on the poker cards.
The card dealing device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a card dealing mechanism installed outside the card outlet of the card turning box 308, and a plurality of card receiving boxes 401 for receiving playing cards dealt by the card dealing mechanism are distributed along the same circumference and move along the circumference. The dealing mechanism is located in the rotation circumference of the card receiving box 401, and the card outlet direction of the dealing mechanism is consistent with the radial direction of the rotation circumference of the card receiving box 401. The card receiving boxes 401 are fixed on a rotating ring 403, and the rotating ring 403 is in transmission connection with a card distributing motor 402.
Three positioning wheels 405 are arranged on the table top 1 of the rack along the same circumference, and the rotating ring 403 is suspended in the middle of the three positioning wheels 405 and is in rolling friction contact with the three positioning wheels 405. The rotating ring 403 is provided with internal circumferential teeth, and the rotating ring 403 is in gear transmission connection with the mahjong splitting motor 402. The rotating ring is provided with a magnetic steel 407 and a baffle 404 for positioning and identifying the card receiving box 401, the rack surface is provided with a corresponding magnetic steel detection element 408 and a corresponding baffle detection element 406, the control module controls the card distributing motor to distribute playing cards to each card receiving box at random, and the control module records the number of the playing cards received by each card receiving box and finally completes the random card dealing process.

The poker machine shown in figures 1 and 2 comprises a card feeding device 2, a card turning device 3, a card dealing device 4 and a card lifting device 5 which are arranged on a machine frame table surface 1; a plurality of card receiving boxes 401 in the card dealing device 4 are distributed along the same circumference, the card turning boxes are arranged in a horizontal state and can be turned over by 180 degrees, a card inlet frame 201 of the card inlet device 2 for putting in a stacked poker card, a card outlet mechanism for separating a poker card from a card outlet of the card inlet frame 201 and sending the poker card to a card inlet of the card turning box 308, the card turning box 308 for identifying the poker card and turning the poker card as required and a card dealing mechanism for dealing the poker card from the card turning box 308 to the card receiving boxes 401 are sequentially and linearly arranged on the diameter of the circumference where the plurality of card receiving boxes 401 are distributed, and a plurality of card lifting devices 5 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of card receiving boxes 401. The layout can ensure reliable matching and continuity among the devices, and is compact and reasonable and high in space utilization rate.
The method for arranging the playing cards of the playing card machine comprises the following steps:
step 1), opening a card inlet bin door, putting a pile of playing cards into a card placing bin of a card inlet frame, and closing the card inlet bin door;
step 2), a card outlet mechanism in the card inlet device separates a playing card from a card outlet at the bottom of the card placing bin and sends the playing card to a card turning device; (ii) a
Step 3) the playing cards enter a card turning box of the card turning device, and the card turning device identifies the front and back sides of the playing cards and turns the playing cards according to the requirement;

An automatic poker machine, as shown in figures 1 and 2, includes: a card feeding device 2, a card turning device 3, a card dealing device 4 and a card lifting device 5, which are all arranged on the table surface 1 of the machine frame.
The card feeding device, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, comprises a card feeding frame 201 for placing playing cards, and a card feeding mechanism for conveying the playing cards is arranged at the bottom of the card feeding frame 201. The card feeding frame 201 is provided with a card feeding cabin door 200. The mounting structure of the card inlet door refers to a cover plate device for a card inlet frame of a poker machine, which is disclosed in the patent document with the publication number CN 103157272B. The card feeding mechanism is a plurality of arranged conveying wheels 202, a plurality of openings used for arranging the conveying wheels 202 are formed in the bottom surface of the card feeding frame 201, the parts of the conveying wheels 202 protruding out of the openings form effective conveying surfaces, the conveying wheels 202 are in transmission connection with a card feeding motor 209, the distance between the effective conveying surfaces of the two adjacent conveying wheels 202 is smaller than the width of the playing cards, the distance between the effective conveying surface of the conveying wheel 202 close to the side wall of the card feeding frame 201 and the side wall of the card feeding frame 201 is smaller than the width of the playing cards, and the length and the width of each opening are smaller than the width of the playing cards. A detection element for detecting whether playing cards exist is arranged in the card feeding frame 201. The distance between two adjacent detection elements is smaller than the width of the playing card, and the distance between the detection element close to the side wall of the card feeding frame 201 and the side wall of the card feeding frame 201 is smaller than the width of the playing card. The direction of transport of the playing cards into the frame may be in the width direction of the playing cards, but preferably in the length direction of the playing cards, in this embodiment the card transport mechanism transports the playing cards in the length direction of the playing cards.
