Abstract

本发明公开了一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,包括:手柄、钳头和支撑脚,手柄、钳头、支撑脚均有一对;所述钳头固定在手柄前端,手柄上靠近钳头的位置设有铰接孔,两个手柄通过铰接孔连接在一起,两个钳头相对应的一侧设有刃口;所述钳头的一面为平面设置,每个钳头呈平面设置的一面上均垂直固定有一个所述支撑脚。通过上述方式,本发明能够用于手足骨断端咬除矫形,为术者在咬骨过程中更加轻松方便使力咬骨以及对骨断端平面校准,增加术中术者及助手操作稳定性,使骨断端平面更加准确对合。

Description

一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳
技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械领域,特别是涉及用于手足骨断端咬除矫形的一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳。
背景技术
现在手足外科在骨折断端处理过程中使用咬骨钳时常使操作手悬空,没有固定支点便于咬骨过程中发力,常使术者操作手疲劳,同时咬除骨断端多余骨质后常出现骨断端平面不能与该骨冠状面平行,影响骨断端对位,故常需不断继续咬骨调整骨断端平面,增加操作难度,延长了手术时间。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,在对骨断端咬除多余骨质过程中,本发明能给咬骨钳提供一个支点,运用杠杆原理使术者在咬骨时更加省力,同时在骨断端咬除矫形后可校准测量骨断端平面是否与该骨冠状面平行,使手术操作更加简便容易,缩短手术时间,使骨断端对合更加准确。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,包括:手柄、钳头和支撑脚,手柄、钳头、支撑脚均有一对;所述钳头固定在手柄前端,手柄上靠近钳头的位置设有铰接孔,两个手柄通过铰接孔连接在一起,两个钳头相对应的一侧设有刃口;所述钳头的一面为平面设置,每个钳头呈平面设置的一面上均垂直固定有一个所述支撑脚。
优选的,所述支撑脚为圆柱形,两个支撑脚对称设置。
优选的,两个所述手柄后端的内侧设有将两个手柄撑开的弹簧片。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够用于手足骨断端咬除矫形,为术者在咬骨过程中更加轻松方便使力咬骨以及对骨断端平面校准,增加术中术者及助手操作稳定性,使骨断端平面更加准确对合。

一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,包括:手柄1、钳头2和支撑脚3,手柄1、钳头2、支撑脚3均有一对;所述钳头2固定在手柄1前端,两个手柄1后端的内侧设有将两个手柄1撑开的弹簧片4,手柄1上靠近钳头2的位置设有铰接孔,两个手柄1通过铰接孔连接在一起,两个钳头2相对应的一侧设有刃口;所述钳头2的一面为平面设置,每个钳头2呈平面设置的一面上均垂直固定有一个所述支撑脚3,所述支撑脚3为圆柱形,两个支撑脚3对称设置。见图2,在咬除骨断端骨质时支撑脚3适当支撑于骨干侧面,在钳头2咬除骨质后可省力且便于撬除咬下的骨质。见图3所示,在咬除矫形好骨断端后,钳头2合拢后水平贴于骨断端面,观察支撑脚3是否与水平面垂直,如垂直说明骨断端平面与该骨冠状面平行,否则不平行,需继续咬除校准。通过以上操作,使术者手术操作更加简便容易,缩短手术时间,同时更加准确的将骨断端贴合对位。
本发明在对骨断端咬除多余骨质过程中,能给咬骨钳提供一个支点,运用杠杆原理使术者在咬骨时更加省力,同时在骨断端咬除矫形后可校准测量骨断端平面是否与该骨冠状面平行,使手术操作更加简便容易,缩短手术时间,使骨断端对合更加准确。

1.一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,其特征在于,包括:手柄、钳头和支撑脚,手柄、钳头、支撑脚均有一对;所述钳头固定在手柄前端,手柄上靠近钳头的位置设有铰接孔,两个手柄通过铰接孔连接在一起,两个钳头相对应的一侧设有刃口;所述钳头的一面为平面设置,每个钳头呈平面设置的一面上均垂直固定有一个所述支撑脚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带辅助固定及校准的咬骨钳,其特征在于:所述支撑脚为圆柱形,两个支撑脚对称设置。
