(三)发明内容:本发明的任务是基于对原87106851.6发明专利的一种改进,提供一种更快的生产氯化石蜡-70的方法,采取的技术方案是釜内加装上光源,在其反应釜内另加装上鼓泡器,由氯源供应的氯气直接通入鼓泡器,对反应釜物料进行鼓泡。这样在强制循环鼓动下再加上鼓泡提高反应速度。在装置鼓动器与循环部分出口之间串联换热器,对进入鼓动器的反应气体先进行加热或者冷却后通入鼓动器,确保最佳反应温度。
(四)具体实施方式:一套“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”,使用500升反应釜,其反应釜内加装1000瓦汞灯,其反应釜内再加装上现有通行的鼓泡器。用换热面2.5米2的换热器串联在鼓动器与循环部分出口之间。
本发明操作与“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”同,料温低,换热器加热,反之冷却。
