Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Along with the continuous development of electronic technology, the types of intelligent devices are more and more diversified, and the types of the intelligent devices which are gradually popularized are becoming more and more profound, so that the lives of people are changed.
At present, most intelligent devices can access to a server through communication modes such as Bluetooth, wireless and Zigbee protocols, perform information interaction with a mobile terminal through the server, and also can directly perform information interaction with the mobile terminal through the communication modes. The function enables a user to remotely check the working states of various intelligent devices through the mobile terminal, and meanwhile, the intelligent devices can actively push notification messages to the user through the server, the mobile terminal or the intelligent devices to remind the user. For example, the user a is using the intelligent eye protection lamp, and the intelligent eye protection lamp sends a notification message to the mobile phone of the user a when the user a uses the intelligent eye protection lamp for a certain time, so as to remind the user a to take a rest. However, if the user a shares the intelligent eye-protecting lamp with the user B, when the intelligent eye-protecting lamp sends the notification message, the notification message is sent to the user a and the user B at the same time, and the user B may not use the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, under such a condition, the notification message does not play a role in reminding the user B, but causes interference to the user B, and the redundant transmission of the server is increased, which wastes network resources. Is a problem to be solved.
The scheme disclosed by the disclosure can be executed by a server, a mobile terminal or an intelligent home device, after a notification message is generated, a first target device (such as the mobile terminal) with the minimum distance to the intelligent home device is obtained, and the first target device is controlled to output the notification message. According to the scheme, after the notification message is generated, only the first target device with the minimum distance to the intelligent household equipment is controlled to output, so that the notification message is only used for notifying the user near the intelligent household equipment, the disturbance to other users bound with the intelligent household equipment but not near the intelligent household equipment is avoided, the effectiveness of the notification message is ensured, the redundant transmission is reduced, and the network resource is saved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of transmitting a notification message according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented by an intelligent device, as shown in fig. 1, and which may be implemented as the following steps S11-S13:
in step S11, a notification message for the target home device is generated;
in step S12, a first target device with a minimum distance from the target home device is obtained;
in step S13, the first target apparatus is controlled to output the notification message.
For example, the device implementing the embodiment is an intelligent eye protection lamp, and when the opening duration of the intelligent eye protection lamp reaches a preset value, a notification message is generated, where the notification message is used to remind the user to take a rest. Because when the user study under intelligent eye-protecting lamp, during activities such as work, probably put the cell-phone beside, perhaps dress wearable equipment such as intelligent bracelet, therefore, after the formation notice message, this intelligence eye-protecting lamp acquires the first target device that is minimum with self distance, this first target device can be the cell-phone or the intelligent wearing equipment that the user that is studying under this intelligence eye-protecting lamp, activities such as work carried, control this first target device output notice message, this in-process, can acquire the cell-phone or the equipment sign of intelligent wearing equipment that this user carried, according to this equipment sign control this cell-phone or change this notice message of intelligent wearing equipment output.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent eye-protecting lamp sends the notification message, the target devices around the intelligent eye-protecting lamp are simultaneously acquired, so that only the notification message is sent to the target devices around the intelligent device, and the notification message is not sent to all devices capable of receiving the notification message, thereby avoiding disturbing users who do not perform activities such as learning and working under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, reducing redundant transmission, saving network resources, and reducing interference to users who do not need to receive the notification message.
In addition, the target household equipment of this embodiment includes but not limited to the intelligent eye protection lamp, and can also be various intelligent devices that can access to the server through communication methods such as bluetooth, wireless, zigbee protocols, etc. such as intelligent television, intelligent eye protection instrument, health detector, and carry out information interaction with the mobile terminal through the server.
For another example, the device executing the embodiment is a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal and the intelligent eye-protecting lamp are bound in advance, when the mobile terminal detects that the opening duration of the intelligent eye-protecting lamp reaches a preset value, a notification message is generated, a first target device with the minimum distance to the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is obtained, the first target device may be a mobile phone or an intelligent wearable device carried by a user who is doing activities such as learning and working under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, and the mobile terminal controls the mobile phone or the intelligent wearable device carried by the user.
For another example, the device executing the embodiment is a server, the server records a device identifier of the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, detects the use condition of the intelligent eye-protecting lamp according to the device identifier, generates a notification message when the opening duration of the intelligent eye-protecting lamp reaches a preset value, and detects and acquires the target device with the minimum distance from the intelligent eye-protecting lamp to control the target device to output the notification message.
