In addition, the temperature value is directly read on site through temperature measuring equipment manually in a measuring mode, the mode needs manual work to go to the site, and the problems of high labor cost and troublesome installation and use of the equipment exist.

The invention provides a novel integrated temperature measuring device aiming at the problems of poor reliability, high labor cost, complex installation, use and maintenance and the like of a temperature sensor caused by the distortion of a long-distance transmission signal of a cable in the conventional temperature measuring mode.

The invention discloses an integrated temperature measuring device, which is shown as a structural block diagram in figure 1 and comprises an acquisition module box, a thermistor thermometer, a data acquisition and processing circuit, a wireless data communication module and a power supply battery board, wherein the thermistor thermometer, the wireless data communication module and the power supply battery board are all connected with the data acquisition and processing circuit, the data acquisition and processing circuit and the wireless data communication module are all fixedly arranged in the acquisition module box, the acquisition module box is arranged in a sealing manner, the bottom of the acquisition module box is provided with a hole, and the thermistor thermometer is fixedly arranged at the bottom hole of the acquisition module box.

The integrated temperature measuring device comprises an acquisition module box 1, a thermistor thermometer 4, a data acquisition and processing circuit 2, a wireless data communication module 3, a power supply battery panel and an installation hanging piece 6, wherein the data acquisition and processing circuit 2 and the wireless data communication module 3 are fixedly arranged in the acquisition module box 1, the acquisition module box 1 is hermetically arranged and provided with a bottom hole, and the thermistor thermometer 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom hole of the acquisition module box 1. The data acquisition processing circuit 2 comprises a main control chip, an acquisition circuit and a clock circuit, wherein the acquisition circuit and the clock circuit are connected with the main control chip, the thermistor thermometer 4 is connected with the acquisition circuit, and the wireless data communication module 3 and the power supply battery panel are connected with the main control chip. The thermistor thermometer 4 comprises a thermistor and a round stainless steel shell packaged outside the thermistor, and can be locked at the bottom opening of the acquisition module box 1 through a waterproof joint 7 made of a waterproof insulating plastic material with slow heat conduction; the mounting hanger 6 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the acquisition module box 1, and a sheet metal elbow structure is arranged on the mounting hanger 6; the collecting module box 1 is made of plastic materials so as to be more suitable for temperature measurement of a non-corrosive environment, the power supply panel is preferably a solar panel 5 so as to be suitable for environment application without commercial power supply in the field, a groove can be arranged on the outer surface of the top of the collecting module box 1, the solar panel 5 is pasted in the groove of the collecting module box 1, and the solar panel 5 and the groove can be inclined at 45 degrees; the top of the collection module box 1 extends to form an antenna column 10, the antenna of the wireless data communication module 3 is packaged in the antenna column 10 and does not extend to the outside of the antenna column 10 of the collection module box 1, and the structure is excellent in waterproof and dustproof performance. The bottom of the collection module box 1 is exposed with a communication connector for initial configuration, the communication connector is used for connecting an integrated temperature measuring device with an upper computer before working for initial configuration, the communication connector is covered by a protective cap 8 at ordinary times, the protective cap 8 is connected with a loss-preventing line 9 fixed at the bottom of the collection module box 1, the protective cap 8 is taken off when the communication connector is used, and the loss-preventing line 9 can naturally hang down and cannot be lost due to the fact that one end of the protective cap 8 is connected.
The integrated temperature measuring device integrates a thermistor thermometer and an acquisition module box internally provided with a data acquisition processing circuit and a wireless data communication module, the acquisition circuit is in a standby state most of the time, a main control chip and a clock circuit can interact once at intervals of a certain time (such as every few seconds) to obtain real-time, and whether the acquisition circuit is awakened and works is determined by judging whether the set acquisition time is the set acquisition time and the set sending time; if the temperature sensor is at the acquisition time point, the acquisition circuit provides current excitation for the thermistor thermometer, and simultaneously acquires a voltage signal fed back by the thermistor thermometer and transmits the voltage signal to the main control chip for data calculation and processing, the main control chip substitutes the received signal into a correction formula to calculate and store an actual temperature value of the environment where the thermistor thermometer is located, and the correction formula can be understood as a parameter table reflecting resistance value change according to temperature change; if the wireless data communication module is at the sending time point, the power supply battery board supplies power to the wireless data communication module, sends a command to check whether the wireless data communication module can work normally or not, and then judges whether the stored data which are not sent are sent or not. The wireless data communication module transmits data to a remote data receiving platform, the data receiving platform stores the data in a corresponding database after receiving the data, and a user can see the temperature value of each time of all the tested installation points on the client data receiving platform through a network.
The invention is essentially an integrated temperature measuring device with low power consumption, which can collect thermistor thermometer data at equal intervals and store the thermistor thermometer data at equal intervals and send the thermistor thermometer data to a data receiving platform through a network, a data collecting and processing circuit adopts a low power consumption working mode, the power consumption of a standby state is extremely low, the thermistor thermometer data can be collected and sent at equal intervals in advance, the integrated temperature measuring device is provided with a built-in memory for storing 2000 pieces of data, the data collecting and processing circuit is combined with the thermistor thermometer, a wireless data communication module, a collecting module box and the like, and the integrated temperature measuring device is used for realizing a design scheme of temperature monitoring, data collection and signal transmission centralized processing, and has the advantages of timing collection, timing report, large self-storage capacity, long standby. The temperature monitoring device can be mainly applied to temperature monitoring of field unmanned areas, the device is provided with a solar cell panel, the solar cell panel can work in sunshine environment for a long time, and even if sunshine does not exist, the solar cell panel can normally work for more than half a year. The integrated temperature measuring device can be matched with a data receiving platform at a remote place to form a whole set of system, so that full-automatic acquisition, transmission and display of temperature measurement can be realized, a user or an operator can check the temperature value of each point related to a project only by logging in project information on any computer with a network, and the consumption of labor cost in the project is greatly reduced. The integrated temperature measuring device has simple and compact structure, long-distance transmission is not needed, the problem of poor reliability of temperature measurement caused by signal distortion is avoided, each component is clearly divided and works in a matching way, the installation and use cost is reduced, manual field reading and inspection are not needed, the information can be checked by regularly logging in the computer with a network, the labor cost for temperature measurement in the field without power supply is reduced, the automation of temperature measurement is realized, the device effectively solves the trouble of temperature measurement in the field without power supply by combining the thermistor thermometer, the built-in data acquisition and processing circuit and the acquisition module box of the wireless data communication module and changing the working mode of the temperature acquisition equipment, and by configuring the relevant parameters of the data acquisition and processing circuit in advance, so that the device can collect and store data in a low-power consumption form and transmit the data to a data receiving platform through a CDMA or GSM network. Therefore, the labor cost of field temperature measurement is reduced, the standby time of the device is prolonged, and the overall system cost is reduced. The field installation and the later maintenance are simple, a data acquisition processing circuit is configured in advance during the field installation, and only the integrated temperature measuring device is required to be integrally fixed at a place with sufficient sunlight irradiation and can receive CDMA or GSM signals, and the temperature probe of the thermistor thermometer is placed at a measured point; when in maintenance, the integrated temperature measuring device is only required to be integrally replaced without disconnection and replacement and then wiring, so that the installation, use and maintenance steps are simplified, the measurement reliability and the precision of the whole safety monitoring system are improved, and the accurate measurement of the outdoor environment temperature such as an observation well is realized.
