背景技术
扶桑绵粉蚧,属同翅目、粉蚧科、绵粉蚧属。该虫原产北美,1991年在美国发现危害棉花,随后在墨西哥、智利、阿根廷和巴西相继有报导发现。2005年印度和巴基斯坦有发现,对当地棉花生产造成了严重危害。近年来在我国广东等省局部地区发现有该生物为害棉花和蔬菜。扶桑绵粉蚧具有很强的繁殖能力,单头雌性成虫产卵量为200-862粒, 平均产卵458粒。雌虫产卵前期的发育历期为13-18.5天,平均15天;产卵历期8-26.5天,平均18天。
据资料记载,扶桑绵粉蚧的寄主植物很多,已知的有57科149属207种;其中以锦葵科、茄科、菊科、豆科为主。扶桑绵粉蚧是多食性昆虫,其生活周期为23-30天,成虫体粉红色,表面覆盖白色蜡状分泌物。生殖力强,雌成虫可产500-600粒卵,每年可发生10-15代。在棉田,棉花植株是棉花粉蚧的最佳寄主,棉花的整个生长期都有粉蚧危害,且世代重叠,各虫态并存,棉花收获离田后,粉蚧转移到田间其它寄主上活动。棉花粉蚧通过空气气流进行短距离扩散,也可借助水、床土、人类、家畜和野生动物扩散,粉蚧以低龄若虫或卵在土中、作物根、茎秆、树皮缝隙中、杂草上越冬。
现在市面上针对扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂的种类较少,杀虫效果不明显并且价格昂贵,不能很好的消灭扶桑绵粉蚧。

本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的对扶桑绵粉蚧消除效果较差的不足,提供一种消灭扶桑绵粉蚧效果好的防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂。
一种防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,特殊之处在于由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯21-27份,甲基乙烯基甲酮11-15份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚3-7份,甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷18-24份,E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸6-8份,2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯33-39份,4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮13-17份,19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇42-46份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯26-32份。
优选地,采用以下重量份配比的原料制备的防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂具有更好的杀虫效果:6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯24份,甲基乙烯基甲酮11份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚7份,甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷21份,E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸6份,2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯39份,4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮15份,19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇42份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯32份。
进一步,为了获得杀虫效果更好的防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,所述防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂还包括以下重量份配比的原料:4-甲基伞花基-beta-D-葡糖苷酸38-44份,间甲氧基苯乙酮6-10份,(Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-羟基乙烯基)-7-氧代-4-氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷-2-甲酸钾盐14-18份。
优选地,防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,其原料重量份配比为:4-甲基伞花基-beta-D-葡糖苷酸41份,间甲氧基苯乙酮6份,(Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-羟基乙烯基)-7-氧代-4-氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷-2-甲酸钾盐18份。
本发明的制备方法:在反应锅中按比例加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯、甲基乙烯基甲酮、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚、甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷,继续搅拌至分散均匀,然后加热至50-60℃;再加入E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸、2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯、4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮,搅拌使之溶解后,降温至30℃以下;再加入19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇、2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯,搅拌均匀,获得成品。
该防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,对扶桑绵粉蚧消除效果较好,制备方法简单,加工制造便利,价格相对便宜,有效地降低了扶桑绵粉蚧对农作物的危害,适于在防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂领域中推广应用。

实施例6
称量以下重量份配比的原料:6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯24g,甲基乙烯基甲酮11g,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚7g,甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷21g,E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸6g,2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯39g,4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮15g,19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇42g,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯32g,4-甲基伞花基-beta-D-葡糖苷酸44g,间甲氧基苯乙酮8g,(Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-羟基乙烯基)-7-氧代-4-氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷-2-甲酸钾盐14g。
本实施例防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂的制备方法同实施例4。
用实施例1-6所得成品进行扶桑绵粉蚧室内毒杀效果测试。
1.供试虫源:供试扶桑绵粉蚧采自受扶桑绵粉蚧为害的棉花种植园中,采集种群为5龄幼虫,在室内用棉花叶片饲养至化蛹,饲养条件为温度(28±1)℃,相对湿度75%-85%,光照条件为L:D=12:12h。待蛹羽化后将成虫放入养虫瓶内,成虫喂以10%蜂蜜水,放入棉花叶片供其产卵。孵化后的幼虫饲养至3龄,挑选大小一致,健康的3龄幼虫进行毒力测定。
2.供试药剂:实施例1-6防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂。
3.试验方法:
采用浸叶法测定各实施例对扶桑绵粉蚧的室内毒力。取新鲜健康的棉花叶片,在待测杀虫剂中浸泡10s后取出自然晾干,后将叶片放入培养皿中并接入试虫50头,用保鲜膜包裹培养皿以防幼虫逃逸。最后将培养皿放入温度:(28±1)℃,相对湿度:75%-85%,光周期:L:D=12:12h条件的恒温气候箱中,分别于24、48、72h后统计死亡虫数。
4.死亡判断标准:以毛笔轻触幼虫不再蠕动视为死亡。
5.统计方法:根据试验所得原始数据,计算各处理的死亡率,公式如下:
死亡率=(死亡虫数/总虫数)×100%
表1:实施例1-6杀虫剂对扶桑绵粉蚧的死亡率
由上表对比可知,本发明防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,对扶桑绵粉蚧均具有致死作用。其中实施例1-6在72h后对扶桑绵粉蚧的死亡率均达到94%以上,尤其实施例5在48h后对扶桑绵粉蚧的死亡率即可达到100%,不仅死亡率高且杀灭迅速耗时短,对扶桑绵粉蚧的杀伤效果明显。
本发明防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂为低毒、低残留的药剂,对人类和植物没有毒害,环境污染少。
Claims (4)
1.一种防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,其特征在于由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯21-27份,甲基乙烯基甲酮11-15份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚3-7份,甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷18-24份,E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸6-8份,2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯33-39份,4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮13-17份,19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇42-46份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯26-32份。
2.如权利要求1所述防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,其特征在于原料重量份配比为:6-甲基-17alpha-羟基孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮醋酸酯24份,甲基乙烯基甲酮11份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚7份,甲基丙烯酸酯含氢聚硅氧烷21份,E-4-甲基-6-(1,3-二氢-7-甲基-4-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-氧代-5-异苯并呋喃基)-4-己烯酸6份,2-丁氧-1-甲基-2-氧代乙醇丁酸酯39份,4-雄烯-6a,17b-二醇-3-酮15份,19-去甲基-4-雄烯二醇42份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯32份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,其特征在于还包括以下重量份配比的原料:4-甲基伞花基-beta-D-葡糖苷酸38-44份,间甲氧基苯乙酮6-10份,(Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-羟基乙烯基)-7-氧代-4-氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷-2-甲酸钾盐14-18份。
4.如权利要求3所述防治扶桑绵粉蚧用杀虫剂,其特征在于原料重量份配比为:4-甲基伞花基-beta-D-葡糖苷酸41份,间甲氧基苯乙酮6份,(Z)-(2R,5R)-3-(2-羟基乙烯基)-7-氧代-4-氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.2.0]庚烷-2-甲酸钾盐18份。
