The mobile phone and the method for controlling VR glasses operation based on eyeball tracking set the corresponding relation between the eyeball watching direction of a user and the corresponding operation of VR glasses, capture the face image of the user through the capture unit and output the face image to the eyeball tracking unit, so that the eyeball tracking unit obtains the watching direction of the eyeball of the user according to the received image, and the control unit outputs a control signal through the judgment unit to control the VR glasses to perform the corresponding operation, thereby realizing the operation of controlling the VR glasses by tracking the eyeball and improving the user experience.