In this embodiment, when the device near the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is a mobile terminal carried by a user, the mobile terminal is used as a detection basis for detecting whether a person is under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp or not, and is also used as a device for outputting a notification message, so that two functions are simultaneously realized through the same mobile terminal, and the cost is saved.
Secondly, when the device executing the embodiment is a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is not only a device for generating the notification message, but also a device for detecting whether a person is under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp or not, and also a device for outputting the notification message, so that three functions are simultaneously realized through the same mobile terminal, and the cost is further saved.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the mobile terminal is used as a device in a preset range and also used as a mobile terminal with the authority of receiving the notification message, so that the mobile terminal can simultaneously realize two different functions without other devices, and the cost is saved.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: after the notification message for the target household equipment is generated, only the target equipment with the minimum distance to the target household equipment is controlled to output the notification message, so that the interference to a user who does not need to receive the notification message is avoided, the redundant transmission is reduced, and the network resource is saved.
In one embodiment, the step S11 can be implemented as the following steps:
and when the continuous operation time of the target household equipment is greater than or equal to the preset time, generating a notification message, wherein the notification message indicates that the user takes a break.
In this embodiment, a continuous operation time threshold of the target household device may be preset, and the continuous operation time threshold may be adjusted according to different requirements, for example, the continuous operation time threshold is adjusted to 30 minutes, and when the continuous operation time of the target household device is 30 minutes or more than 30 minutes, a notification message is generated, so as to instruct the user to take a break.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the continuous operation time of the target household equipment is used as a trigger condition for generating the notification message, so that the function of reminding the user of taking a rest is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the above step S12 can be implemented as the following steps S21-S22:
in step S21, candidate devices located within a predetermined area are acquired;
in step S22, a first target device closest to the target home device and having the authority to receive the notification message is acquired from the candidate devices.
For example, when the target home device is an intelligent eye protection lamp, and the device executing the above scheme is the intelligent eye protection lamp itself, the intelligent eye protection lamp obtains a candidate device located in a predetermined area, where the predetermined area may be a predetermined area with the intelligent eye protection lamp as a center, a predetermined area in front of the intelligent eye protection lamp, or an area that the intelligent eye protection lamp can irradiate. And acquiring a first target device which is closest to the intelligent eye protection lamp and has the permission of receiving the notification message from the acquired candidate devices.
When the target household equipment is an intelligent eye protection lamp and the equipment executing the scheme is a server, the server acquires candidate equipment located in a preset area, wherein the preset area can be a preset area with the intelligent eye protection lamp as a center. The equipment with the permission of receiving the notification message is the equipment bound with the intelligent eye-protecting lamp in advance.
When the device executing the above scheme is a mobile terminal, the execution process is similar to that executed by a server, and details are not described here.
It should be noted that, when acquiring a first target device closest to the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, it is first necessary to determine the distance between each candidate device and the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, and in this embodiment, it is necessary to measure the distance between the candidate devices, in which, a distance measuring sensor is installed in the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, and the distance measuring sensor sends signals for distance measurement, such as laser pulse signals, infrared signals, ultrasonic signals, etc., to the devices within a preset range, and calculates the time difference from the start of sending the target signal to the reflection of the target signal when receiving the signals reflected back by the devices within the preset range, because the transmission rates of the above-mentioned various signals are constant, the distance between the intelligent eye-protecting lamp and the candidate devices within the preset range can be calculated according to the time difference and the transmission rate of the target signal, when there are a plurality of candidate devices within the preset range from the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, the distance between the intelligent eye-protecting lamp and the candidate devices in the preset range is measured in the distance measuring mode, the distances between the intelligent eye-protecting lamp and the candidate devices in the preset range are compared, and the candidate device with the minimum distance to the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is determined.
In addition, among all the signals for ranging, the penetrating power of the ultrasonic signal is strongest, so that when the surrounding environment shelters more, the error of the ranging by adopting the ultrasonic signal is smaller, and in an open environment, the various modes have better effect. In addition, the distance measurement can also be realized by using a Global Positioning System (GPS), which is used when a preset range threshold is large.
