Abstract

逆变式水轮发电机组,涉及一种新的水轮发电机组,实现更好地降低机组价格、减少厂房面积。包括水轮机、发电机、整流器、并网逆变器,其特征是:水流通过引水渠道流入水轮机导水机构内,带动水轮机转动部分转动,水轮机带动发电机转动产生磁场转化为电能,由于水轮机、发电机不同步,输出的电要求通过发电机整流器进行整流,再通过并网逆变器逆变后输送至变压器上升压后输入大电网。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新的水轮发电机组。
背景技术
常规的电站选型都是根据电站的设计水头、设计流量及装机容量选出适合该电站的水轮机发电机组的型号,但水轮机与发电机转速要求同步,再通过控制屏输送至变压器升压后再供至大电网。这种选型适合水头、流量变化较小的电站,对于水头、流量变化较大的电站,机组运行工况点偏离最优工况很远,机组运行效率很低。同时水轮机与发电机要求转速同步,所以发电机机座号要求加大,相应机组厂房面积也增大,这样大大地增加了整个电站的投资成本。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:为了更好地降低机组价格、减少厂房面积,开发出逆变式水轮发电机组,这种发电机组由于不需要同步转速,所以发电机机座号可以做得很小,同时解决了水头流量变化较大的电站效率低的难题,而达到降成增效的郊果。
本发明技术方案是:逆变式水轮发电机组,包括水轮机、发电机、整流器、并网逆变器,其特征是:水流通过引水渠道流入水轮机导水机构内,带动水轮机转动部分转动,水轮机带动发电机转动产生磁场转化为电能,由于水轮机、发电机不同步,输出的电要求通过发电机整流器进行整流,再通过并网逆变器逆变后输送至变压器上升压后输入大电网。
进一步的所述的逆变式水轮发电机组,其特征是:其中水轮机和发电机安装在水下。
本发明有益效果在于:逆变式水轮发电机组具有:
1.水轮机与发电机不需要同转速,所以发电机的转速尽可能选高转速的,那发电机的机座号就可减成很小,机组造价成本低,安装维护方便。
2.由于发电机转速高,机座号小,这种机型可以采用整装机,这样厂房占用面积较小,总投资成本低。同时,低水头大流量的电站还可采用机组整体装在水下的结构。
3.对于水头、流量变化较大的电站采用这种机型可以解决机组效率低的问题。大大降低电站投资成本,提高效率,适合全国范围内全面推广。

具体实施方式
图中 逆变式水轮发电机组,包括水轮机、发电机、整流器、并网逆变器,其特征是:水流通过引水渠道流入水轮机导水机构1内,带动水轮机转动部分2转动,水轮机带动发电机3转动产生磁场转化为电能,发电机3输出的电通过发电机整流器4进行整流,再通过并网逆变器5逆变后输送至变压器6上升压后输入大电网7,整个系统受控制器8控制;水轮机、发电机安装在水下。

Claims (4)

1.逆变式水轮发电机组,包括水轮机、发电机、整流器、并网逆变器,其特征是:水流通过引水渠道流入水轮机导水机构内,带动水轮机转动部分转动,水轮机带动发电机转动产生磁场转化为电能,发电机输出的电通过发电机整流器进行整流。
2.如权利要求1 所述的逆变式水轮发电机组,其特征是:发电机输出的电通过发电机整流器进行整流后,再通过并网逆变器逆变。
3.如权利要求1 所述的逆变式水轮发电机组,其特征是:通过并网逆变器逆变后输送至变压器上升压后输入大电网。
4.如权利要求1-3之一 所述的逆变式水轮发电机组,其特征是:其中水轮机和发电机安装在水下。