The card placing bay 2011 of the card feeding frame 201 is adapted to receive a stack of substantially stacked playing cards. In order to avoid machine failure caused by disordered playing card putting of a player, the length of the playing card putting bin 2011 is larger than the length of the playing card and smaller than twice the length of the playing card, and the width of the playing card putting bin 2011 is larger than the width of the playing card and smaller than twice the width of the playing card; moreover, the side walls around the card feeding frame 201 are provided with corresponding inclined planes or cambered surfaces so that the card placing bin 2011 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and even if the playing cards which are not orderly placed in the card feeding frame can be gradually gathered at the bottom of the card feeding frame. The card outlet of the card inlet frame 201 is arranged on one side of the bottom of the card inlet frame, the card outlet of the card inlet frame 201 is provided with a card outlet mechanism used for sending a few playing cards, and the size of the card outlet is matched with the width of the playing cards (if the playing cards are conveyed along the width direction of the playing cards, the size of the card outlet is matched with the width of the playing cards). The side wall of the large-size playing card bin 2011 close to the card outlet is transited to the small-size card outlet through an inclined surface or an arc surface so as to gradually gather the conveyed playing cards to the card outlet.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the card-out mechanism comprises a card-feeding pressing plate a203, a card-feeding roller a210, a card-feeding pressing plate B204, a card-feeding roller B211, a card-out pressing plate 205, a card-out pressing roller 206 and a card-out roller 207, wherein the card-feeding roller a210, the card-feeding roller B211 and the card-out roller 207 are arranged on the card-feeding frame 201 in parallel and are in transmission connection with a card-sending motor 209 through a gear set 208; the card feeding pressing plate A203 is fixed on the card feeding frame 201, the card feeding pressing plate A203 and the card feeding roller A210 are arranged in a vertically corresponding mode, playing cards pass through the card feeding pressing plate A203 and the card feeding roller A210, a pressing plate convex strip 2031 is arranged at the bottom of the card feeding pressing plate A203, the pressing plate convex strip 2031 and the axis of the card feeding roller A210 are staggered by a horizontal distance d, the pressing plate convex strip 2031 is closer to the card placing bin 2011 than the axis of the card feeding roller A210, the pressing plate convex strip 2031 is lower than the top of the card feeding roller A210, and a gap for the playing cards to pass through is formed between the pressing plate convex strip 2031 and the card feeding roller A210; the card feeding pressing plate B204 is fixed on the card feeding frame 201, the card feeding pressing plate B204 and the card feeding roller B211 are arranged in a vertically corresponding mode, a gap for playing cards to pass through is reserved between the card feeding pressing plate B204 and the card feeding roller B211, a plurality of annular protrusions 2111 are arranged on the card feeding roller B211, grooves A2041 corresponding to the annular protrusions 2111 are formed in the card feeding pressing plate B204, and as shown in the figure 9, the annular protrusions 2111 on the card feeding roller B211 protrude into the corresponding grooves A2041 on the card feeding pressing plate B204; the card-out pressing plate 205 is movably arranged on the card-in frame 201 and gives a downward pressing trend to the card-out pressing plate through an elastic mechanism, the card-out pressing plate 205 is provided with a card-out pressing roller 206, the card-out pressing roller 206 and the card-out pressing roller 207 are correspondingly arranged in a vertical rotating mode and clamp the playing cards between the card-out pressing roller 206 and the card-out pressing roller 207, and therefore the single playing cards are sent out from a card-out opening of the card-in device. The card sending mechanism and the card discharging mechanism share one card sending motor.
In this embodiment, the card-playing pressing plate 205 is hinged to the card-feeding frame 201 through a rotating shaft and gives a downward pressing tendency through a torsion spring (so that the card-playing pressing roller 206 presses on the card-playing roller 207); the card feeding roller B211 is provided with two annular protrusions 2111, and the card feeding pressing plate B204 is provided with two grooves A2041 corresponding to the annular protrusions 2111; the bottom wall of the card feeding frame 201 extends from the card placing bin to the card feeding roller B211, and a space for discharging paper scraps of playing cards is reserved between the card feeding roller B211 and the card discharging roller wheel 207, so that the faults of moving parts or sensors caused by the paper scraps are avoided.
In the prior art, for example, in the card dealing mechanism disclosed in patent documents with publication numbers CN2801230Y and CN203303617U, a card dealing limiting plate is used to limit the card discharging height of the card discharging port of the card dealing chamber, or the card discharging height of the card discharging port of the card dealing chamber is limited by setting the upper and lower roller gaps of the upper and lower rollers, and the number of playing cards passing through the card discharging port of the card dealing chamber is limited by such a structure.
