本发明公开了一种施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,包括呈弧形且具有磁性的导针,所述导针上设有用于连接植入体的植入体连接部;本发明的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,将导针设计成具有磁性,手术时导针进入眼内,在眼外使用另一与导针以磁性相吸引的外导件对导针的运动进行引导即可,导针的运动带动植入体运动以完成施莱姆氏管成形术;本发明结构简单、使用方便,无需使用医用光纤也能方便植入体的引导定位,大大降低手术成本,降低患者的负担,提高施莱姆氏管成形术的临床使用前途。

施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器。
背景技术
青光眼是一种视觉神经病(视神经疾病),它通常为眼内房水引流不畅,产生眼内压力升高。眼睛内的压力升高,使视神经损伤,视野范围缩小;当患者存在持续的高眼压时,可导致患者失明;施莱姆氏管(Schlemm’scanal)成形术是一种降低青光眼患者眼压的新的手术方式之一,它利用人眼房水引流系统安全地治疗眼压升高;更具体地讲,施莱姆氏管成形术是利用一根植入体(如微导管或者医用线)放置在施莱姆氏管,扩大排水渠道,减轻眼内压,利用眼的常规排水系统安全地治疗青光眼患者的眼压升高;已经发表的研究显示该手术长期疗效和安全性均佳,是一种对开角型青光眼患者有效的手术方法,尤其对那些有感染或出血高风险和小梁切除术有并发症的患者;但是,放置植入体需要使用到专用的包括医用光纤在内的引导器,该引导器价格昂贵,导致手术成本极高,增加了患者的负担,从而限制了该手术的临床使用前途。
因此,就需要一种施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其结构简单、使用方便,无需使用医用光纤也能方便植入体的引导定位,大大降低手术成本,降低患者的负担,提高施莱姆氏管成形术的临床使用前途。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其结构简单、使用方便,无需使用医用光纤也能方便植入体的引导定位,大大降低手术成本,降低患者的负担,提高施莱姆氏管成形术的临床使用前途;
本发明的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,包括呈弧形且具有磁性的导针,所述导针上设有用于连接植入体的植入体连接部。
进一步,所述导针的弧度与人体角膜缘弧度相适应。
进一步,所述导针的外径为200μm-300μm。
进一步,所述植入体连接部为设在导针上的通孔。
进一步,所述导针的头部呈子弹头形。
进一步,该引导器还包括一与所述导针以磁性相吸引的外导件。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,将导针设计成具有磁性,手术时导针进入眼内,在眼外使用另一与导针以磁性相吸引的外导件对导针的运动进行引导即可,导针的运动带动植入体运动以完成施莱姆氏管成形术;本发明结构简单、使用方便,无需使用医用光纤也能方便植入体的引导定位,大大降低手术成本,降低患者的负担,提高施莱姆氏管成形术的临床使用前途。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的结构示意图,如图所示:本实施例的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,包括呈弧形且具有磁性的导针1,所述导针1上设有用于连接植入体的植入体连接部2;导针1的弧度与人体角膜缘弧度相适应,使导针1能环绕手术部位运动;导针1可使用具有磁性的金属材料或者非金属材料制成;为实现引导作用,该引导器还包括一与所述导针1以磁性相吸引的外导件(图中未示出),外导件的形状不限,只要能与导针1之间以磁性相吸即可;植入体可以为现有的用于施莱姆氏管成形术微导管或者医用线;导针1的外径可为200μm-300μm,与常用的医用光纤大小相近;植入体连接部2优选为设在导针1上的通孔,可通过激光打孔成型;所述导针1的头部11呈子弹头形,子弹头形即截面为半椭圆形,该结构与施莱姆氏管的组织相适应,减少推进的阻力,便于推进;将导针1设计成具有磁性,手术时导针1进入眼内,在眼外使用另一与导针1以磁性相吸引的外导件对导针1的运动进行引导即可,导针1的运动带动植入体运动以完成施莱姆氏管成形术;本发明结构简单、使用方便,无需使用医用光纤也能方便植入体的引导定位,大大降低手术成本,降低患者的负担,提高施莱姆氏管成形术的临床使用前途。

1.一种施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:包括呈弧形且具有磁性的导针,所述导针上设有用于连接植入体的植入体连接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:所述导针的弧度与人体角膜缘弧度相适应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:所述导针的外径为200μm-300μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:所述植入体连接部为设在导针上的通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:所述导针的头部呈子弹头形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管成形术用引导器,其特征在于:该引导器还包括一与所述导针以磁性相吸引的外导件。