When not installing range sensor in intelligent eye-protecting lamp, bluetooth module in the usable intelligent eye-protecting lamp is connected with the equipment in the scope of predetermineeing, perhaps, when intelligent eye-protecting lamp was in same wireless network coverage with the equipment in the scope of predetermineeing, intelligent eye-protecting lamp also can be connected with the equipment in the scope of predetermineeing through this wireless network. After connection is established, communication signals of fixed wave bands are sent to equipment within a preset range, when the intelligent eye-protecting lamp receives feedback signals of the equipment within the preset range according to the communication signals sent by the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, a time difference value from sending the communication signals to receiving the feedback signals is calculated, and under the condition that corresponding time of various types of equipment is not considered, the distance between the intelligent eye-protecting lamp and the equipment sending the feedback signals is calculated according to the time difference value and the transmission rate of the communication signals and the transmission rate of the feedback signals. Or after the connection is established, sending a request signal with a fixed transmission rate to the equipment in the preset range and recording the time for sending the request signal, wherein the request signal is used for requesting the equipment to feed back the time for receiving the request signal, calculating the time length of the request signal from the beginning to the time when the request signal is received by the equipment in the preset range through the time for sending the request signal and the time from the feedback of the equipment in the preset range to the time when the request signal is received, and calculating the distance from the intelligent eye-protecting lamp to the equipment for receiving the request signal according to the time length and the transmission rate of the request signal.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: and setting a predetermined area, and only obtaining candidate equipment in the predetermined area, so as to avoid the error sending of the notification message caused by the absence of target equipment with the permission of receiving the notification message in the predetermined area of the target household equipment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the above step S12 can be implemented as the following steps S31-S32:
in step S31, a second target device with the smallest distance to the target home device is obtained;
in step S32, a first target device bound with a second target device is acquired.
When a user performs activities such as learning and work under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, the user sometimes needs to consider how to widen the acquisition channel in order to avoid being disturbed, or in order to avoid placing the mobile phone away from the user when charging the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, a wearable device on a user body, such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, smart glasses, etc., may be obtained, for example, the wearable device and a mobile terminal of the user are bound in advance, when the device with the minimum distance to the smart eye-protecting lamp is the wearable device carried by the user, an identifier or an identification card number of the mobile terminal bound in advance with the wearable device is obtained, and the mobile terminal bound in advance with the wearable device is controlled to output a generated notification message.
The scheme can be executed through any one of the intelligent household equipment, the mobile terminal and the server.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: when a second target device with the minimum distance to the target household device is obtained, the first target device bound with the second target device is obtained, and therefore the situation that the notification message cannot be sent when the second target device does not have the function of receiving the notification message is avoided.
In one embodiment, the second target device comprises a wearable device.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: according to the scheme, the wearable device closest to the target household device can be obtained, so that the sending mode of the notification message is more flexible and diversified, and meanwhile, the situation that the target device in the preset range of the target household device cannot be obtained due to the fact that the mobile terminal is not beside the user is avoided.
In one embodiment, the step S13 can be implemented as the following steps:
controlling the first target device to output the notification message by at least one of the following output modes: and playing voice and displaying text message prompts.
For example, when the device executing the present scheme is an intelligent eye-protecting lamp, the intelligent eye-protecting lamp sends the generated notification message in the form of a voice or text message to the first target device with the minimum distance to the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, for example, a text message "please pay attention to the eyes for rest if the time length of work under the eye-protecting lamp exceeds one hour" is sent to the first target device, and the first target device is controlled to be displayed at the forefront of the desktop in the form of a notification bar or a pop-up box, or the first target device is controlled to convert the text message into a voice message to be played.
When the device executing the scheme is a server or a mobile terminal, the executing process is similar to that executed by an intelligent eye protection lamp, and is not described again here.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the first target device can output the notification message in various modes, so that the output mode of the notification message is more flexible and diversified.
In the above embodiment, the main body for executing the scheme may be the server, the mobile terminal or the smart home device itself, and regarding the present disclosure, the functions implemented by the server, the mobile terminal and the target home device may also be explicitly divided into different parts, for example: detecting the use time of the intelligent home equipment by the intelligent home equipment, generating a notification message by the intelligent home equipment when the use time reaches a preset value, simultaneously determining an equipment identifier of the equipment within a preset range, and sending the equipment identifier to a server; the server is used for receiving the notification message and the equipment identifier sent by the equipment identifier, determining the mobile terminal which is associated with the equipment identifier and has the authority to receive the notification message, and sending the notification message to the determined mobile terminal; the mobile terminal may be configured to receive the notification message, so as to remind the user, or the mobile terminal may also be used as a device within the preset range.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method of transmitting a notification message, which may be implemented by an intelligent device as illustrated in fig. 4, according to an exemplary embodiment, and may be implemented as the following steps S41-S43:
in step S41, a notification message is generated;
in step S42, device identifiers of devices within a preset range are determined;
in step S43, the notification message and the determined device identifier are sent to the server, so that the server sends the notification message to the mobile terminal having the authority to receive the notification message, and the mobile terminal is associated with the device identifier.
