技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示屏驱动器、显示屏及移动终端。
背景技术
近几年智能手机发展迅速,随着功能越来越强大,功耗也越来越大。显示屏功耗占手机功耗的大部分。现有的一种省电方式是在显示屏驱动器内设置集成锁存器,动态图像数据由手机应用处理器的发送到显示屏驱动器,驱动器中数据接收器把接收到的数据转换成RGB信号存储在集成锁存器中并作实时显示。其中,为了节省手机功耗,现有技术中将单点式随机存储器集成到驱动器中,尽量降低手机功耗,但是显示屏驱动器在显示单一画面时,所述数据锁存器提取的数据仍经过随机存储器后续的一些图像模块,如色彩增强,动态背光控制等,此过程中仍要消耗部分电量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减小显示屏耗电量的显示屏驱动器及显示屏。

本申请提供一种显示屏驱动器,用于处理及执行终端处理器传送的图像数据及指令,所述驱动器包括数据接收器、一比特位宽存储器、图像处理模块、图像数据锁存器、数模转换模块、伽马校正模块、电压模块、脉冲宽度调制模块及图像模拟数据输出模块;
所述数据接收器接收所述处理器发送的图像数据及与图像数据内容匹配的指令;
所述一比特位宽存储器接收所述数据接收器接发送图像数据;
所述图像处理模块用于处理一比特位宽存储器传送的图像数据;

本发明所述的显示屏驱动器本发明所述的显示器驱动器采用协议接口的数据接收器,通过设置控制模块检测一比特位宽存储器而控制图像处理器及电压伽马校正模块关闭,当数据接收器接受的是单一色彩的画面数据,如具有0灰阶或者255灰阶的图像,控制模块关闭图像处理器及电压伽马校正模块,相较于现有技术的任何图像都要经过图像处理模块而言,本申请从可以直接存储至图像数据锁存器内,避免启动图像处理模块及伽马校正模块而损耗电量,节省终端的电量。

本实施例中,所述驱动器10包括数据接收器11、一比特位宽存储器12、图像处理模块13、图像数据锁存器14、数模转换模块15、伽马校正模块16、电压模块17、脉冲宽度调制模块17及图像模拟数据输出模块18。
所述数据接收器11接收所述处理器21发送的图像数据及与图像数据内容匹配的指令。所述数据图像包括彩色画面数据和单色画面数据,相应匹配的指令配合括彩色画面数据或单色画面数据来控制后续其他模块的相应执行。
所述一比特位宽存储器12接收所述数据接收器11接发送图像数据。
所述图像处理模块13用于处理一比特位宽存储器12传送的图像数据。

本实施例中,所述图像处理模块13包括色彩增强模块及动态背光调节模块,所述色彩增强模块增强所述数据接收器传送的图像数据的色域,所述动态背光调节模块调节经所述色彩增强模块处理的图像数据的灰度并产生相应的背光调节信号。还可以包括白平衡调节模块,图像数据锐度增强模块等,图中未示。
其中,所述显示屏驱动器10包括脉冲宽度调制模块23,所述脉冲宽度调制模块23调节所述图像处理模块13产生背光调节信号。
其中,所述显示屏还包括薄膜晶体管开关器件,所述图像模拟数据输出模块用于连接所述薄膜晶体管开关器件的源极。所述处理器传送的为串行的图像数据通过转换后形成并行的图像数据,所述图像数据为视频数据。

Claims (10)
1.一种显示屏驱动器,用于处理及执行终端处理器传送的图像数据及指令,所述驱动器包括数据接收器、一比特位宽存储器、图像处理模块、图像数据锁存器、数模转换模块、伽马校正模块、电压模块、脉冲宽度调制模块及图像模拟数据输出模块;
所述数据接收器接收所述处理器发送的图像数据及与图像数据内容匹配的指令;
所述一比特位宽存储器接收所述数据接收器接发送图像数据;
所述图像处理模块用于处理一比特位宽存储器传送的图像数据;
所述图像数据锁存器存储所述图像处理模块处理后的图像数据或者所述数据接收器发送图像数据;
所述数模转换模块接收所述图像数据锁存器传递的图像数据并将其转换成模拟信号;
所述伽马校正模块用于校正所述图像数据锁存器输出的数据信号电压值并传递给所述数据转换器,同时所述电压模块为所述伽马校正模块提供参考电压;
其特征在于,所述显示屏驱动器还包括控制模块,所述控制模块由所述处理器发送的与图像数据内容匹配的指令启动以侦测所述一比特位宽存储器是否开启,并且当所述处理器启动所述一比特位宽存储器开启,所述控制模块关闭所述图像处理模块及伽马校正模块,所述电压模块根据一比特位宽存储器给所述图像数据锁存器的数据为所述数模转换模块提供相应的灰阶电压;
所述图像模拟数据输出模块用于接收并输出模拟信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述处理器发送指令用于启动或关闭所述一比特位宽存储器,并且启动所述控制模块进行检测,当所述控制模块检测到所述一比特位宽存储器关闭时,所述控制模块不工作。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述处理器发送的图像数据包括0灰阶值和255灰阶值,所述指令匹配0灰阶值和255灰阶值以使启动所述一比特位宽存储器。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述图像处理模块包括色彩增强模块及动态背光调节模块,所述色彩增强模块增强所述数据接收器传送的图像数据的色域,所述动态背光调节模块调节经所述色彩增强模块处理的图像数据的灰度并产生相应的背光调节信号。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述显示屏驱动器包括脉冲宽度调制模块,所述脉冲宽度调制模块调节所述图像处理模块产生背光调节信号。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述数模转换模块包括电压选择开关,用于匹配0灰阶值或255灰阶值时的灰阶电压。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述显示屏驱动器还包括电平转换模块,用于提高所述图像数据锁存器输出的图像数据的电压值。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示屏驱动器,其特征在于,所述数据接收器具有MIPI接口。
9.一种显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示屏包括显示面板及权利要求1-8任一项所述的显示屏驱动器;所述显示屏驱动器与显示面板电连接。
10.一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括权利要求9所述的显示屏及主板,所述主板设有处理器,处理器连接所述显示屏驱动器用以驱动显示屏。
