本发明公开了一种造纸机导辊,包括辊轮本体,所述的辊轮本体内设置有中空部,所述中空部两端的内壁面上均匀的设置有若干个凸起,所述凸起的表面涂覆抗氧化涂层;所述的凸起的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢60‑80重量份、焦磷酸铁15‑35重量份、膨胀蛭石5‑15重量份、钴0.1‑2重量份、锑0.1‑2.5重量份、钇0.5—2重量份。本发明硬度高,抗氧化,耐腐蚀,加工质量高,同时,结构简单,设计巧妙,更换方便,成本低,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种造纸机导辊。
背景技术
近年来,造纸机以节约砂芯成本,砂芯通气性好,低发气量铸件表面光洁,精度高,机械性能好等优点,被广泛用于铸造行业中,使用射芯机不但能够省去很多制芯用辅助设备及工具,还可以减轻劳动强度、为制芯过程的机械化、自动化创造条件,应用前景好;不过,目前使用的辊轮一般进行辊压使用,辊轮种类繁多,但质量和加工的水品参差不齐,这就限制了射芯机在加工时的整体性能;鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将现有装置进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种硬度高,抗氧化,耐腐蚀,加工质量高的造纸机导辊。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种造纸机导辊,包括辊轮本体,所述的辊轮本体内设置有中空部,所述中空部两端的内壁面上均匀的设置有若干个凸起,所述凸起的表面涂覆抗氧化涂层;
所述的凸起的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢60-80重量份、焦磷酸铁15-35重量份、膨胀蛭石5-15重量份、钴0.1-2重量份、锑0.1-2.5重量份、钇0.5—2重量份;
所述的凸起表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠20-35重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸20-30重量份、稳定剂5-12重量份、水杨酸钠5-8重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯15-25重量份。
进一步地,所述的凸起表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠30重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸25重量份、稳定剂10重量份、水杨酸钠6重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯20重量份。
进一步地,所述的凸起的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢70重量份、焦磷酸铁20重量份、膨胀蛭石10重量份、钴1重量份、锑1.5重量份、钇1重量份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明硬度高,抗氧化,耐腐蚀,加工质量高,同时,结构简单,设计巧妙,更换方便,成本低,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种造纸机导辊,包括辊轮本体1,所述的辊轮本体1内设置有中空部3,所述中空部3两端的内壁面上均匀的设置有若干个凸起2,所述凸起2的表面涂覆抗氧化涂层;
所述的凸起2的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢60-80重量份、焦磷酸铁15-35重量份、膨胀蛭石5-15重量份、钴0.1-2重量份、锑0.1-2.5重量份、钇0.5—2重量份;
所述的凸起2表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠20-35重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸20-30重量份、稳定剂5-12重量份、水杨酸钠5-8重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯15-25重量份。
作为优选方案,本发明的凸起2表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠30重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸25重量份、稳定剂10重量份、水杨酸钠6重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯20重量份。
作为优选方案,本发明的凸起2的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢70重量份、焦磷酸铁20重量份、膨胀蛭石10重量份、钴1重量份、锑1.5重量份、钇1重量份。

所述的凸起的原料组分按照重量份为:钛钢60-80重量份、焦磷酸铁15-35重量份、膨胀蛭石5-15重量份、钴0.1-2重量份、锑0.1-2.5重量份、钇0.5—2重量份;
所述的凸起表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠20-35重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸20-30重量份、稳定剂5-12重量份、水杨酸钠5-8重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯15-25重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸机导辊,其特征在于:所述的凸起表面的抗氧化涂层原料组分按照重量份为:亚硫酸钠30重量份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸25重量份、稳定剂10重量份、水杨酸钠6重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯20重量份。