For example, the intelligent device implementing the embodiment is an intelligent eye protection lamp, and when the opening duration of the intelligent eye protection lamp reaches a preset value, a notification message is generated, where the notification message is used to remind the user to take a rest. Because when the user study under intelligent eye-protecting lamp, when activities such as work, probably put the cell-phone near, perhaps dress wearable equipment such as intelligent bracelet, therefore, after the formation notice message, this intelligent eye-protecting lamp confirms apart from the equipment sign of the equipment of self preset within range, is equivalent to the cell-phone or the intelligent wearing equipment's that the user carried who is carrying out activities such as study under this intelligent eye-protecting lamp equipment sign. After the mobile phone or the intelligent wearable device carried by the user who is doing activities such as learning and working under the intelligent eye protection lamp is determined, the generated notification message for reminding the user to take a rest and the device identifier of the mobile phone or the intelligent wearable device are sent to the server, and the server can send the notification message to the mobile phone or a mobile terminal which is associated with the device identifier of the intelligent wearable device and has the authority of receiving the notification message through the device identifier.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent device sends the notification message, the device identifier of the device within the preset range centered on the intelligent device is sent to the server at the same time, so that when the server sends the notification message, only the device identifier of the device near the intelligent device can be sent to the mobile terminal, and the notification message is not sent to all mobile terminals having the authority to receive the notification message, thereby avoiding disturbing users who do not perform activities such as learning and working under the intelligent eye-protecting lamp, reducing redundant transmission, saving network resources, and reducing interference to users who do not need to receive the notification message.
In addition, the execution main body of this embodiment includes but not limited to intelligent eye-protecting lamp, and can also be various intelligent devices that can access to the server through communication modes such as bluetooth, wireless, zigbee protocols, etc. and carry out information interaction with mobile terminal through the server, such as intelligent television, intelligent eye-protecting instrument, health detector, etc.
The mobile terminal with the permission of receiving the notification message can be a mobile terminal bound with the intelligent eye-protecting lamp in advance. The server can record the corresponding relation between the equipment identifier of the intelligent eye-protecting lamp and the identifier of the mobile terminal bound with the intelligent eye-protecting lamp in advance, or send the identifier of the mobile terminal bound with the intelligent eye-protecting lamp to the server while the intelligent eye-protecting lamp sends the notification message to the server, so that the server determines the mobile terminal having the authority of receiving the notification message according to the corresponding relation stored locally or the received identifier of the mobile terminal bound with the intelligent eye-protecting lamp.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the device identification received by the server is the device identification of the device within the preset range, and when the server sends the notification message, the server only sends the notification message to the mobile terminal associated with the device identification of the device within the preset range, so that redundant transmission is reduced, network resources are saved, and interference to users who do not need to receive the notification message is reduced.
In one embodiment, the device within the preset range is a mobile terminal;
the association between the mobile terminal and the device identifier means that the device identifier of the authorized mobile terminal is the same as the device identifier of the device within the preset range.
For example, when the device near the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is a mobile terminal carried by a user, the device identifier of the authorized mobile terminal is the same as the device identifier of the device within the preset range, that is, the mobile terminal is not only the device near the intelligent eye-protecting lamp but also the device for receiving the notification message sent by the server, so that the method provided by the present disclosure is implemented only by the mobile terminal, and the user without wearable device can also implement the method provided by the present disclosure, thereby saving the cost.
In one embodiment, the devices within the predetermined range are wearable devices;
the association between the mobile terminal and the device identifier means that the mobile terminal and the device identifier of the wearable device are bound in advance.
For example, when the device near the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is a wearable device carried by a user, the wearable device and the mobile terminal of the user need to be bound in advance, that is, the device near the intelligent eye-protecting lamp is the wearable device carried by the user.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the wearable device is used as a device within a preset range and is associated with the mobile terminal with the permission of receiving the notification message in advance, so that the notification message is prevented from being sent by mistake when the mobile terminal is not on the body of a user.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