In order to solve the technical problem, the gap between the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 and the card feeding pressing plate a203 of the invention limits that only a few playing cards (at most three playing cards in the embodiment) enter, and the front-back dislocation and the top-bottom overlapping design of the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 and the card feeding pressing plate a203 (the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 and the axis of the card feeding roller a210 are staggered by a horizontal distance d, the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 is closer to the card placing cabin 2011 than the axis of the card feeding roller a210, and the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 is lower than the top of the card feeding roller a 210) are adopted, so that when the gap between the pressing plate protruding strip 2031 and the card feeding roller a210 enters a plurality of playing cards, the entering end of the playing cards can be tilted to shift the upper and lower playing cards so as to avoid the upper and lower playing cards from being electrostatically bonded and unable to be separated, because the pressing contact area of the pressing plate protruding strip is stationary and the upper playing cards is smaller, the static friction force between the upper and lower playing cards are temporarily separated, the playing cards are far larger than the playing cards below the playing cards are temporarily transported by the playing card feeding roller a transport power roller a. Although the card-holding strip 2031 and the card-feeding roller A210 already separate two overlapped playing cards, the situation that the two playing cards enter between the card-feeding pressing plate B204 and the card-feeding roller B211 successively is still inevitable, the invention prevents the upper and the lower playing cards from being deformed due to the matching of the concave-convex staggered structures on the card-feeding pressing plate B204 and the card-feeding roller B211, and the static friction force between the card-feeding pressing plate B and the playing cards above is far larger than the friction force between the upper and the lower playing cards because the card-feeding pressing plate B is static and the concave-convex structure of the card-feeding pressing plate B has smaller pressure contact area with the playing cards above, and the conveying power of the playing cards comes from the card-feeding roller B and is applied to the playing cards below, so the playing cards below are conveyed to move forwards continuously, the playing cards above are temporarily detained, and only the playing cards below are fed out from the space between the card-feeding roller B204 and the card-feeding roller B211; the delivered playing cards are clamped by the card-delivering press roller 206 and the card-delivering roller 207 and delivered to the card-flipping device.
In other embodiments of the card-playing mechanism of the present invention, the upper and lower positions of the card-feeding pressing plate a203 and the card-feeding roller a210 may be interchanged, the upper and lower positions of the card-feeding pressing plate B204 and the card-feeding roller B211 may be interchanged, the upper and lower positions of the card-playing pressing plate 205 and the card-playing pressing roller 206 and the card-playing roller 207 may be interchanged, and the concave-convex structures of the card-feeding roller B211 and the card-feeding pressing plate B204 may be interchanged or deformed to achieve effective separation of the plurality of playing cards, which is one of the specific embodiments to which the above-mentioned playing card separation principle of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the card turning seat 301 is provided with a dealing mechanism outside a card outlet of the card turning box 308, the dealing mechanism comprises a dealing support 313 installed outside the card outlet of the card turning box 308, one end of the dealing support 313 is fixed on the card turning seat 301, a dealing pressure plate 306 is installed on the dealing support 313, one end of the dealing pressure plate 306 is hinged with the dealing support 313, a card pressing member 305 is installed at the other end of the dealing pressure plate 306, a channel for playing cards to pass through is formed between the dealing support 313 and the dealing pressure plate 306, a dealing roller 304 which is vertically arranged corresponding to the card pressing member 305 is installed on the card turning seat 301 or the dealing support 303 and is in transmission connection with a dealing motor, and the dealing pressure plate 306 gives the card pressing member 305 a tendency to approach the dealing roller 304 through an elastic mechanism. Although two playing cards overlapped up and down are separated in the card feeding device, there is a possibility that two playing cards enter the card turning box at the same time under the condition of extremely small probability, therefore, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing member 305 are correspondingly arranged up and down and a gap for the playing cards to pass through is left between the two, a plurality of annular grooves 3043 are arranged on the card dealing roller 304, a projection 3053 corresponding to the annular groove 3043 is arranged on the card pressing member 305, and as shown in fig. 14, the projection 3053 on the card pressing member 305 protrudes into the annular groove 3043 on the card dealing roller 304. The card pressing member 305 is fixed on the card dealing pressing plate 306, or is integrally formed with the card dealing pressing plate 306, or is mounted on the card dealing pressing plate in a manner of great rotational resistance, so that the card pressing member 305 cannot rotate synchronously with the card dealing roller 304. Thus, the card delivery roller 304 and the concave-convex structure on the card pressing piece 305 are matched to enable the upper and lower playing cards to deform, so that the problem that the upper and lower playing cards cannot be separated due to electrostatic adhesion is avoided, the card pressing piece 305 cannot synchronously rotate with the card delivery roller 304, the pressing contact area between the concave-convex structure and the playing cards is small, the static friction force between the card pressing piece and the playing cards is far larger than the friction force between the upper and lower playing cards, the conveying power of the playing cards comes from the card delivery roller, the playing cards in contact with the card delivery roller are conveyed to continuously move forwards, the playing cards in contact with the card pressing piece are temporarily detained, and only one playing card is sent out from between the card delivery roller 304 and the card pressing piece 305.
In this embodiment, the card pressing member 305 is a roller fixed on the card dealing pressing plate, and the protrusions 3053 are annularly arranged on the circumferential surface of the roller, so that the processing and manufacturing are convenient, and the paper scraps can be discharged along two sides of the annular protrusion conveniently. In another embodiment, the card pressing piece and the card dealing pressing plate can be integrally formed, and a corresponding concave-convex structure is arranged at the position of the card pressing piece corresponding to the card dealing roller. In other embodiments of the invention, the dealing rack may be integrally formed with the card-turning seat.
In order to avoid the playing card damage and machine failure caused by the fact that the card pressing member presses the card dealing roller with great pressure, a card pressing limiting mechanism for limiting the moving range of the card pressing member is arranged, the card pressing limiting mechanism can be a waist-shaped hole structure or an upper and lower limiting stop structure arranged on the card turning seat or the card dealing support, and two ends of the card pressing member are limited by the waist-shaped hole structure or the upper and lower limiting stop structure. The acting force exerted on the card pressing piece by the elastic mechanism can be larger so as to more accurately control the gap between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller, and in order to avoid the situation that the card pressing piece excessively retreats when a plurality of playing cards are squeezed between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller, a limiting rod 314 for limiting the retreat of the card pressing piece 305 or the dealing pressing plate 306 is arranged on the card turning seat or the dealing support and is used for limiting the maximum gap between the card pressing piece and the dealing roller.
The card-turning seat 301 is provided with a card-dealing cover 3011 outside the card-dealing mechanism, the card-dealing cover 3011 limits the flight range of the playing cards sent from the card-dealing mechanism so as to avoid the situation that the playing cards cannot fall into the card-receiving box, and the card-dealing cover 3011 is provided with a detecting element 3012 for detecting whether the playing cards are sent out.
In the operation process of the poker machine and the game process of a player, a large amount of static electricity is generated, the static electricity is a reason that the upper and lower poker cards cannot be separated and processed due to large adhesive force, meanwhile, the static electricity can cause parts such as a sensor to be polluted and invalid, and in the process that the poker cards are sent out from the card dealing mechanism and fly, the poker cards with the static electricity tend to drift due to electric field force and cannot fall into the card receiving box, therefore, in the embodiment, the card pressing piece 305 is preferably made of a conductive metal material, and the card pressing piece 305 is grounded to eliminate the static electricity on the poker cards.
The card dealing device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a card dealing mechanism installed outside a card outlet of a card turning box 308, and a plurality of card receiving boxes 401 for receiving playing cards dealt by the card dealing mechanism are distributed along the same circumference and move along the circumference. The dealing mechanism is located in the rotation circumference of the card receiving box 401, and the card outlet direction of the dealing mechanism is consistent with the radial direction of the rotation circumference of the card receiving box 401. The card receiving boxes 401 are fixed on a rotating ring 403, and the rotating ring 403 is in transmission connection with a card distributing motor 402.
Three positioning wheels 405 are arranged on the table top 1 of the rack along the same circumference, and the rotating ring 403 is suspended in the middle of the three positioning wheels 405 and is in rolling friction contact with the three positioning wheels 405. The rotating ring 403 is provided with internal circumferential teeth, and the rotating ring 403 is in gear transmission connection with the mahjong splitting motor 402. The rotating ring is provided with magnetic steel 407 and a baffle 404 for positioning and identifying the card receiving box 401, the rack surface is provided with a corresponding magnetic steel detection element 408 and a corresponding baffle detection element 406, the control module controls the card distributing motor to distribute playing cards to each card receiving box at random, and the control module records the number of the cards received by each card receiving box to finally complete the random card dealing process.

The poker machine shown in figures 1 and 2 comprises a card feeding device 2, a card turning device 3, a card dealing device 4 and a card lifting device 5 which are arranged on a machine frame table board 1; a plurality of card receiving boxes 401 in the card dealing device 4 are distributed along the same circumference, the card turning boxes are arranged in a horizontal state and can be turned over by 180 degrees, a card inlet frame 201 of the card inlet device 2 for putting in a stacked poker card, a card outlet mechanism for separating a poker card from a card outlet of the card inlet frame 201 and sending the poker card to a card inlet of the card turning box 308, the card turning box 308 for identifying the poker card and turning the poker card as required and a card dealing mechanism for dealing the poker card from the card turning box 308 to the card receiving boxes 401 are sequentially and linearly arranged on the diameter of the circumference where the plurality of card receiving boxes 401 are distributed, and a plurality of card lifting devices 5 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of card receiving boxes 401. The layout can ensure reliable matching and continuity among the devices, and is compact and reasonable and high in space utilization rate.
The method for arranging the playing cards of the playing card machine comprises the following steps:
